Delta Dental Mobile App

Completely useless other than looking up your ID card info. This app shows very limited information that doesn't add up. It might say "Dentist Submitted $1400, Delta Paid $500." So, that makes it sound like you owe $900, right? Wrong. If you log into Delta's website, which is slightly less garbage than the app, it explains that there are "discounts", "price adjustments", etc. that the app doesn't show.

WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED!!!!! Delta does not send a physical card so if you have issues logging in (shocker- the app doesnt work), then you're screwed. you need the member ID # to reset your stuff. When you don't receive a card with the member ID and it's all in the app....you don't have access to anything. It's showing an expired plan from 2 years ago! This is after many updates, uninstall and reinstalls as well. You're better off playing phone tag with your dentist office.

Can't even use it. Won't let me sign in. Says it's having technical difficulties. Also, when you try to retrieve your username, the birthday calendar comes up with no option to skip the years. So, you think I'm going to press the back arrow for 40 years? Multiply by 12... Yeah right. Fix your app! Edit: even their contact form has the same issue with the birthday information. Can't even contact them without dealing with this!

Lets me pull up my insurance card, but doesn't save my login credentials. This is frustrating because renewing your login credentials is a hassle. If you are not regularly logging in, and who has dental work continuously, then having to reset your credentials every time you need to check something is aggravating. This is not a client focused app.

Not as bad of an experience as I was expecting, based on the previous reviews. I managed to log in without issues, I like the option to display the id card without needing to log in. The pages load quickly. Now, a lot of claims are missing, although you can see them on the website. In short, yay for the id card easily accessible, but once you log in, the info is not reliable. So why even bother to log in...

Once again you lose my login from the app. Get your act together. You even do not use my bioprint. What is wrong with you. It's a fine app and you can't even remember credentials. It used to be once or twice every two months. Now it is in days. It is highly annoying. This has been going on all year. Pull the app or fix it. Retaining authentication is important.

Worthless! All it does is open your browser to register after beginning registration in the app, and nothing carries over to the webpage so you have to repeat all! Speaking of account creation,why am I limited to ONLY the special characters they have defined, instead of all of them? When you want to sign in, the sign in button just opens your browser again! I can do that on my own! Then the account I just created is not recognized! UNINSTALL! Makes me sorry I have Delta Dental...

When I log in the app a prompt ahows up about Terms of Service. However, I'm unable to click anything besides the 'X' in the corner. When I go to the website and get the username and password error. Even though I changed my password the day before, I know it's correct. How am I supposed to show my card if I'm unable to access it? I've contacted the customer service using the 'contact us' button but still waiting to hear back.

Keeps signing me out and refusing to log back in. Tales me about 3 tries. Also, no member ID appears on the digital membership ID card. Just group name, group ID, plan, and status of membership. Almost all useless information. Terrible experience especially if you are trying to give a dentist your insurance information Edit: After reading other reviews, it looks like it has to do with a timeout issue and you need to wait a few minutes before you actually get signed in... WORST APP EVER. Has never once worked, impossible to log in. Always takes me to my browser, then when I try to log in there, says authentication error. Same problem that every other person has written about in these reviews, yet you people still haven't fixed this. I've had this insurance for over a year now and it's never once worked. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY. Enough already. You don't rob of us of enough money that you can't afford to fix an app? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Every time I try to log into the App, the next page that is supposedly verifying my info, is error, APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK!! Don't waste your time! I do not want to fill out a customer service form, I prefer an actual phone number to speak to a HUMAN in Customer Service IT. Yep, that won't happen. Terrible application. No, I am not going to send you a message, just fix it!

Can't login. Says my password is incorrect even though I just reset it twice and neither one worked. Same thing happens on your website. Why does this happen? It also tells me my username is not long enough. Then how was I able to make it my username??? Same issues I had a few years ago before I gave up and deleted the app. How is it that you have not fixed these problems?

This app is just garbage. It redirects you to a browser to sign in. When you try and sign in, it's completely unresponsive after you've entered your username and password. It turned out if you wait about a full minute for it to recognize that you've tried to sign in. However it cames back with an error saying the username or password were incorrect. This is highly unlikely since I was able to sign with the previous app using the same information.

Garbage app. Recently switched to Delta through work (as much as I didn't want to, it was switch or not have insurance) and I'm unable to login on the app since only members are allowed to login. Registered through my work laptop, so I do have an account, but the app isn't allowing logins. Completely useless and utter garbage.

Their "find a dentist" feature is terrible. I entered the last name of a dentist near me(need to see if their IN Network) this app takes you to a map with different green location icons but when you tap on them, Nothing. Try scrolling down to see if the apps says on network, NOTHING. Their website isn't any better. It should not be this difficult to search for a dentist or a dentist OFFICE to see if they are in-network

App doesn't even work. Try to log in and it accepts the log in info but claims no information. Can see everthing on the website but nothing on the app.

Username won't work with the app versus the website. Seems like the testing on this thing is non-existent. Since I can't login using a known good username, I can't tell you if the app itself if worth the effort or if it just makes better sense to use the web site instead.

I don't think I've ever been able to log in. There's always an error code.

Useless app. You get details, such as if a claim is paid, online versus in the app. Everything in app shows "processed", whether only estimated or paid. App is more user friendly but has no useful functionality. Worrisome for a business. DELETING.

I can login into Delta Dental Massachusetts in the desktop browser but this app, while indicating it is directing me to DD Massachusetts, refuses to acknowledge my credentials exist. It simply throws the "I forgot my password" link in my face which also doesn't send a link to my email to reset my password???!!!
