The app is useless as you have to download the reports instead of seeing them real time from the app. It's a much better experience using Clarity on the webpage, where you can see the reports directly and can easily change which reports. No downloads necessary from the web, but you have to use a PC.
I wish the reports would be accessible on the actual app so that I can interact with the graphs. Additionally, I'd love a Dexcom CGM app that could link to my Galaxy Watch. I'm always on the move. Right now I am unable to check my current blood glucose level on my watch during a workout to determine whether I should stop to have a small fruit or snack. It's only after I feel weak and crash that I know it's time to take a break. I keep my phone in a locker, so I don't receive notifications.
I find it terribly deficient in a few ways. First of all, if you look at statistics for 2 weeks it lumps all Monday readings, then all Tuesday readings, etc to calculate stats. We'll, that makes no sense. Each reading is independent of the other. The app should calculate each day separately. Next I would like to see daily summaries compiled in a report that include totals for carbs, Insulin intake, etc. It could also show GMI on a daily basis, so you could track it over time.
I don't like that I have to use a totally different app to see past readings. Also I can't see my past readings at any point in time. It only offers my highest and lowest reading. It shows a graph, but I can't click on it to see what exact number it was. Also when I want a report it only shows one day in hourly even though I selected last 14 days. It just shows you the highest and lowest for that hour for that specific day. This is mainly for clinical use.
Experiencing the same problem as many others that this app does not allow me to login. When I enter my email login ID, it blows me back to the sign-in, re-entry screen. Tried clearing cache/data, uninstalling, and reinstalling multiple times to no avail. App used to work but since about the start of the new year, it has stopped working and will not even allow me to login or even recognize my email to reset the password. It is like I have gone into Dexcom Clarity "Limbo" VERY FRUSTRATING!
I hate this app. I need to look at it once every couple of weeks. Every time I do it's forgot my login name and password. You had weird requirements in making the login name and password so I never seem to remember them right. -----update Help ticket was worse than filling out tax forms. It was a simple request, requiring all of my personal info. This app isn't worth using.
This is the 4th or 5th time to attempt and complete the installation of this app. Now that the aggravation level is at an all time high...I'm throwing in the towel! I'm deleting the app and seriously looking at changing to freestyle libre! I know I'm not the only one complaining about this app! I can download and open the app but repeated attempts to 'sign-up' or 'login' were useless

I am still having trouble with this. First the writing in the book is too small to read. and then it said my phone is not compatible for the device I'm not going out and buying a new phone so it can be compatible I used to have the freestyle libre to which to me it was much easier to understand and to work with them this thing that I have to use a phone for it that's how I feel about it
doesn't stay connected to my phone 3 times a day it's a loss signal.i call customer service and they send out the replacements. so I really don't know what you can do different let's fix the sensors so they stay connected to the app on my phone. after midnight told me I had to replace my sensor which was only 4 days on my alarm
Even the most low level logic would dictate that the reports generated would automatically be saved to the device. Nope. Generate, open with app of choice, then save from there. Did AI write this app with zero concept of how humans would use it?
this can be very inconsistent information, it will send a notification saying we reached say 72% yesterday then when you click into the app the graph it will say it was 67%
I wish the actual app to monitor the sensor worked as good as this one. this is perfect and reports are awesome!!!
im having intermittant problems with incorrect readings & calibration. becoming more frequent. readings showing 6ish actual 15ish.
Always says not enough information. So really what good is it? I now have a new phone Samsung Galaxy Flip 7, does not work with this phone. Please update so Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 will work with Dexcom G7.
unbelievable numbers. Currently causing an error message in the Dexcom app that cannot be resolved.
The app is experiencing some unexplained difficulties, as the online login via the website works fine, but when I try to log in via the app, I get the message that there is no such user. I think, Dexcom is experiencing some difficulties with the servers, as DexcomOne has also lost the ability to connect to its own server (Account), the manufacturer should be concerned.
App was working great until December 2022. Now I'm kicked out of the app and can't get back in. I'm entering the correct login credentials, but the app keeps sending me back to their login page without any explanation. When I try " forgot username " it says it sent me an email but it didn't, not even to my junk mail. WHAT THE HELL?! Soooo frustrating.
i have a dell laptop and i cannot download this app plus i have a Samsung flip 7 phone that the Dexcom g7 app can not be downloaded to because it is a brand new phone
Can't log in. Worked once, but it wants me to log in every time I want to use it. The saved password does not work, and today, I can't even press "log in" after manually inserring login details. I click it, and nothing happens. How come you guys are way more expensive than Freestyle Libre and way less reliable?
A very weak app. Instead of getting Android and iPhone developers to create reports, they opted to use the original web reports that was from product launch (before smartphones). It generates a report, downloads it, and you view it in a browser. I guess it's their way of saving money. There are cross-platform frameworks that can be used in Android and iPhone development. All I wanted is a graph that I can move around a point to determine what my glucose level was at a particular point in time.
