Diary with lock

I've had this app for over 5 years. I didn't have any problems until the last couple months. I'm missing years of my entries out of the diary all of a sudden. And entries I know I've typed multiple times have disappeared without my doing. I emailed them and asked if they could fix it but they haven't said anything at all. So the support email address listed on the app they never look at I guess. I relied on this app for a long time but it's been a let down recently.

This journal app is great! I've tried a bunch of the diary apps available on the Play store & this one is my hands down favorite. First, it's very easy to use & navigate. Second, though it does have a reasonably priced premium version available, the freebie offers plenty of different fonts, backgrounds, insert options & colors, so you won't be disappointed. Lastly, the diary offers a password-protected home screen so that you can keep your innermost thoughts to your innermost self.

Love it! Easy place for me to jot down my thoughts quickly, easy to use. The only thing I'd like to see changed is some sort of auto-save feature you could enable?! Sometimes I'll be in the middle of writing and need to do something else on my phone but when I come back to finish writing, everything I'd already written has been deleted cuz I forgot to hit the save button. Other than that, great app!

I've just started using this but so far just like it pretty well. Creating a account was so quick and simple. I wish every app was that easy. My only thing is in the apps description it says you can change the font but I didn't see anywhere in the app settings or on my keyboard to change the font. Just the color of it. Maybe it only meant color and I misunderstood or just can't find the option. Idk but other than that it serves its purpose well.

I like it a lot! I like how you can customize the app to your own personal liking and write your secrets knowing people can't find out, like a normal (Pencil & Paper Diary) someone can just grab it and go looking! But on a phone you have a password, then you have ANOTHER password you have to go through just to get on the particular app. But I'd like it a lot more if there were a lot more options when it comes to locking the diary, like a series of swipe, or face reconization. But great job! (↑ω↑)

Great app, I've been using it since 2018. I love how basic it is. It's my first diary app and it's nice. From reading some reviews some don't know how to change the font. Thought I'd just share how to do so. You go to the 3 lines in the top left corner, and you'll see an option on the side that says colors and style. You click on that and you should see something like this "𝙵𝘧". Click on the f's and it'll show a list of fonts. There aren't much options, but that's how you do it!

I love this app! Theres a few ads but its not too bad. It lets you title your entries and type them as you wish+emojis, and different color coding depending on the month! It also lets you carry over your diary entries to other devices with an account. My only complaint is that there was a data breach and my password was compromised.

I love it. It's pretty easy to sign up, navigate, cute customizable colored backgrounds, fonts, and you can adjust how the calendar thing on each note looks which is a nice little touch. I'm going to have to agree with other reviews where at some point in time I would forget to hit save and my entry would be lost all together. Maybe auto-save would be nice? Overall highly recommend. It's a very simple to use journal app.

This is a wonderful app. I use it for both a Diary and a digital notebook. The only thing that I would change on this app is the ability to change the fonts and colors of individual days. It would also be nice to be able to use a bold font, underline, or italic font while typing the notes. Right now, the Colors & Font Styles only apply to all of the notes. You can't change the Fonts for individual notes at this time. But it's still a great app & I use it almost every day.

I'm really happy I found this app. I just wanted a simple journal where I could write a few lines about my kids each day and that I can export at the end of the year. I REALLY appreciate the business model for this app. Most other journal apps make you pay premium for the export feature which I found ridiculous. I am happy to watch the adds in order to get free rights to export my own words. Only suggestion is it would be nice to be able to choose the reminder time each day.

Mostly a good experience. I like that it locks right away and requires a passcode to open. I wish I could copy and paste pictures other than just emojis. My biggest complaint, however, it that multiple times I have lost my entire entry because of forgetting to hit "save" before exiting. This mostly happens because I respond to a notification on my phone and then try to re-enter the Diary app. Everything is gone with no way to recover. 😥 I'm thinking of switching apps for this reason.

I like this app. I bought the version for a couple extra bucks to eliminate the ads. It was only like 1.99 or 2.99 but either way well worth it. you can change the color of the book the background the texts and the font of text. Very customizable even down to the way the date is recorded. Only suggestion I have is to make it possible to use a picture background rather than just a color. Great thing about the lock feature, if you share your phone your entries remain private for your eyes only.

I find this a very intriguing diary. I personally found it odd to write— ( well, type )— in a diary but I eventually fell enamored by this app. There's even a couple of differently colored icons for the app that you can set and you can change the way the diary looks. Yet, it's pretty limited. If there were more additions to security and personalization I would love this app much more. Thanks!

Super easy to use, love the cloud backup option, I've had this app for years and never lost a single entry when switching devices and it has the option to lock the app with a password so if you have other people or kids that go on your phone they won't be able to get into your diary. There are some ads, but you can just click it off them right away, and they don't pop up and obnoxious amor or anything. Also, I like that each month is code by a different color :)

Why are there ads in my diary? It is very annoying but the app itself is really good. Would recommend 8/10 bc of the ads. But the only time there is an ad is after I write but it's still annoying. Other than that it's a very good app and good for keeping ur secrets. You can change the colors and font and also how the date shows up. U can set a pass code as well. I am a real user I swear u don't have to believe me but I am. Have a good day/night!

Yes there are ads, but not many! You can also sync your data by making an account using your email. You can also add a password, and change the dates. You can edit entries, add emojis to the title, change the shortcut color, change the font, change the background and font color, and write as many entries as you'd like! Definitely recommend

I love that I'm able to customize just about everything with this app right down to fonts to the exact shade of purple I want my font to be. Ads are alright, just somewhat loud, during the day I wouldn't mind, but I only write in the journal at night just before bed. Maybe enable quieter ads at night time would be my only thing I'd have to say. Other than that I really like it.

This is a really good app. You can write as much as you want to and even change the color and style. There were no permissions I had to give and the ads are minimal. I don't even have the premium version and it's still that good. I find myself using it for hours at a time. It's good for letting out all you want to say but in private. And the security is great too so no one will "accidentally" read your private & personal thoughts. I easily recommend to anyone with a need to write all they feel.

Definitely recommand! It's easy, personal, and also lets you save on your Google account so you won't lose any of your diary entries! You can use it on any devise with your Google account and you can always delete the app and redownload it and you'll still have all your diary entries. I love how custemizable this app is, too! You can change the color of the application itself, custemize what fonts you want, change the color of your fonts, and more! I'm using this daily, for sure! 😀📘

I had this app for years and didn't mind an ad or two before I wrote, but the ads got worse and yesterday, the ads would just stay on the screen and allowed no way of exiting out to get to the diary. I closed out and then tried again. This time, some kind of weird " Data Breach"ad or warning displayed, and again, I was unable to exit out. I ended up deleting this app, and I went with another, and I am so much happier with the other diary app. I do not recommend downloading this app.
