DICK'S Sporting Goods

I find it annoying to use when I want to buy certain items. I joined the draw for a shoe and lost it, but every time I search for the shoe as a listing through the app, it brings me to the raffle. if I do the same thing but on the website, it forces me back to the app to do the same loop again. it won't let me find my item, let alone buy it. I know that the item is In stock because I have called stores to confirm it, I just can't order it due to this bug in the system.

So the fitness part works great, however, the store part always has problems. Most of the time it's that when I leave the app to look at something else such as a text and come back to it, it's back about 3 or 4 pages from where it was when I left it and I have to navigate back to where I was. Today it's worse, it won't let me add more than one item to my cart. Every time I add something new it removes the item that was already there.

App is usable, but has a lot of latency. I'm on a Galaxy S25 Ultra, on Wi-Fi 6, getting 326 Mbps on download, over a 2 Gbps connection. Wife has same issues on her iPhone 17 Pro Max. This is not a new experience, it's been like this for years. It's not so bad that it's unusable, just unfortunate.

I'm sitting at 299 points and should have 302 from yesterday's run, but for some reason it stopped recognizing my runs at a very 'inconvenient' time. I checked the sync and it synced today, it's just discarding my latest run. All my others are there, just not the one that would give me a reward.

the online customer service would not validate a coupon code after an hour of waiting for items that were out of stock in-store. very frustrating, especially for a company this large, a little discount code means a lot to coaches and players but they obviously don't care about their consumer just making money. disappointing

App is difficult to navigate, can't pull up my order history. Academy's App is way easier to navigate and was able to pull up my order history by year. Learn from your competitor Dick's and fix your app.

The search results take forever to load and sometimes never load. Just blank white product squares attempting flashing. The barcode scanner doesn't work while in store. Both things make it very difficult to shop and find what you're looking for.

Dick's has affordable fishing prices and a great selection of fishing combos and other fishing gear for everyone and it's so easy to shop online for these awesome Combos and other fishing gear. Does Dicks have a SENIOR CITIZEN discount? For even more great savings on the fishing gear and other sports related stuff. I ordered two fishing combos from Dick's today and I know that I will enjoy every moment of the fishing trip with these great Dick's fishing combos.

I see I am not alone when the points from my exercise sessions do not register. I thought at first it was because I switched to Fitbit Premium but that does not seem to be the case. store part seems to work fine.

Does not have cancelation option/icon. and when you try to Chat, its a WHOLE process... ~asks for order # Thanks ~Then asks for email Thanks ~then asks for 1st and last name Thanks ~then asks for Address Omg, nevermind, i will call to cancel!

doesn't find a store within 100 miles...when im in the store. the way they do sale and clearance in the app is also terrible. you can never find anything in stock that is on sale...gotta check the store...oh wait there's no store within a miles...hmm. scam

This is my fourth order from them. Fast shipping, great customer service. 03/02/26 Which I was chatting with a team member about the shipping address. Heicy was great.

Sale prices mysteriously turn into full prices once you try to checkout. Item on sale for $29.99. Add to cart. Still shows $29.99 in cart. At checkout, subtotal is for the full price of the item. Dick's customer service refused to help and honor the sale price. If Dicks wants to lose a customer over $13.00, so be it.

The Dicks's app is very convenient and sometimes products can be found with great discounts!

Literally TRASH! This app is garbage... after switching to a Galaxy S25 I didn't realize this app wasn't actually keeping track of my exercise though my tracker was connected to the app. I'm missing multiple days of exercise points and a couple days of points that though listed on the app didn't add to the total. I literally have to disconnect and reconnect my tracker EVERY DAY to get it to recognize the exercise, though for two days in a row now it hasn't added the points to the total. GARBAGE!

As a man this is one sentence I thought I would NEVER say... I Love Dick's! I love shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods both in store and online! Fantastic place to spend your hard earned loot.

Raffles Are Trash!!!! I'm literally in Dick's a couple times a week, each time I spend at least $100 but usually at least $300 yet somehow I have NEVER won a shoe raffle! I'm a huge sneakerhead, so when I'm regularly using an app and I still can't win a raffle there is a problem! I've got friends who downloaded the app just to enter this raffle and they won yet me who spent $250 in the app just yesterday has NEVER won! Honestly all sounds a little weird that regular customers are being rewarded.

Dick's sporting goods is probably the best sporting goods store I've shopped in this area went down there about a year ago for golf grip tape they didn't have any and the manager gave me some of theirs so I could get my clubs grip to golf highly recommend them

We live over 100 miles from the nearest store, so it is great to be able to order from the app easily, super fast shipping, and simple returns!

Dicks Sporting Goods has a good selection and better prices on line when it comes to Philadelphia Eagles attire but I wish they had the sizes you need instead of waiting and being out of the size.
