I really liked this. It's simple, but pretty addicting and all ads are optional and really not at all necessary for gameplay. Some parts struck me as poorly designed and/or formatted, but it didn't take away from the enjoyably of the game. If your looking for a long game, this probably isn't for you (about 5 hours of gameplay). I wasn't. I liked it.
After 3 months, I finally finished the game. The game isn't really as strategic as I expected it to be so I was a bit disappointed, the difficulty mostly depends on which country you choose to play. I chose a small country so it was hard for me but something like Spain or China would be easier. Very fun time killer and game. I wish they had different music every now and then, because I memorized all the soundtracks during the game. Overall, great game.
I liked the game a lot! I finished it pretty quickly (android game launcher says - 6 hours 45 minutes)(I spent three days playing). It did become a little repetitive towards the end and I don't have the desire the play it again for that reason. I love everything else about it! It looks very intimidating when you first open it but once you get the hang of it, it is fun and addictive! Yall are on the right track with this and I'm going to look up if yall have other games.
Game is pretty good, I however I do have some recommendations. Try making the music less, bitty, the game is good, but the 8/16 bit music just doesn't fit with the game, and try adding sounds to when tapping, its just silent, just a quick sound that plays when I tap on something can definitely go a long way. Other than than the games fun, the price to remove ads is $1! Very rare to see nowadays, not to mention that I haven't seen an ad once since starting my play, good work!
This is an awsome game and it's really fun to play. But as caravan and military and expeditions are all really quick, there's not much point in moving military bases, and for caravan you can move between two ports to find sales. This can be delayed to make it more interesting. Also if there's a rebel and you save & quit, it'll be gone. And I also wish the products you buy can be used in different ways like supporting friendly rebels. Overall, fun game to play but a little unballanced.
I'll start with what I like: The army mechanic. It's interesting to have to stock on certain equipment to improve your army. The trading system, which can be very rewarding. Some issues: The game is very grindy and can last days. Battles are based purely off numbers, which means you could spend 10,000 on an army and lose all of it to the grind. I gained my first ICBM and attacked France, which I won. But then I was suddenly attacked by rebels and France immediately gained their 5 star army back
The overall description of this game is, speechless. And how the developers made a game not to complicated, but with the perfect amount of strategy. One thing I wish the game had though, is when you beat the game. You are able to move up in the timelines or something like that. With each time you beat the game it can get a bit harder and you can have the ability to have more powerful weapons.
I think this game is awesome, but if you could add animation during when you are at war? What i mean is to add if you are the aggressor, and you are winning, the color red shrinks the blue, and vice versa. If you do this when any war goes on, itll look better. Another thing is the stars. If you make it a little more complex, it would help a lot if you did. Other than that it is good. Awesome game! Please respond to this post, developers.
I love this game. There are no forced ads, there's no 'gems' to 'reward' you for taking countries to spend on random bs. Now, the thing is, I'm only giving it 4 stars. Why? Because it's a bit *too* simplistic. I think there should be more to colonizing countries, and maybe make some things cheaper or have more purpose. as far as I know, there isn't really any purpose for what you buy for your military, it only adds stars, and there is more id like, but it's too long to list here
I saw zero ads during my play-through. It costs a dollar to buy the game with no ads. Even though I didn't see any, I bought it anyway strictly to support the developer. That's how much I loved it. I would like to see an update to the trading. More chances to earn a profit would be nice. Added complexities like politics, alliances, and technology would be great. The launch codes was nice! I think international outburst for the utilization of nuclear weapons would make the gameplay more real.
A really repetitive "strategy" game. Once you colonize one country, you've colonized them all. There are no formulas. Just make your military bigger than theirs and it works every time. Conquering the last country was no different than the first. I wish there were more variables in terms of attacking, defending, and making $$. Edit: It's good for sharpening up on geography.
I know this was the best mobile game I have ever played mainly because the type of game it is, the specifics you put in for the army, the fact that there are trading discounts during random times is very unique. If I were forced to criticize the game about 1 thing I would ask if you could put more work into the economy of the countries, like having the ability to place embargoes or tariffs or place the price on certain import and export taxes. But thank you for this marvelous game.
Played it and beat it. Honestly it's pretty easy, it would be cool if there was difficulty settings so I could make it harder, or custom settings where you can adjust the average frequency and strength of rebelions/foreign attacks. Once you get to the end game there is so much money passively coming in that you can just repeatedly max your army and take out whoever you want. Also I ran into an issue with the bonus nuke, after watching the ad the game would crash, would still get the nuke though
Classic risk style take over the world type deal. Game is pretty awesome, took me 4.5 hours to complete and took 43% of my battery. It plays really well, and the tutorial is enough to get you going, but you still have to figure some things out on your own. I only saw 2 ads (for powerups, not forced) I'd definitely recommend this (and have) to anyone!
Very good! Ive always wanted to play a game like this. I only really have two issues with it. 1. There isnt a lot to do outside of trading and wars. 2. After you form a large enough empire, its just a matter of waiting to get enough gold to build your army to be strong enough to take over countries instead of making an actual strategy. Besides these flaws, great game and would highly recommend!
I'd say that this game is fun, it's a really good game just to play to waste time. Trading at first was a bit confusing but you get use to it easy. My only real complaint is; it's not replayable, mostly because once you restart it's mostly gonna be the same. Now yes, you could start in a smaller countrie for more of a challenge but once you expand it mostly just plays out the same. But digrase, it's still a really good game.
This game is really good and is actually a fairly good geography teacher. Knowing where a country is can save you from spending alot of gold snapping directly to the country. The only thing missing is the potential late game ability to select the desired power level out of 100 instead of manually buying the max number of items until your army/navy/air force is the desired power level. Overall though this game is really enjoyable and a good choice when you need to kill a couple of hours.
Giving you a five star because it's an indie game, and as a developer I know the struggle. Here's for the review: Overall it's a 3 star game, but with improvement, it could be a 5 star game. The mechanics are too simple. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes tedious to play. I did beat it, and it took me 3 days of playing in my free time. I have to admit, at about half way through, I just kept going to see the "You win" message, or to see if there even was one. Would write more but 500 limit.
Great game, at first it's a little slow to earn money but it speeds up as you colonize places. I managed to colonize the entire world as the USA and it only took a couple of hours. The graphics are pretty good for a free game and there is no lag at all. There is also barely any ads which is hard to find nowadays in a mobile game. Overall, a great game I recommend for every geography fan.
Very good game, simple and clean. Played it a little bit here and there over a couple days and won a round. It's not really challenging or complicated, it's just a matter of somewhat decisive thinking to conquer as quickly and efficiently as possible. For someone new to strategy games, this is something you can pour many hours into. For anyone such as myself with years of playing strategy games, this isn't necessarily exciting, just the basic fundamentals of conquering a map.
