TERRIBLE APP. While shopping, the deliverer sent me a micro photo of a replacement item. It's so small that's it's impossible to read the label. How can you know if the item is acceptable or not for replacement if you can't even read the tiny characters in that micro picture? The deliverer also said that the app is so unflexible, that if I blindly choose it and I didn't like it, I cannot change my mind and there's no refund. Those developers back in China must have microscopic vision.
The app showed me restaurants, but waited until I tried to check out to tell me the restaurant was too far away. They offered coupons that were for new customers only, but if the payment method failed due to potential fraud, attempting to re-order would fail because the coupon no longer applied. It was very frustrating. I deleted my account and uninstalled the app without ever completing a single order.
Lately it's been one thing after another. Waiting 3hrs just so they can cancel my order. One time it was taking so long I canceled myself... Wrong move... Since I paid with card I thought I was just going to get a cancellation fee and get refunded the rest, but no they keep the money. I had to go through 2 different service representatives to get something back in a form of coupons.
Horrible app! No accountability at all. It has been several times now and hat I order McDonald's and Burgur king and the orders are incomplete. There is nowhere on the app to complain and have them correct the issue. And no way to contact the establishment(s) and it's not just a small mistake example: just now I ordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese and Paid an extra $30 pesos for them to ad an extra meat. And no extra meat was added. Again not the first time And missing fries. Sucks!
most of the places are really disappointing, they have good offers but the food is barely edible most of the time, besides specific brands, have s 60-70% to wait for a order that will you will not like
Didi work good until today. I order food from KFC. The order never was deliver. Plus I was charged for the food and delivery. Numerous unanswer messages to the delivery person and the store. I order many times to this address so can't say it us not the correct address. The app shows the delivery person almost here for over 2 hours.

What a terrible app. When you order groceries if something is out of stock, you can't cancel it and get a refund for that item or replace the item for something similar if it's a bit more expensive. I just lost an hour on the phone with the poor delivery guy trying to make up a new grocery list to replace products they didn't have with something completely different. This is supposed to be convenient, I would've saved more time going to the supermarket myself. No wonder UberEats is more popular.
Awful service. The only time I used it the restaurant sent the wrong order. Not my order with a mistake, but a completely different order which, of course, cost less than the order I paid for. I tried to contact customer service but the only reply I got was a receipt confirmation for my email saying they were reviewing my complaint, and that's it. Days have gone by and I've still to hear from the app's support or the restaurant. The worst food delivery app I've ever used.
It'd be awesome if the user could leave and read ratings, not just see the stars a restaurant has. Also, I think it's important to have, from the very beginning, an option to add manually the address in which you want to receive the food, sometimes the GPS accuracy is not as high and you have to specify certain details that don't even appear as option on the map. Other than that, I think it's a great app with lots of options.
Deliveries are rarely on time. Specific searches include things I have no interest in. You're deceived by the low delivery costs (when in fact those prices are if your order goes over a certain amount) and as soon as you click on the restaurant you're automatically scrolled to the menu so you can't immediately see the real delivery cost. When you first sign up you get coupons, but after a while you never see them again unless you buy a package of them. What a joke.
In fact, very bad. My grade will change as soon as your users do. Very high standard never arrive. So, very high tolls for that poor service. Not quite sure if this is the kind of feedback you expected in this platform, but if hepls, then developers should get a little bit creative with security. This is not a safety app where to expect a good service.
The app had an issue. I had to find a way to get my order, because while the order was being prepared it didn't show address of delivery, once order was on its way, it showed the wrong address, had no way of making report, until delivery dude helped me, while speaking through whatsapp, since I didn't contact them (since app showed no options to) they said it was my fault. In other words, worse cust service with hold time of over 5mins with no solutions
I used this while in Mexico & it was ok. After leaving, I didn't keep my phone number and someone just used it to get into the Didi account. The alert came directly to my email address, but it won't allow me to use my email address to log in and there's no link for me to report that it wasn't me. When I log in with my email address, it wants me to use my old MX phone number to verify my identity but didn't bother asking the person to verify theirs with my email smh. Still waiting for a response
Everytime I order anything something is missing, and it's really annoying, such a bad service from big corporations.
Orders always damage or missing items. Customer service just wasn't your time and when they say you will be getting a refund you don't. Had to waste even more time disputing payments with my bank. If you are in desperate need of a food delivery service use a different app or might be easier and cheaper to pay for an Uber/taxi and pick up your food. If you are a fan of wasting your time you have chosen the right app.
Completely useless. Tried to use it in Cartagena and it wouldn't let me find a restaurant because it says none available but there were plenty in a reasonable distance. Then I tried to use it in Bogota, two different restaurants, two different payment methods, and it would give me an error (after the last step of confirming) that it cannot apply the discount and can't do anything to make it work (not even remove a discount)
horrible, three process are triple off the foods worth only to arrive late and cold, super abusive prices makes you get up and go buy by yourself
this app doesn't work at all. I can't register at all on one phone. on another phone the app will not load the restaurant selection.
I actually liked it in the beginning but the ui is not very good and when an order was not delivered the support team was incredibly bad asking the most stupid questions like taking fotos of the items that weren't delivered and writing them what i ordere like for some reason they can't see that in the system. The case never got resolved, i lost my money and deleted the app. Major warnings, scam service.
Most terrible experience I've had recently, and I've had some bad ones. Tried to order a simple meal on my card but Didi Food canceled the card and charged me cash instead. The restaurant rejected my request to cancel, the drivers couldn't cancel, my multiple calls to the inactive phone number in their app were useless... they're going to charge me for the food anyway even though it was THEIR APP THAT MADE THE ERROR, whatever, I'm just glad this hellish experience is over. Never order from them!
