I requested a ride and was given a price of approx. ARS $3.100. when I arrived at my destination, the driver charged me ARS $4.300. I pointed the price difference out to him and he just shrugged, didn't care. I contacted the app, but my issue couldn't be solved because it wasn't listed. It was. No customer service. Also, at night, the drivers don't want to pick up a ride unless I pay 25-50% more than what the app indicates, and they end up costing more than a taxi ride. I'm deleting this app.

The app needs improvement on food deliveries. It only has pre written complaints. My order was delivered with the soda in the same bag as the hot food, and one small package of ketchup for my fries. I couldn't enter any of this. You can't enter special instructions for the restaurant. I have a coupon from a prior issue, it can't be used, and the app never tells you before final check out. App needs a lot of improvements.

Horrible and totally unreliable - drivers either cancel or don't show up but when they don't show I still pay a cancel fee like I wasn't there waiting. Prices jump all over the place too, literally from one minute to the next. Almost always have to pay in cash, even though credit card is shown as an option. If you don't have local cash, you're screwed. No more DiDi.

It is sad that this app tries to add cost every possible way. If you don't know exactly where you are going and request, then request again the price increases to the same location. They don't do this in Brazil. If you wait too long to confirm your start time, it adds cost to the ride. Puts too much pressure from money hungry app developers. So stupid. You should put the customer experience first, not trying to add money every possible way

Useless. Apparently no way to verify cards from when your account is from a foreign currency. Entered exact amount taken out of redeposited in my account still nothing. Good luck with rates, conversions, and rounded numbers. No currency or language options in help screens. Limited cash options. App also crashes and glitches while using. I wish the "grab" would take over in this part of the world like it has in Asia, because that app is actually functional.

This app is always rejecting my debit card. It asks to enter the amount that is on hold on my card for verification and when I enter the exact amount that appears on my bank account it rejects it. My card had already been accepted before, which I also had struggled with, and all of a sudden it told me it needed verification again. You can't contact customer service through the app because it just sends you to articles and won't list any numbers to contact someone directly.

Highly unreliable. After long delays drivers cancel rides. Or you cancel it because you can't wait any longer and since more than 5 minutes have passed of the estimated pick up time, you are forced to pay a fee. Drivers blame it on the App. They say that sometimes they have arrived but the app doesn't update drivers location and the aren't able to send messages 👎🏻

**Update, removing 5 star review as I can no longer use the app. I keep getting an error saying online payment unavailable. Reached out to support and they asked for a pic of the error and for me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, they closed my issue before I could even respond. I have tried to get additional support but cannot. Super disappointed. Great service and usually cheaper than the competition. A must have app while in Mexico.

This app changes the method of payment to cash intentionally / thieves. This app also delivers food. Yesterday I bought some food with my card and the app changed the method to cash (very convenient to hide from taxes from the IRS). I couldn't cancel the order and reach out to their support team for 3hrs, result: even when I had screenshots proving that my payment method was my card they didn't do anything. They charged my card and when the food arrived they asked me to pay again in cash.

Payment system needs a lot of work. My credit cards often won't go through. Multiple banks says it's Didi. Deleting/adding cards again doesn't help. Reaching customer service is impossible. They need shared family billing like Uber. Favorite Places don't work if you block location permissions. Selecting another pickup location outside of where you are is a big hassle too. The rates are cheaper, otherwise I wouldn't put up with all the shortcomings. Why don't you accept Discover???

Never using it again, I was charged cash and the app is still requesting me to pay via card. Worst part? When I try to open a request the help centre won't let me, it automatically shows that "the issue doesn't apply to this trip" (it is my exact issue though??). Perhaps the driver was mistaken, so I wouldn't take it up with him, but I cannot give that grace to Didi since they won't even let me report this, I can't even talk to a rep at all. Absolutely abysmal costumer service.

The app was difficult for me to navigate. changing screens from ordering to the map to messaging the driver. For me, it was not an easy transition. 😕 and even opening it once installed is now posing a problem for me. (but, maybe that's a google problem. I'm not sure why I can post this review or uninstall... but I can't open. 🤔)

Countless times have they taken money for a trip and not returned it. They told me it will come back in 3 days then 5, then 7 days. Each time they said the funds were released from their side and to check with my financial institution. The bank know more about payment times and authorisation holds than Didi, yet they claim to know better and that it's out of their hands. Thats as far as I got 8 times because they instantly mark the chat resolved and I can't do anything further. RATE:NO STARS.

The most important feature you have to add is adding a sound and a vibration whenever I receive an offer because they always appear with no alert and I don't notice them unless I am really paying attention to the screen which is annoying for someone getting ready to go for a ride and doesn't have to keep holding the phone not to miss any offer.

Says no driver available in my area. I'm trying to plan for a trip so I enter different addresses just to see the availability situation, and it tells me it can't connect? I've enabled permissions, turned on and off wifi and data, nothing. I can't use it. And when I try to access the help button, there's only the option to access my empty past messages. Not even a FAQ, just empty. I reinstalled the app too. It's not usable.

Prices are very variable. If you see no drivers and cancel then reorder the price goes up and if you do it again it goes up again. Then, if you cancel and closebthe app after 5 min they send you a flash deal discount (as if the inflated price was right) that brings you back to your original pricing Drivers cancel trips after waiting for 7 or 8 min. A driver canceled my trip just after he arrived at my place and I saw him pick up other customers! They use all the apps and chose what they like

DO NOT USE. The app does not vet the drivers properly and do not track driver behavior, multiple times I've tried to request a trip and ended up waiting for more than 2 to 3 hours for a driver. The app will connect you to a driver but the driver will ask you to cancel saying they "accidentally accepted" the drivers on this app will only accept for long trips which cost more, especially in high demand areas such as the Airport which I regularly go to daily. Save your time and use Uber!

The price shown while riding the trip was 30 EGP more than after finishing the trip. I understand that is due to the fact that the previous balance wasn't taken into account except after finishing the trip. I ended up paying more than what was expected. This needs to change, the price shown should be the exact same from beginning to end of the trip with coupons/previous balance applied.

seemed like the app looked good and straight forward. The night before I reserved a time for the morning, at 8:40, to get to the airport in Sapporo. 8:35 rolls up and they cancell the trip. I have my snowboard bag and suitcase and backpack so running to a train and trying to get there on time is not happening. Tried one more and nope, so luckily I found a taxi on the street and she got me there on time. will be deleting this app as that is not good when getting on a plane to chase the powder

Your app is confused by non standard font sizes. I use a large font due to my vision and a lot of the text is squashed together, and fields where you type are cut off making this app very difficult to use. I am not even able to get through the sign up section. As you have no web app, I am unable to use your service at all.
