DigDeep Recovery Deleted Photo

This thing is completely a scam. You pay for a subscription it takes finding files, but then takes days to complete. It waits until you can't cancel the trial because your photos would almost be recovered. Well if you actually pay the subscription cost and wait it out past the trial suddenly the "files" it found aren't recoverable. Don't even waste your time. All these positive ads are fake just look at the wording. Don't be fooled

This is bad in every way possible. You can't use the app unless you get the free trial. Can't get the full experience under the free trial. There are ads plus you can't recover certain photos without paying $60. I accidentally got the full version thinking it was the free trial. Tried to get a refund but Google wouldn't give it to me. So I tried emailing the developer but got a response that it wasn't a valid address. So I guess I have to do this on here since the developer is responding here.

Calling it bad is a compliment. The app doesn't pull up any deleted items only things that are currently on your phone but in a random order. They want to charge £50 a year sub and an extra £5 sub to restore the not deleted items it finds, complete waste of time. Even if you do pay the £50 sub fee, they still force an advert to pop up with almost every click.

Wow. Just wow. As soon as I open the app it immediately floods me with products that I supposedly must buy if I want to recover my files? Not only that but older pictures/videos that were deleted need a subscription to recover. The only ones it would let me recover were the ones I still had in my gallery. Not only is it making you pay but the app is unusable without paying a ridiculous amount of money. Waste of time. Just another one of those developers trying to get easy money 💰

Don't waste your money its a scam! 'Recovered photos' were photos that were already on my phone. Customer service is impossible to contact, my emails were ignored and I was unable to get a refund for the £49 I was charged. An absolute disgrace apps like that shouldn't be allowed. Google play was no help either all they said was to contact the app developer and that they can't do anything about it. Avoid this app at all costs!

The app litterally only scanned and showed me the photos i already have on my phone.I litterally downloaded the app and did the scan mearly 5 min at most 10 min after i accidentally deleted a few photos i didnt want to delete.Come to think of it,if you read the reviews most of them is exactly the same words the only thing thats different is the amount of photos and the "person" who wrote the review.

The app does not work, please do not install it and certainly do not pay for it. I have been trying to get a refund from the developer for over a month now. I have made 3 requests and the response I get is totally unprofessional. If the developer ever reads this, I want my money back. Your product only retrieves images that is built into the system and retains images from recently visited sites. It does not retrieve lost photo or video files as promised. This app doesn't earn the 1 star rating

Didn't find any of the deleted photos, only the existing. The app artifically delays scanning so that the 3 day trial expires and you get charged $60 (it found eveything it could within hours, but it kept "running" for days making you think it didn't finish)... The user interface doesn't let you sort by size, or date, or anything else which makes is hard to find the photo you want.

A joke. No good. Save your time and money as you can't get the time back. Nearly every recovered video and pic was one that wasn't lost. The repair process that's offered takes days. Mine was almost a week. The paid version promises to speed it up a lot. After paying $60 it did not. The auto reply when contacting the developer begins "I love you honey" and gives itself 30 days to fix the problem. They did not. I don't know if there is a good recovery app but this one is not.

What a wonderful waste of time Had no problems with ads and it's pretty simple to use, HOWEVER this is a rubbish app. All it does is take pictures that are already on your phone and duplicate them about a million times. I ain't subscribing to anything! I canceled the subscription so you can't charge me later! Can't fool me you sneaky bastared! Would rate 0 if I could! Don't get this piece of rubbish.

It is all just a waste of time... I wanted to recover all of the photos that were deleted from my device and once it reached 100%, guess what... Nothing happened! What did I expect by now... this app made me wonder that if in the year 2030, an app would come out that could recover every deleted photo you deleted from your device before you installed it would exist. Us humans can fear the unknown, if apps like this could recover every file even if your device was not rooted. Be careful out there.

For most every instance the app found things that I totally forgot about. The files I needed came up as black screen videos but the preview says that there must be something there. The time frames are all random and play all the way though but it shows nothing while trying to play. It only happens to this certain block of videos but other than that it works really well and easy to use.

I wasn't able to recover any of the photos I lost because of the ludicrously slow file repair time, 0.05 megabytes per second. Many of the photos it did "recover" were random mobile ad thumbnails to games I've never even downloaded, and pictures of people I've never once seen. This app is a massive scam.

Don't download this! Claims to give a 3 day trial subscription but charges you anyways. I didn't like the app because all it did was show me photos I already had in my gallery. I deleted it within 10 minutes of use. I was still charged $59.99😡. Developers use a fake email that you can't respond to. I'm currently filing a claim with Google and my bank.

Kind of works. It was able to detect a lot of my deleted files. Still, not everything was detected or "recovered" though as well as the photos that I am specifically looking for. Also, every click from the app will lead you to watch like 5 seconds ad. I can say, it somehow works.

Ratings this app right now because the rate the app pops up after everything i do and it's not been long enough to figure out the app little own rate it.... the three-day trial went up and I am just right Play Store still charge my card so I thought I'd give the app another chance since I paid $59 for the month just to find out I hit unsubscribe now I am back to a basic account with limits. This may be a fluke thing I don't know if so I'll update my review

It has found many photos that I had lost so I am happy with that. I can not use past the 3 day trial though bc it is too expensive. It is very slow to recover 1 at a time. (unless I'm doing something wrong?) If it were 20 or less I would purchase for sure but not 60 that is way too much.

Decent app. Definitely saved my butt when I deleted a bunch of important work pictures with my computer when I was trying to transfer them. They constantly try to get you to pay more for upgrades and theres alot of ads. The app is easy enough to use but could offer more options. Im noticing a ton of duplicate photos as well

Horrible. Stole my money! Don't even download this app there is only 3 day wait time for it to charge to account for the subscription. If you happen to be a busy person like myself and forget, google most certainly won't help you with a refund and the app developer is uncontactable for a refund. Deleted the app same day I bought it and was charged $64 2 days later.

Worst photo recovery app I tried!... They want a £50 subscription, THEN it says it will take 19 days to upload and repair my files. When scanning for recoverable images the interface is the most basic out of 5 apps I tried - all you get is a screen of tiny photos, no ability to see date/size, filter or sort photos. AVOID.
