Very disappointed with . Whenever I open the app and click on “Get Started,” it suddenly crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I tried multiple times, updated the app after getting a bug warning, and even reinstalled it, but the problem continues. I am a college student and my important results and documents are stored here. This issue is causing serious inconvenience. Please fix it as soon as possible.

This is a completely useless app. If you don’t open it for 10–15 days, it forces an update and then makes you log in again. In an emergency, who has time for updates and repeated login steps? The password reset process is slow and frustrating, so if you forget your password, you’re stuck. An app meant for urgent use should provide instant access, not unnecessary hurdles. Very poorly designed and unreliable. Totally disappointing experience.

DigiLocker is a very useful app and keeps documents safe and secure. However, please provide an option to manually add or upload Voter ID (EPIC) card. Sometimes automatic fetch does not work properly. Adding a manual option would be very helpful for us, Thank you

unable to get started after Digilocker app update I have downloaded & been using this app since 2 years, now after a new update of this application I cannot even open this app For example after I open this app shows 'Get Started ' option, if I click it goes back . even the documents which I added in this app ( My Aadhaar , Driving Licence,My Vehicle RC , PAN card) also unable to see now .

DigiLocker is a very useful and secure app for storing important documents digitally. It saves time and reduces the need to carry physical documents everywhere. The app is easy to use and linked with government issued IDs. Documents can be accessed anytime, anywhere on a mobile phone. Overall, DigiLocker is a reliable and convenient digital service.

This app allows multiple accounts to be added using the same phone number, so that i could see many other accounts on my number. The worst part is I am not able to remove those and didn't even know how those were added without any OTP authentication on my number. Seems like someone else is also utilising my number without my knowledge or consent.

absolutely horrible experience! when the pin you create is finally accepted & you click to check a document, an aadhar for example - it'll re-ask the pin you just created only to say 'invalid pin'. And god forbid it accepts the pin, it'll give you an error 'invalid user' & kick you out of the process. you'll keep going to the same loop over and over just to give up.

😂 Developer copy-paste same Sorry reply to everyone but do nothing to fix the issue. 👎🏻App is unreliable to use in emergency. 👎🏻It logs out after few days of inactivity. And requires login OTP, Aadhaar verification details and App Lock setup to do it again. 👎🏻If you're unlucky enough, then all saved docs might be gone. ⁉️Even the developer email is "gmail". It should be a trusted government email domain. 👎🏻 currently, App UI shows HTML tags instead of text. who approves the app release

After the latest update, digilocker is continuously crashing. It used to work well till the last update. When I click the get started button, it immediately crashes. My mobile displays a message telling that the app is crashing due to a big and app will work when the developer resolves theissue with another update. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Useful app but has major flaws. The 1GB drive lacks end-to-end encryption, which is a privacy risk. It's also very restrictive: the app refuses to open if Developer Mode is enabled on the phone, and it blocks access completely if you are using WARP or any VPN. Needs to be more user-friendly for advanced users.

This app is similar to a government app. which is the slowest to open any issued document. It just buffers any document if you click to open it, and takes a whole day,, still doesn''t open the document. Traffic police stopped me and told me to show the licence and rc but this app takes years to open the document and atlast when i showed him from gallery they told that they only accept from digilocker not other than that app!! And this app is just a joke for storing it. Carry your wallet always.

need to get all certificates as I have passed my 10th from west bengal board in 2010, so need to add that also here with verified through your digi locker. kindly add those certificates also here. and epfo account it is unable to fetch in this app through umang app. we need not use umang app if pf account can be handling possible here. or in umang app, we r unable to fetch digi locker app documents. so make it possible all in one app. so that we no need to use both umang app as wel as digilocker

Very poor experience,I am going to give it 0 stars rating. The app doesn’t even open after installation. It constantly shows “Oops,something went wrong. Please try again later.” Internet connection is fine and I’ve already tried restarting the phone and clearing cache, but nothing works. If an app can’t even launch, it’s completely useless. Very bad developer.

while selecting the certification year which is not displayed in the select box. my school certification year is 2010, but the options are shown only from 2011 onwards. Does this mean the application is not available for candidates who obtained certification before 2011? please confirm.

login with mobile number doesn't work. regd sim card number not shown. a real stupidity. the OTP comes after 10 minutes and I already had logged out. Real B.B. the app is locked, due some exceeded limits but not even once I could open the app. because OTP takes so much time which leads to frustration,v& I exit the app. that's why I said real bb. it didn't open even after 5 minutes of clicking the icon.

I tried fetching the 10th, 12th and PG certificate from the Digilocker app by putting the index no and passing year, but it was showing that no record was available in the issuer database for given document parameters. For now, I have uploaded the photos on digilocker drive. Kindly solve this issue. Otherwise the app is good, I have issued 12 documents from the app.

overall app is very good but sometimes while fetching documents and downloading it is very Frustrating. actually when I tried to link and download my hsc and degree documents, it is getting error like no record found and currently having issue with downloading.

DigiLocker is the worst app. The government made it, but the way it's calculated, it seems to have been made by some shoddy workers who don't know anything. There are too many issues with it.I passed my 12th in 2022 and when I try to add my marksheet, the passing year 2022 is not showing. This is the worst app. If I had to rate it out of 10, I would give it a 0 because it's a very bad app, I'm upset.

The App is very slow. and not getting the OTP to login. if I need to show my driving licence to Traffic police how it works? if the time for login is more than 4 mins. As per your request following is the incident- I was trying to login and wait for OTP which was not received 3 times I request to resend . After writing the review 3 OTPs came at a time. 120 secs to receive 1st OTP and if failed then again 120 sec is too much time if I have to produce licence to Traffic police

i didn't even created an account as i was new to this app but when i tried to make it it shows my account is verified and asking for security pin and like wth i never created one the app didn't gave me any chance to create one and now asking for security pin and when i press forgot pin so it gives an opt which idk from where i havw to see as this app didn't sent me any opt at my registered phone number. Please fix this issue or delete my accounts so rhat i can start new account.
