Disney Magic Kingdoms

Have been playing for over a month now. Pretty much learned it's pay to play. Basically just farming for potions at this point. After a month, I still can't get the next land to open, it keeps telling me to do more Toy Story quests. How many do I have to do? 5000? The rewards are next to nil while the cost to buy anything in the game with potions or gems is exorbitant. Should have read reviews first. Not the game I thought it would be.

I love this game, it's cute and fun, but you guys have made some TERRIBLE quality of life decisions. Why have you shoved so many ads in the game? There is a pop up reminding me about how you guys have chest sales, 3 times in less than 15 minutes, and then the ad interruptions, it's ridiculous! You already have ad chests and the ad tent, you guys need to dial back the ads, and don't use "Well if you purchase something, the ads go away." That is no excuse when you decided to up the ad amount.

Idea is excellent, but as always it gets to a point where gameplay becomes almost impossible if you are not willing to spend some dollars. Ads are annoying, many of them show up just because. There should be a version or option to pay to get rid of ads forever. Edit: Lowering the score, the cost of things is simply ridiculous, example 1.99 for a few gems when everything cost 100+ gems. Pure greed. Events are meant for paid players or at least with a 2+ years playing history.

Horrible customer care! I have been playing this game since it's debut. It has become more and more of a money grab over the years, which I understand they need to make money over their creation. However, I reached out multiple times to customer service when I got a new phone and lost 4 months of progress, including MULTIPLE characters that I had paid for and the Season Pass I paid for, and I never got a response. Horrible to not have consideration for customers who have supported you so long!

this game was great and I've played it from the start. I've tried to stick with all the changes but recently it has been too much. too many new characters. the drop rate is horrible. I have suggested tying the old increased drop rate to those who pay for the premium but no go from you. it's way too difficult to finish events and level up all the characters. I can't keep playing this game with how stressful and money grab you turned into.

I used to play this game when it first started. I couldn't continue playing it because I didn't have enough space and got rid of it. I was able to go back to it years later and I find that there's ads for every little thing you complete. Quest? Ads. Got a treasure Chest? Ads. Upgrading a character? Oh look, here's an ad. I especially hate that they put a season pass because of trends. I would have given it more but Gameloft is greedy with heavy monetization. GET RID OF THE ADS!!!!

it is a great game and I would give it a 4 star review. that is until you get 5 mins in and you get forced ads every 30 seconds. no joke. its like those games that make you watch forced ad after forced ad. the kind of thing you'd never expect to see in any Disney game. but they are doing it too. I had to just delete the app its so bad I can't even play it. Hopefully they remove the ads in the furure and I can re download. that or at least give an option to skip or even limit the ads cuz its bad

for an idle game, it's fine. the cost to get characters and chests is too high considering the rewards you get are minimal. it has a cute art style. but the wrost thing is the amount of ads there are. you click a button, and there is an ad. you move to a new area there is an ad. you open a chests there is an ad. it would be 4 stars if there were half the amount of ads. 5 if it is less pay to win

Really cute graphics and gameplay, but the game itself is pretty boring. The rewards are kinda sad for how long they make you wait for every quest. And getting different characters requires spending real money for chests, still no guarantee to get what you want. Of course they give you the starter ones, which is Toy Story currently. Rarely give you gems for special spending, again unless you spend actual money. Which is worth it if you have a guarantee, but you dont.

I've been playing this game on and off throughout the years. Some of the storylines are great. Some of the challenges are pointless. The Maleficent challenges used to allow you to get some cool characters. Now it's pointless. Now there are so many ads I can barely do anything. These ads aren't quick either. I get frustrated and stop playing because of these few things.

Way too many pop up ads. I understand watching an ad for like a bonus but I hate that they just pop up out if nowhere. also I am NOT paying for a virtual character or to complete a mission. Disney is a billion dollar company.... stop being greedy and asking for the little I have. This used to be a fun game, but it loses its enjoyment when I have to deal with the ads and panhandling.

Worst Customer Service EVER! Been playing this game for years. I truly have enjoyed it. I even opt to purchase in-game power ups using real money. Recently I made a purchase for a particular bundle, but was granted the rewards from a different bundle. I reached out to Customer Service and it took almost 3 days for them to respond. I answered their question within two hours, and again had to wait 24 hrs for a response, and that response didn't address my issue. Going to dispute charges with my CC

Decent game but a LOT of glitches that developers don't seem to care about fixing despite repetitive complaints. Regularly unable to buy things with elixirs, the game crashes probably once a day, the expansion areas used to be bought with Magic and now it's only the "Dreamsparks" which have been unavailable to even earn for MONTHS (what's the point of expandable areas if you can't expand). What used to be a fun game is now just a quick visit to keep my streak going and then on to better games.

This game used to be fun for those that have played for a long time, now they make it impossible to have fun with it. They are money hungry, greedy company and I'm ready to quit all 3 games I play from Gameloft. You get no breaks in between events and basically have to have all characters leveled completely leveled up before you can get the last character. Whatever you do don't waste your time playing. Some people work and don't have time to play constantly but you sure want that money.

What the heck are these ads every two minutes? At least when I chose to watch ads I got something, now it's just being forced so you pay for something to turn it off. This is ridiculous. I'm really close to just being done with this after being a day 1 player. It's all just for money and there's no storyline anymore. So sad to see what it's been developed to and don't care about players anymore.

I've been playing the game for a very long time. I decided to change my review because it was fun, but now it is a blatent cash grab. It used to be player-paced & relaxing, but Gameloft decided to add event after event with impossible tasks. The only way to complete an event is to spend a lot of money and play for hours every day. Unless you have unlimited cash and time, don't bother. In addition, Gameloft says they are taking players' comments seriously, but they don't.

This game used to be fun. The events were spaced out and manageable to complete. Now, there is a new event right after the last and an unrealistic time frame to complete it. This game is more than a full time job. You'll need to forgo sleep so you can get all the materials you need to complete tasks and get characters before time runs out. For those who say they are able to finish events, they're either spending real money or EXTREMELY lucky with drop rates. The majority of players are frustrated

I like playing. Nice diversion for a while. I don't​mind the ads because it's a free game for me. That was back in 2017. Things have changed for the worse. My game glitched, it took several days to resolve and I lost time and event tokens and event progress and tappers. They only gave me back the event coins. I gave up. I was looking at going to Dreamlite but same company so NO. Shame 6 years of playing and it's just now a money grab.

I use to play this game a lot and spent a lot of money in the game. You use to be able to have all your characters out in the kingdom, but now you can only have 75 characters out. How you have to upgrade different attractions now but you need diamonds, and you could buy any concession stand or gift stand. Now you have to open chests in order to get plants, monuments, concession stand, and other things. Can't upgrade any character you want to either. I'm disappointed with this game now.

This game started out really good, my family and I played since it came out. Even spent more money than I care to admit, and rated it 5 star. But every update and event brings more and more paywalls to the game, I get that it needs money to stay up but when it gets to the point when you need to spend money for the premium character to complete the event, that's just greed. To top it off they seem to focus more on pumping out pay for characters and extras they seem to have forgot about the keeping the game running smooth. Used to run mint, not anymore. Well I hope they can aleast fix the way it runs maybe add in some more character voices, that would be nice, but it's pretty unplayable atm.
