Docket

We keep getting screwed out of fuel chargers because the software won't round up at the end of a field in the dumpster matrix. When this happens it doesn't charge any fuel at all, no matter how far away. I'm going to switch to I-cans. I've given these guys months to fix this and they have no answer.

This app/software has really streamlined my small dumpster rental business. The owners of the Docket company are extremely responsive and really listen to users' concerns. If you have a dumpster business, this is the software and app you need. Make sure you give it time to get use to the functionality because, once you do, you will see it is a great asset.

This is beyond frustrating. The app features are great. The downfall is it freezes up constantly. When you are out in the field and on certain days, the app is useless.

Constantly need to sign back in.

constantly boots you out while trying to finish a task. And always have to restart the app or call to get taskes fixed or finished due to always glitching

The app could be nice if they did a major update, it crashes and freezes my phone up multiple times a day while trying to use it for work

I don't know how I would run my business without docket. I am totally happy with there products, from their website design and integration with administrative software to their customer service they have my respect and confidence.
