Doctor Anywhere - Telehealth

App constantly stops and I can't even have a consultation. Previously I had issues with the audio so I reached out to CS, but they said it was my internet problem, which I had tested multiple times and there were no issues. Restarted, reinstalled, reset - but still facing the same issues.

This is my first time using this app. I've been feeling really bad about my cold and cough but the attending physician suddenly cancelled my booking. I needed to wait for 10 days before they return the amount I paid. I only have enough money for the check up and the medication. This is SO STRESSFUL. Do better, please. People are getting your service for a reason, please also consider that I won't book an online appointment if I can manage to go to a physical clinic.

My first appointment but they don't offer "Fit For School/Work Memo" anymore, at least for Malaysia. You'll have physically get it from the clinic. The doctor was nice and did clarify that they do consultations and medical advice still.

The app is too laggy and full of errors. My money was deducted even if I didn't get to see a doctor. The assistant the app has is also AI, which makes it less reliable and unhelpful.

I paid for the fee but was not able to use the services. no upcoming event shown on my dashboard. no customer service button on the app.

First time use it, paid and waited for the scheduled call with GP. However no one joined the call, I have waited for 7 mins still nothing happened. Didn't get the consultation with the GP I paid for. I wrote to the chat to ask for refund, no answer. Call to them, no answer as well. Now I don't know how to get the refund. Do not use this app, it's not reliable.

Edit: All good! It was just a visual interface challenge where I don't see where to select a country code. Origin: Phone number bug for verification. It's not letting me through even though I have entered a mobile number. Could it be that. I've entered it already in the settings page?

Medication costs can be very reasonable.. But prescription limit of 1 month is designed to promote unnecessary monthly consultations, and supply of certain medications, is unreliable.. When a doctor leaves the platform, so do your notes... overpriced for Psychiatrist compared to private hospital..

i appreciate the promptness of the app to accomodate the client. The doctor who handle my call was attentive, professional and explajn clearly to me my symptoms. Thank you❤️

Great option for light case & when you don't feel like going out of the house! Can avoid the long clinic q too over the weekend. Looking forward to receiving my medicine to be delivered. Thank you, DA!

It is useful since the doctor already know what medication you are already taking (upon confirmation) so they can inform you which medication helps with which problem you are facing. Since I already have the medication, all I have to do is inform the doctor about my symptoms. Easy to fill in the informations needed, very straightforward. The process of getting the doctor does not take long and it helps with my back problem since waiting at public clinic will put more pressure on my back.

Great for Doctors Check up, but not recommended to buy medicine on their app. Their partnership with SouthStarDrugstore is so slow, just buy on your nearest drugstore.

The customer service is very unresponsive. I have been following up on my medication which was paid already for 4days now but I still haven't heard from them. It is such a disappointment considering the tagline was "medication delivered to your doorstep" what a scam!! Just give me a refund! Even your partner drugstore says there are delays in forwarding the orders of your patients. I bet you also don't pay your doctors on time. I hope you improve your customer service.

What should've been an easy and quick consultation led to so much delay, total waste of time! Customer service cant fix wrong details when you signed up. Worse, they blocked my device after several attempts of trying to fix the issue. Customer service is only giving canned responses, not helpful at all!!!! Not recommended, you'll just waste your time.

Marking 3 stars for now since the latest update seems to have removed the capability to upload files. I checked the permissions and other capabilities list and it doesn't even look like it can read files and folders anymore but the app itself still displays the "upload" button. Tapping that button doesn't do anything. Don't get me wrong, I like the app for its convenience.

It was actually very convenient. For the first consultation, it was free but succeeding they will already charge you. I booked an appointment 2 months from now and I was immediately charged with my credit card. When I opened the app, noticed that there was no appointment booked. I don't even know where to contact them. I am really disappointed.

super gross gov never allow digital mc ady too bad🤮 or else this is the best place to get mc. overall 1st experience ok but not for the app keep crashing part. too challenging just to fill up for the appointment . loving Dr phang anw!

Horrible app that doesn't allow users to reset passwords. Reset email was never received. Emailed for support but responses were rejected.
