DocuBay - Watch Documentaries

SCAMMERS. Dare to steal our money not dare to reply WhatsApp, keep stealing my money, even not installed your apps before. Check my play store subscription but nothing record. Guys, I keep search internet but no solution yet, so I contact my service provider to block it. If got any other solution PLEASE leave a comment and us know.

I used many streaming services, but this one is the worst so far. The picture started changing the aspect ratio while playing... for the documentary I wanted to watch, Amazon lists "Docubay" as an option with subtitles -- nope, you don't get them. Unfortunately missed the fact that there's free trial. Wasted money... EDIT: Correction to the comment above -- I realized that the documentary does have subtitles, but they can't be enabled when using Chromecast. How else to watch it on a big screen?

I didn't even download this app why I need to pay your subscription every month, so I want to refund back my money for this subscription every month

Constant connection issues—particularly when attempting to add to favourites—and yes, I have a high speed connection. If this app doesn't receive an update soon, I will cancel and uninstall. Additionally, every time I'm using Google keyboard, I cannot use glide typing—something to look into for the development team!

The worst kind of app. I subscribed through Google play. At the time of subscription was not prompted to set up password and email etc. A few days ago I was logged out and now trying to logging back ask for password. I am emailing them to issue a temporary password but no response. They were quick to charge but no help. Don't subscribe their documentaries are also not of good standards.

It's slow even on a 100mbps connection. Videos stutter and lose quality during stream. I've tried on different devices and using different ISPs. I've seen that there is less problem with featured content. Main issue is work documentaries that you search for and try to play. The content is ok. Need better streaming speed and at least hd quality when streaming nature videos.

One of the shittiest app I've ever came accross. Before asking people to pay for, make an app that doesn't crash every now and then. You guys don't deserve to be paid for the kind of app you've built. Horrible surfing experience. The documentaries doesn't play right. If you browse to and fro each section multiple times, the app throws up error. The list goes on and on. Don't know how some people have rated it 4 star!

Love the app, just have two major issues: 1. Subtitles don't appear in downloaded content. As most of the documentaries are global, people speak in their local language and without subtitles it makes no sense at all 2. Buffer history needs to be improved. The documentary should always start at the exact point where it was left unwatched. Team, you are doing a great job, just ensure you resolve these issues for a great user experience.

Installed the app yesterday after I took one year subscription. The app keeps crashing, the Chromecast streaming is flaky and the video gets downsized every now and then. It spoils the complete experience of what I had sought the subscription for. Should've waited till the app matures in few months. Till then it is fairly unusable as the experience is nothing much to write home about. 1 year Subscription going down the drain.

Not working properly in tv, all other streaming apps works perfectly, docubay buffers every few seconds, and no option to select resolution or anything in tv app ! Just wasted money on one year membership ! Anybody planing to take membership for tv, wait until they fix bugs and performance, it may take a long time

I'm facing big issue with docubay. unable to see DOB , also unable to see FAQ. Also not applicable the promo code. I'm unable to subscribe. unable see subscription Amount. lots of issue with application. How could I watch the videos? promo code also not working. my email also verified but still facing issues. here i request you resolve my problem.

The rating is temporary if the things are improved. I like the content and I'm switching from Prime and other things as the stories are too predictable. There are many things that can be changed or fixed. 1. There should be an option to play on low resolution. 2. In between the screenplay speed doubles automatically and there is no way to change it.

what i like is even with the cheapest subscription you have good quality image documentaries. what i dislike is the amount of documentaries available or offered. Also what annoys me is when in a documentary a foreign language is dubbing over by an english voice, when you can actually understand what the person says through the subtitles... so no dubbing is needed... ill see this month, if no new or MORE documentaries are available, ill deinstall

Pathetic, the app has very good documentaries, but the app crashes a lot, inspite of purchasing membership, it has some kind of glitch wherein you open the app ,it prompts you to buy membership . One has to close the app and open it again, which is when it recognises that you are already a member. After all , I forgot docubay is an Indian company, so there would be loads of technical issues.

These are just my views.The app is not properly build, I am a one tribe member(subscription taken) but no proper support is given, user interface is pathetic, max download is 3, documentary are haphazard, content is cheap, very few documentaries are worth. As a proper documentary subscription app it's no better than other streaming apps which offer diversified content and also have good documentaries. They really need to work hard currently it's not worth 1500 bucks.

App pauses content every 5 minutes. Contacted help and support- they say running perfectly their end and suggested I update to the latest version. No update available since I last tried to fix this 12 days ago by updating. This is the only app doing this pausing content so I really don't know how to fix this. Bit of a waste of money as it's not watchable like this.

Content sounds ok but there is no option to decrease the quality of the video. Everytime we don't have huge data plan left to watch. YouTube, Disney Hotstar, etc all have option to select the video quality. Especially in document the content matters most than the quality. ----------- Update: I am talking about the android tv app (not mobile or other apps). When I play the video I can see only 4 option. Pause, forward, backward and CC. There is no option to select video quality.

Collection of documentaries is good. It updates a new documentary everyday. Good idea. The design of app is also good and pretty easy to use. However, felt few places which I think is lacking - 1- The app doesn't seem very smooth while operating. This is a major concern. There's some rigidity in app browsing. 2- I have got premium subscription, but the app allows to download only 2 documentaries at a time which I think is very low. Limit should atleast be 5-10. Please plan to improve team.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very Disappointed! I paid for the yearly fee. And it doesn't work. Keeps saying I have to log in and open the app to activate. Highly disappointed and I unsubscribed immediately. I want a refund!

Purchased Onetribe 999 rs subscription linking Amazon pay, because on the Docubay app it was stated that using Amazon pay, cashback up to 300 rs will be issued. Now both docubay and amazon asking to contact the other stating cashback would be issued by the other side. So if there would be any offer which lures you to buy 999 rs Annual subscription with cashback, DO NOT fall for it. They will just trick you to buy annual subscription. No cashback would be issued.
