App is complete garbage, rather use my fob at this point. it constantly logs me out doesn't connect to my watch at all. We would think for the price of the subscription to use the one feature that we all want this app for it would work flawlessly. At this point, Dodge make the remote start feature free. Cause if your app is going to continue being this bad, it is not worth paying for the subscription.

rarely works and when it does it takes for ever to work. I have had the drone system on all vehicles before this and they are amazing. The app locked the doors when I started my truck the otherday and wouldnt unlock. the fob was inside. I called customer support and they couldn't. do anything. An hour later my door unlocked leaving me stuck for an hour. Way too many issues for something that important.
Lags tremendously. Hardly worth using unless I really don't want to have my keys on me. This is regardless of how good the service is around me. Customer service can't do anything for me. Dealt with them 3 different times. States 2.5 minutes per push of button to actually work is acceptable. Have to update log in credentials more often then I'd like to....Two stars because it does usually work if you don't mind being patient or pressing button minuteS before you would like it to work.
This app is definitely not worth the subscription price. The fuel level and mileage stopped updating a few weeks ago. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Those options are no longer displayed at all. It takes forever to lock, unlock, or start my car with this app. When I try to opt out of data sharing, I receive an error message saying my changes cannot be saved. I really miss my Camaro with the FREE app that always worked flawlessly.
This is such an infuriating piece of garbage, I regret spending the subscription for remote starting. I can't get the app to open half the time with a "login error, try again later" and when I can open it, it crashes. (this is not the same as a bad password error) App support told me to register the car and I got no further help. I have! I even presented screenshots from inside the app when I could manage to log in. I shouldn't have to be doing more support than the support team. miserable.
Very poor app when it comes to supporting the EV Charger. Rarely shows accurate charge level. If you try refreshing, it acts like it is doing something, but then displays the same status. Vehicle health is a joke...I have had error conditions in the vehicle, but the app shows everything green. Overall the app works about as well as the EV which is not saying much. I have to depend on the app for my level 2 charging unit for any valid information.
The app worked ok on my iPhone but since I switched phones to Samsung s25 ultra a month ago it's pretty much useless. The app opens freezes then crashes, i can't use it i may have to cancel my subscription if I can't get it to work. Also the vehicle health report hasn't been updated in 89 days which really doesn't matter it doesn't open when I click on it anyways.
Nothing updates ...my vehicle health hasn't updated in more than 30 days. It lags in where my vehicle is located. I might as well get up and find my keys to make sure the doors are locked because half the time that doesn't work. The info won't update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, force stopped it...what is the point in having it? GET IT TOGETHER, DODGE!!!
It's ok but... For close to $300 a year, I'd expect real time GPS tracking to be a bit more accurate. More often than not, it shows previous location instead of current one. Considering the price, location should be dead on and fast. Also, remote engine stop regardless of how it was started (from inside the car or remote) should be an option.
Useless app. I couldn't get it to do anything except show me the name of my car. I logged out and back in and now have a box saying that I need to call to subscribe, but it gives no phone number. Complete waste of time even downloading it. I originally wanted to see if I could find info about changing the horrible loud text notification sound, but this app won't even stay open without crashing, much less provide resources to answer questions about the product. Frustrating for a brand new car.
This app is the worst! Always goes to download screen when opening even after fresh install. Can't count on any part of remote access to work. I could keep going on what this app can't do, but I am limited to 500 characters. The only thing I am sure this app can do is make me mad! Don't make downloading an app mandatory until you work out the bugs! I've been reading about all the other extremely upset customers and glad I'm not alone. Please post something about how we can fix your issues!
Extremely slow if it works at all. I thought the ability to locate my car would be useful, but it doesn't automatically refresh and it can take DAYS before a refresh request updates. Beyond useless for tracking your car while in a mechanic's care, etc, to make sure they're not joyriding or worse that it was stolen while in their care. My dealer made it sound much better than it was, but I suppose that's a salesmans job.
App rarely works or won't stay open, won't let me add my vehicle I just purchased, has an old vehicle I didn't even realize I had a free trial for. Looks like this go around I won't get a year free trial that Dodge offered. Sounds to me like false advertising. "Looking into matter" is not a fix when the reviews are the same for over a year.
After filling the gas tank, this app does not register 100%. I overfilled the tank it only registered 95%. Another dismal point is the location update. It does not update the location. I have to manually update it myself! This is not good 😡 What if my car is stolen? Sometimes I have to reboot my phone to get an update! The Uconnect was far better than this app we're forced to use. It registered 100% fuel and the location after shutdown! This is horrible 😡 Two stars was a bit too generous!
You resolved many issues. Including putting back the "Vehicle Equipment, and additional equipment". App runs smoother. The only issue currently is the Vehicle Health Report. It has not communicated with the car, since you started doing the changes to the app on November 5, 2023. That was the last health report. Everything else is good. Fix that, I'll be happy to give a 5 star. Thanks much for putting back the "Vehicle Equipment", with additional equipment (added options). Thanks!
I cannot review my appointment made for my vehicle's next check up. Clicking on the find dealer, doesn't do anything. It takes me to a map, that doesn't allow you to click on the dealership. There's no option to enter an address or zipcode to find the dealership I've been using for the past 3 years. What's the point of putting app settings and it only gives you options for gas and air. There's no way to change GPS options to on after it's been turned off.
This app doesn't work. I only have it because they discontinued the use of the other app. I can never get it to pair with my vehicle. It is hit or miss whether I can even log in to the app! I live where it can get very cold, and one of the features I liked about the other app was that it would let me start my vehicle to warm up which kept me from having to walk down several flights of stairs and across a large parking lot to do it.
Okay so I figured out the whole issue with the VIN in the app. That should be fixed but it's not. So that's a developer thing you guys have to fix that. But to get past that you have to go to the website, register your car and go through the website version. Once it gets registered and everything then I had to subscribe to Sirius Connect or something like that. Then I could go back to the app and everything was on there. I would be happy to give you guys five stars if everything worked properly.
I do not like this new updated app. works when it wants to. Sometimes, it takes a very long time to receive the signal to unlock or remotely start my durango. Not only that, it does not show vehicle information, especially the fuel percentage! It helped a lot when it was running low it would send me a notification. Now, not even that I liked the old uconnect app better it didn't give me problems like this app. I don't even get notifications what's so ever to me email.
Will not let us log in. On a S-22 the app will not let us log into it. Regardless of everything we've done, uninstall, reinstall, called troubleshooting & they were no help. Theres no point to this app as it will not work.......They have found the issue and its been resolved. Ive got to give them credit for having found it, issue was the time on the phone was wrong, unbelievable, the time. We'll see how it goes from here as we dont use the app/vehicle very often.
