Domino's

Poor excuse for an app. Full of stutters and delays when trying to use it, and keeps annoying me with unwanted 'deals' that are a sham Tried using it again recently only to be met with a weird system that kept logging me out and now make it unable for me to even log in because "There's already an account connected to this email" when I'm trying to log in with said email. Disgraceful for an app from such a giant company.

The app is easy to work with. The issue is just how slow it can get. It would be nice if they added a feature where we could see what name we entered for our pick up order to prevent confusion (like I'm having right now)

With the chicken voucher deal, I found a bit confusing, offering 3 types of chicken deals on the one voucher, probably need to separate them like one for the nuggets, 1 for the 5 chicken wings, 1 for the 10 chicken wings. Other than that it was fine.

New app is extremely slow! How come such big company allow to launch an app without any testing at all! Tried in 3 different phones. 300% to 500% slower than previous version! Also, GUI is very bad as compared to previous version! edit: after years, same issues

Wouldnt recommend. It's hard enough navigating the website on a PC browser but the app is insufferable. Specials and other pop ups make what could be an easy 5 minute job 30 minutes. There's also a problem with payments. I've used multiple valid cards to pay online and it keeps rejecting them. It doesn't tell you why it's not working either so you have to guess.

Just downloaded app. Have to select a store then choose pickup or delivery then a time and bla bla bla before being able to even see the menu or specials ot anything at all. Very disappointing. It put me off before seeing a menu. Get it together Domino's NZ. I'm not going to do a trick "Sit. Rollover.. whooose a gooood boy! Just show me NZ dedls and the menu and if it's good I'll buy something. ffs. 1/10 stars because 0/10 isn't a valid option.

As a programmer, it physically hurts me how awful and nonsensical this app is. I need this app to get a Saturday Savevest deal for Gourmet Pizza from 11, but when you click on the banner, it's not an option! I've been able to build meatlovers by adding on to a Ham and Cheese ... that are cheaper then the standard meatlovers! It often gives me deals, then charges you extra for selecting pizzas in said range! Once my deal failed be ause it needed to be over $15 ... and the total Pizzas were $14.99

Can't log in even though I have a linked Facebook account and it insists I log in via email then refuses saying that I already have an account using that email. Aside from this it's annoying having to re-enter my card details every time. The upside is that the app is reasonably fast and easy to use which is an improvement from previous years.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever interacted with. Sluggish, and navigation is a nightmare. Not to mention, almost everything has a customize button/option despite next to nothing being actually customizable. Also clearing a deal won't necessarily clear the things it added to cart. Had 2 different deals, 1 when cleared also emptied the items, the other left me to manually remove the added items.

Extremely unresponsive, can't find any voucher/deal on the app. The time it took to select the base, sauces, and additional topping on the app is equivalent to the time it took me to finish the whole order through the web. Completely useless, on top of that, the company will only response to compliments, and will dismiss any feedback & complaints. Use the location tracking, but I still have to wait as the pizza is still not ready when I got there. If I can give minus, I would have given minus 10.

usually works well but has bugged and withdrew money from my account but no order was received by my local branch. no options to contact customer service in the app itself

Great app, sometimes when ordering huge orders, adding with additional specials can be confusing when your cart items move around and can accidentally add extra items by mistake

Well, this version of the app worked, so it's already surpassed the previous version which wouldn't acknowledge that my address existed. Other than that... I'm uninstalling it again as soon as I receive my voucher The app is painfully slow to use. Screen kept moving for 5 seconds or more after it was 'loaded', creating many misclicks. And after I did manage to order my pizza, I looked on the webpage and found I could have had two free sides if I'd used the website.

I often use the Domino's Pizza app and the previous version was much, much, much better. With this version I couldn't login using 1Password to automatically fill in my credentials. After I logged in and proved I wasn't a robot the menu took at least a minute to load. It just feels clunky and slow and is definitely not better to look at then the previous version. Honestly, as a developer myself I would've concentrated on improving the performance and experience of the previous version.

The app update is faster and easier to use.

This app is great! So easy to order and pay, good when you are too tired to cook or just want a pizza as they are so nice. Thanks Dom🍕

This app honestly makes me want to rip my own head off! Why is it so slow!!!!! Every time I use it, it takes a minimum of 40 minutes to select what I want. 10-20 second response time for every button pushed. Are we back in the 90s? EDIT: Processing speed seems much quicker this time. Less than 10 minutes to make an order. Thank you for fixing this issue!!

fix your app I'm trying to sign in but it takes you to a prompt saying email already in use. it won't let you sign whoever designed this app needs to be fired

Completely pointless app.. Takes too long just to sign in or sign up, and sometimes it crashes. Even the sign-in process redirects to the website! No previous orders, no payment options, no tracking — it’s basically useless. Wastes data, time, and phone storage. Much easier to just call the store directly

Damn this app is bad. The old app wasn't great but how did they go backwards and make it even worse?! Literally I order from pizza hut now (I like Domino's food much better) because the process you have to go through to order via the Domino's app is so painful. Takes forever to do anything in the app, constantly throwing stuff in your face causing you to misclick a lot, unnecessary amount of steps, constantly glitching out. It's just a really bad app for an otherwise great product.
