redeem voucher to scan at counter. everytime also not working. wasting time and i already dont know how many points because the scanning always not working. But this time i pass my phone to the staff and the staff proceed to go through my settings and my phone.

There is something seriously wrong with this app. It always detect me double tap on a single character while I filling out the registration form. I was in a hurry filling it out as I was in the cashier with a long line up behind me, so I didn't notice i entered double "l" for gmail. And the registration has to locked with a phone number (I only got one phone number). Since I entered a wrong email address and a correct phone number, I can no longer be a member for LIFE!

Notification bell too loud. Always have a hard time loading into the app. And recently, cant even load... just stuck at loading page seeing Donpen slide left right left right -_-# just updated tp latest version to try, still the same. I tried with 2 different data line, still cant. Give up. Really dislike these kinds of 'heavy' apps, so difficult to even load you.

App works fine, but the system for points is quite scammy. Normally, it is 1 dollar for 1 point BUT if you spend $5.90, they will round down and give you only 5 points, WASTING 0.9 points! As you can imagine, the wastage builds up across multiple vists. I will always rate this app 1 star until they include decimals for points or even better, always round it up, e.g., spend $12.10 and get 13 points.

Why am I logged out after I exchanged for the 10 dollars voucher? I have tried tons of times to log in, however unavailable. The app keep on tell me to log in, I logged in and it redirect me to the log in page again n again. I have tried for 10x already. Really fed up. I'm suppose your app developer dint do a good job? Or is there a technique gliche? Why do people leave messages here and nothing to be done? No one ever bothers to reply or take any actions? So why are people leaving feedbacks?

Have been using this app for nearly a month. 1. Notification ignores Do Not Disturb and sent at 1230am and 3~4am?! 2. non-standard password field that could be detected and auto-corrected by keyboard? Updated: the network issues upon login seems fixed at the server side. updated review from 1 star to 3 stars.

This app is not working! I was asked twice to upload the apps on checkout, but did not receive any verification code from email. So has to give up getting points n uninstall the apps! Today I shopped again tried to download the apps via barcode scanner at the checkout counter but never got it right, so I gave up registration!

Update: they have replied to my email and am able to log in. App is quite slow in loading the whole page, esp the vouchers. But at least the barcode is appears early enough to scan at the cashier. Unable to access account and all the points I've previously accumulated 😢. No response to feeback either.

Not receiving my points update. Also cannot view my past transactions when previously no issue. Please fix it ASAP. Now cannot see the transactions... causing me to not exactly know whether it was scanned. service in donki also went down. Please improve your application and service.

I had already signup once and have bee using it for quite awhile before uninstalling, but when i reinstalled it and tried to logged back in with the same email, it keeps trying to get me to sign up again but my phone number has already be registered under the account of which it wont let me sign in with.

Loving the app until few months ago when it doesn't show spending, only receiving notifications one month after promo/event. Now I am logged out and asked to verify email which is not received even with 3 attempts. Reinstalled to only get stuck at loading page.

Everytime I go to donki and use this app, there is always a new update. Today, new update as usual and then I cannot used the app at all. I clicked on app , and it kept asking me to update. I restart my phone. Still cannot. It went to a page where it says no devices compatible. (And this device has already been installed with the app) . So no points collected for today's shopping at donki. :(

I couldn't even register a new user, even though I fill up everything. It's so annoying that the staff ask me if I have membership. I guess that maybe they didn't want customer to have a membership's benefit, that's why this app will never get fix.

Recently, I want to check how much I'd spent in order to reach silver but every time I open app, it never show, especially rating products. I open and close a few times but cannot work. Please resolve this issue asap.

Got this app for when I was in Guam. Apparently any points earned are not usable at other locations. Deceptive and pointless to get unless you lice in Giam and buy their all the time.

Remove the alert sound or at least an option to off it. My phone is on full silent mode and yet I get a tingtingting alert from the app's offer. I do not want to be disturbed. The developer should not have bypassed the mute setting.

So far so good. I don't know what happened to others. Those updating this, do not 'itchy fingers' and uninstall the old app. Let the new app take over the old app. I'm fine with mine. Also do it when you are having good internet connections or running data at optimal connections.

app notifications alerts are super loud. even when forced off, notifications won't appear but the sound alerts still come through (even with phone set to do not disturb). I'm writing this review at 1am cause it just decided sound off and woke me up.

Your stupid bell notification! It took me long enough to find out what the heck is that ting ting ting from my phone without any content on my notification even i have set this blocked! I thought it was my phone being hacked, please, stop this irritating bell sound!

Slow app, can't even check the membership details after logging in and out several times. Unable to key in details and feedback on app. Always hang. No issues with 5G connection while all these problems are on-going.
