10/03/26 - downgrading this further. App is infuriating. Nothing ever loads, just faced with spinning wheels endlessly as you try to access account/lounge listings. Can't even purchase entitlements without getting error messages. There is no website backup to use either, app or nothing. Useless.

unfortunately, I should say it's horrible. I had my account I created online, now tried to access account from the app, no details available. it almost feels like fake app that collects data.

I have never been able to actually use Dragonpass at any airport. First class and business class travelers take priority in every lounge and they fill up immediately. Even booking in advance I have been turned away multiple times at lounges because they say they "don't take Dragonpass." I got the service for free via Wealthsimple but I would not choose it again.

I have been using Dragonpass since 2019, and while I enjoyed Dragonpass when you could purchase individual entries, back when it was cost-competitive with Priority Pass. Nowadays, you can only obtain entries with incredibly expensive 'Memberships' that can't be renewed, losing whatever remaining Lounge entries you had left. I now find it more convenient and cost-effective to purchase Airport Lounge access through services like Klook.

Tested on 2 dragon pass membership and doesnt work. Tried as well with credit card.. nothing work

Wish I could give this app and service less than zero stars. App failed to activate for multiple family members so had to go back and forth with support. Login regularly fails to recognize the correct email address or password so you get locked out. Then, if you can even access the app, multiple lounges around the world refuse dragon pass at peak times. Complete waste of time. Don't bother paying for the service.

ridiculously horrible app. its very buggy and cant let me log in, even though I have a valid membership code. pretty sure this is weaponized incompetence so you cant use their passes

this app is a joke, you wont have the chance to use the free voucher. i tried using it in Hong Kong and got an error message. All the staffs are clueless. I emailed support, and after more than a week of "investigation" they found out there was a glitch and somehow "fixed it".. They do not even have any available lounges in any airports of Japan.

I simply cannot understand why it would log you out each time you use the app. Many times I'm in a new airport and go to show the pass and I have to log in. Except I can't because I have no WiFi since I am in another country. There are many people trying to connect to lunge WiFi trying to login when you could just have it stay logged in. Silly really.

Well that's a steaming pile of poo. Did any of your testers actually complete a registration process before you released this into the wild. If you are wondering why you don't have a lot of active users it's because your registration process is broken. Not just at one level but at every level. Don't ask reviewers to contact your help desk. Try doing a registration with the letter you send with the card, an android phone and someone who wasn't involved in the development and therefore doesn't know the magic process required to actually get a registration to work. Too hard, lost one user. Best of luck with your business model on smartphones.

I haven't got past the sign up point yet so the rest of the app may be okay however, I need to access email to see verification code but as soon as I swap to another app Dragonpass closes. Users of this app are forced to own or have access to more than one device just to sign up. I'm lucky that I do but users should never be forced in this way. You need to look at your UX development team and ask why they have overlooked this issue.

Will not allow log in on phone so cannot set the app up. Along with not being able to pre book into a lounge with Dragon Pass what is the point of having and PAYING for a second class system, Not a Good Experience. You really need to sort out the app to allow paying customers to have a bug free assistant available. You Just have to look at how many people are complaining about it.

after the new update, i cant seem to log into my account. an error goes up and i cant do anything unless i close the app.

Not really the fault of Dragonpass itself but the whole airport lounge racket is a scam. You can never use the passes because all of the lounges are always packed full and typically have hours long wait-lists to get in. If you do manage to get in, it's long lines for the food and drinks and very small plates to minimize the amount of food you can take before having to wait in a long line again. I'd suggest taking your lounge pass money and just hitting up an airport restaurant or bar instead.

Since the latest software update it is still showing my expired membership even though in a separate part of the app I can see my active membership. It's not allowing me to switch to my active membership even though it doesn't expire until 2025 so can't use the app. It is worth mentioning that I had successfully activated my new membership on the app before the software update and it was working. This is really frustrating as I have used this a lot before.

I find it very user unfriendly, just inputting your birthday for a more mature person takes forever and a day, the verification codes take several minutes to arrive and the application is not intuitive. Like many apps, they seem more interested in extracting money from you than offering a service.

I tried to use the app to gain access to a lounge and it didn't work, even though my account was active. The dragon pass server wasn't responsive when I scanned my code, according to the terminal of the lounge, so it was dragon pass' error. Contacted customer service for reimbursement and they have since ghosted me by email. Unreliable and unhelpful.
