Drive Axle

When I send my bills through, it remains in pending status for sometimes for hrs/days, leaving me unaware if my bills are going to my company. Even after I used to refresh the option, a couple of times, my company did not receive the bills, resulting in me getting a short check due to the issue with the drive axle app. I have uninstalled and downloaded the app a couple of times with the same result. This has just started happening the last year or so.

While the app is simple and usually convenient, it lacks a few things that are required for certain types of papers. There are times when the auto focus doesn't work, so things are blurred. Sometimes the flash makes it harder to see details. When I try to delete a contact it won't let me. But the biggest problem I've had when turning in papers, there are some the have light ink/print or it's a carbon copy and it doesn't come in clearly but I can't lighten or darken the pictures for it to be seen

horrible experience to use. everything takes ages to process and then if it fails, start again from square one. what a fantastic app

We turn in our delivery paperwork with this app. This is truthfully the best app of any kind I have ever used. It turns on a flash and focuses perfectly every time. It has never locked up or done any stupid stuff that other apps do, plus you can go back and look at anything you have sent before and forward it or resend it. We have 20 drivers using it and we all love it, dispatcher gets it via email and can immediately forward it to the shipper! Love it

What can I say. App hasn't been updated since 2016, almost 3 yrs ago. It'd be great if you can add images already stored on the phone, such as a pdf. It's 2019. Catch up. Can't send monthly inspection reports because it's a pdf file. No way to add files. My company insist on using this outdated app, which only works for taking pictures of actual paperwork. 0 stars. Stand behind your product and get with the times..

Never used to have issues with this app. I've been using it for 3 1/2 years now with the company I drive for. Lately, the auto-crop is not doing its thing and I have to waste a lot of time manually adjusting the box to fit the pages of my documents. Not sure what's changed, but I wish it would go back to the way it used to be.

The app is so so... I used to use an app called camscanner for sending in bills and i still do for my own eecords, and this app is 100 times better over all because it has batch scanning. Snap snap snap snap and done. Auto resizes and everything then makes is perfectly clear. Also you can import PDFs from your pc into this app, which i use when i have bills that are 10 to 50 pages, now if Drive Axle has these two features, it would be REALLY Great! Howver, it doesnt so it kinda sorry as balls...

For what you can do in this app, you can do better with just email alone. There is no options what so ever in this app. Oh you want to upload multiple images at once? Nope! You have to upload each one by one. Then have to go through "croping" each image, eventhough you already did that with camscan. Nope you have to do it again on here! If given the option to just use email over this, I'd use email.

Horrible app! All this app does is crash. As soon as you capture document it shuts down. Go ahead and uninstall and waste your time because it will do the same thing. I dont know if this app just is not good with LG phones or what, but extremely frustrating. If you reach out for help on the app you have a week before you get a response with no avail. It's a gamble every time I open it. Hope everyone else has a better experience!!

It's not using the camera properly on LG phone. Flash not working. Flash not working on Motorola Z3 Play either. Please fix!!!!! Fast becoming a worthless app unless you're in broad daylight. Moto Z4, this is not working with the new Android PIE. Let me know when you get it working please.

This app works well. The only problem I have is transferring my documents from my photo app. Once the documents are in the drive axle document page it is very easy! I am very happy with the process of using this app to transfer my documents to payroll.

simple, makes sending paperwork into payroll alot faster and easier.

Crisp, clear, fast and easy. I love it and makes my job that much easier. I've had this app for a couple of years now and would never go back to how it used to be done. One quick pic, send it to who i need to, done! Its just that easy! I highly HIGHLY recommend this app to ALL drivers out there. You won't regret it!

the last three or four times I have used this app i.e. if I send trip sheet information say on monday for the next two days or so after hitting the send button the information still hasen't gone it will be in pending mode until I hit refresh. so I can't just hit send ank know it has sent as in the past.

This app has dramatically improved my use of office time and reduced paper pushing. I'm a truck driver and don't have the ability to have office machines to upload and send documents. I don't have to fax or FedEx paperwork to get paid for the loads I haul.

When you try and fix something that wasn't broken and you break it, something it wrong. All of my previous loads from the last year and a half are gone. I switched my sent load info to all and they were still missing.

I use this app daily to send BOL's and it works great except for the last 2 months or so. After taking pic of BOL and sending it stays in the uploading or processing state and does not send until I restart my phone. Wierd!
