I used to love it. But it's trying to follow my location. I clicked, "Do not allow" and as soon as I open it for a new job notification it AUTOMATICALLY starts tracking location. It's not even that that I mind so much as, it gas a truckstop map icon keeps popping up on my phone to let me know it's on. I'm afraid if I trash the app and re-download, it won't save my stuff. I have a lot on there. It shouldn't be trying to "trick" you into hitting green continue button. But that's the only option.

I some how creates more than one profile, I guess, but each time I had completed 100% and logged into it again with the wrong credentials, it would auto-fil without all the info, but it became a mess. I know it's my problem for forgetting. But I can't upload documents. The screen keeps freezing, and information doesn't always save. It's extremely frustrating. I get the app helps you keep track of where you've applied. But they need to leave a feature for truckers to leave notes for themselves

It worked great when I first got the app. Now when I try to auto fill my applications, it refuses to proceed after putting in the correct code. It accepts the code then freezes on the screen where I put a code in again. I've Uninstaller it and re downloaded it multiple times, but nothing changes. Checked for updates as well. Nothing there either.

In concept it is great but it seems very glitchy. Like others have said, I have made two profiles accidentally and I cannot delete either one. While the profiles are identical, the contents they have are different under text and activity from various companies...that's not good. Overall, I will say it saves time applying but lacks in viewing and completing tasks and other (conceptually cool) things that are virtually useless.

Looking for a "LEASE PURCHASE". Your app groups this together with "OWNER OPERATOR" and they should be SEPERATE. Owner operator option mostly requires people to already own the truck. Some of us need the option for LEASING. Aside from "OWNER OPERATOR" & "COMPANY DRIVER", you need to add a "LEASE PURCHASE" option SEPARATELY! Make sure the companies specify strictly if they have LEASE PURCHASE OPTION. Many of them are grouping leasing together with owner operator. SEPERATE THEM. FIX THIS.

I have been having problems trying to update things on here. At a certain point the screen turns white and does nothing. l click back and try to start all over and at the same spot it does it again. 🤦‍♂️

Profile removed? I somehow have 2 profiles and the one I was using has been removed. I just thought the app wasn't working, but I logged in using the website, and when I tried logging into the account I've been using on the app, it says profile removed. I tried thre other profile and that works. problem is, the app hasn't logged me out of the removed profile and I can't logout, as none of the links in the app work. Clearing cache and data does nothing, nor does force stopping or uninstalling.

this app is not working. whenever I open the app, I just get a blank screen. I'm getting emails. Nothing in the app seems to load, just a blank screen, the menu pops up, but no matter the tab you click no screen loads. everything seems frozen

in the middle of orientation, can't sign documents because the app cant retrieve the signature file

cannot open app. get white screen and says biometrics is not enabled. I do not use biometrics. fix the problem!!! running Samsung S24 ultra

Fix the app, morons. keeps showing notifications on the activity tab but nothing new is there. then I keep getting notifications that my application was updated but there's no status bar on the job.

this app is garbage it's made on purpose to stress the driver they send you the task and you click the task and nothing appears

good to fill applications, but keep a lot spam

This app as a lot of computer glitches that is right when the app says it will automatically fill your application online it will except your code but when jobs are looking at your application jobs don't want to mess with the driver because jobs that you applied to say your application is incomplete and move on to the next driver and also this app allows employers to make an automatic job change on your 10 yr application also this app will except information on 3rd party apps as you will c Thxs

App not working. have notifications from companies message and tasks. the app just remains blank and functions not working. have Uninstalled and reinstalled, no effect.

It's not right that every company has a driver use drivers pulse to fill out their application for employment and here's why as soon as I put in an application for a job I get an offer from the job I'm currently at therefore my job knows I'm exploring other driving opportunities and they see it as a portrayal and start giving me shi$# loads. I have a good job and work for a great company but maybe I want to quit OTR and drive local because I miss watching my kids growing up.

It needs to be easier to navigate

I try to click on them and nothing happens. it also does not register when I applied. sometimes I have applied 2-3 times, and I get confirmation emails, but it still suggests that I apply and it won't move my progress along I agreee with the last comment exactly my experience.

app needs alot of work. The esthetics of the app definitely can be formatted better. I had to upload each form TWICE before each form successfully uploaded. On top of that, many company's made request or sent messages to my profile yet my profile does not produce any results nor show any change so I can respond accordingly. And lastly the issue i stated needed to be resolved but low and behold, there are no operating teams to figures anything out, just an email that will reply back on their time
