The story starts off a little basic at first, but as you progress you'll start to meet more characters. I'm only on part 3 of Wizard's Choice thus far, but I'm enjoying it enough. My expectations are set low enough. If I'm honest, this is more of a 4.5 leaning to a 4. There's a lot that can happen before each decision and I would gladly say that this is a solid 5 if the player is given a little more "free will". The ability to turn back time with "Luck" points is neat.

Excellent! I grew up on 'CYOA' books... and this is exactly like the originals: you read a little, then have to make a choice, then read a little more, the make another choice This was interactive, between your imagination, and the books narrative, and the choices within the quests. Great design! What would make it even better: if it read the story to you...and then you had to make the choice. auditory... speech recognition... no typing of answers, just .. completely 'in the zone' 👍🙂👍 (

I had trouble finding this due to the name change and I also lost all of my progress but I don't mind. I must've REALLY enjoyed the stories though, because I still remember them after many years. Thank you for allowing this to be enjoyed free of charge! (I'm playing through the wizard story again so hopefully it's completed by now! I waited forever for the last few chapters to be released)

I really really love these stories so far 😊 they're fun and engaging but still make you think about your choices with real consequences upon choosing chaotically. And I'm not even halfway through the first section of stories as there are many other after these as well! They're easy enough to unlock as well, though I think I'll be upgrading to premium soon just to support, wherever I get offered a discount which may or may not happen again lol great game! edit: I got premium very shortly after

Very similar to the Choose Your Own Adventure books of my childhood, but more difficult to survive with generally more outcomes. Very intricate storyline thus far and easily holds your attention. Would get 5 stars if it weren't for the forced ads almost every other page. The optional ads are fine and I often choose them anyway for the small point reward.

The app has a very basic setup that is more like a choose your own adventure story as it does the math and scoring automatically with each choice rather than having any type of dice feature. However, as a beginner to D&D this is a very fun easy way to play by yourself in your free time to get used to making choices. I am really enjoying the storylines as well! They are really fun reads.

Riddled with ads you have to watch to progress (or pay for). Some choices just straight up kill you with no warning. Like literally as basic a choice as going left or right can force you to waste "Luck" which is what this game uses instead of saves to get you to waste money. All the choices lead to the same ending anyways. The characters you play as act like dumbasses constantly (Rooster in particular, if you're dead set on playing this, skip Rogue's Choice, it's an awfully written smutty mess).

This is by far the best "Choose your own adventure" style app I've ever played. You can easily replay any chapters and story lines that truly give uniqueness to the story, so you don't feel like you're just choosing one path or another. I absolutely love how the Wizard/ Rogue/Demon storylines are woven together just enough to bring true congruency. My only gripe is there are some heavily sexualized scenes, (not many!) and there is a content warning on the chapter if it contains it.

These books are great. The writer is descriptive, and imaginative, and creates a world that feels real and lived in. The choices vary enough, that it feels like you can truly take different paths. (Even though you really can't lol). I grew up reading books like these, and this app is a wonderful way to enjoy my free time now, as an adult.

At first I was a bit skeptical, but after the first chapter I fell in love. I just kept reading and reading, the stories are very interactive and well told. I actually ended up purchasing the full version(which you don't need to as long as you watch ads and find hidden achievements for coin) I survived a while with that alone. But the purchase was well worth it for all the content they provide!!! 10/10

Not usually a fan of this style game but I have been thoroughly enjoying it and I just completed the first chapter. Incredibly immersive story that will actually get your heart pumping. This might end up being the second game I ever buy from the play store. It also claims to have 3 ads every hour, but besides the little banner ad at the bottom, I haven't had unskippable video ads making me wait to play. Just options to watch ads for coin or skip them. All around enjoyable experience.

This is an amazing game and I highly recommend it if any of you love reading and having to make the right (or wrong) choice. It is extremely fun, and one of the best games I've ever played and has a lot of story and checkpoint to it. You haft to be really careful on what you pick and do the same for the achievements. Your character CAN die in it, so you can't make reckless decisions unless you think you might get an achievement by it, but you may haft to rewind. This game is 100% Download this!!

traditional adventure tropes with ensuring all the mythological bingo items getting checked off. such a shame the company is engaging in shady business tactics. 1. don't take the store price or the first offer. declining once it's one click, you get the full product half price. I wonder how many times I could have gotten away with paying even less. 2. you don't have to pay if you like to watch commercials 3. even if you pay, they'll give you commercials. that's double tapping the customer!

Just got done with the 1st chapter of Wizard's Choice, and I just gotta say... Damn, that's some good story writing! Good job to the author for making such an amazing and interactive storyline. I truly enjoyed every bit of it. (Especially the humor). Also, I lowered my 5 star review because chapter 2 kinda sucks and is boring as hell. I want to slay monsters, and loot dungeons, NOT spend my time as a fugitive. Not to mention, why is 99% of this game difficult to unlock without spending money?

I've been reading/playing these books for years. They are well written, have interesting characters and are vastly different from each other. It's quite nice to read/play through a book multiple times with a story that varies each time. Always looking forward to new books, new chapters, new adventures. Returning to previously read books and going for a higher score or unlocking a new achievement (especially accidentally) is fun. Thank you for all of the time and care you put into making this.

It's good. I like it. But only thing is you have to pay if you want more chapters which is a bummer but that's most apps nowadays, least This one gives you the opportunity over time to continue in each story watching ad's. it accumulates tokens to unlock the next chapter in the mean time you can focus on different stories. Overall the stories are solid and each character has a good amount of depth, I'm bearly getting into these types of games and I'm enjoying it.

It's a fun time waster if you can get into the types of characters offered, but keep in mind, if you want a perfect score you have to play the characters how they would react to something. It's not how you feel like you would react. The app explains this so it's easy to get into. The ads are not super intrusive and you can play/read offline. All in all its a neat app.

I would give this game five stars if it weren't for the $30 premium package. I feel like you guys would make more money if you lowered it. More people, including myself, would buy it. Honestly, I was expecting $5 but was quickly put out by that ridiculous number. All we're doing is reading and clicking things, but if we want to keep reading and clicking things we got to spend a solid $30.

I love reading this genre of books and playing this genre of games. Having both at the same time makes for a splendid experience. Every chapter I have read so far is free of spelling and grammatical errors and has a well written story. I honestly never know what will happen next or how my decisions will affect my progress on the next page. Keep up the fantastic work Delight, I look forward to everything else you have planned. Additionally, I will be upgrading after I'm done typing this.

Heavy need to watch videos. Some not by choice. Need to watch to continue with the AP. Read and chose limited scenarios. More of a book than game. Interesting at times aggravating with one chapter because there is only 1 way to go. You are graded at the end by title. There is nothing to advance gameplay or reduce the number of videos to watch.
