DXL Big + Tall

this app is sorely lacking in several aspects. It doesn't retain my login, so I have to reverify every time I open the app. It doesn't save any changes, like my personal details on my account. DXL is a great store, great product, customer service, etc. just not this app. Save yourself time and just use the web browser, even the mobile browser works better than this pile of code.

App doesn't work very well. Doesn't apply promo codes, coupons, etc. Nowhere on app to go for help. As an elite member I'm always disappointed by the app. I would buy a ton more from them but getting to a store is challenging as I travel around the country for work and they aren't in every city. Sad part is - there's nobody to let know that the app doesn't function properly.

There's less items to choose from. I was checking items from an email they sent me and I found a bigger selection there. I'm going to delete this app and even though I've had a very hard time trying to place my order. I guess I will have to call them to place it. What a waste of time. They could honestly do alot better. Not just with the website but, their discount offers and prices too.

Fairly average with some issues The app gets the job done as far as shopping and finding what your need, I'd still be using the app if it weren't for a bug on my account. The app let's you cart items that are out of stock but informs you that some of your items are no longer listed in checkout. My problem is that I had multiple out of stock items in my cart and now I can't remove anything from my cart. I tried updating, reinstalling, logging off then on but nothing worked.

This app used to be very fast and helpful but now it moves really slow. I can't always go back to the last screen without exiting the app all together. If I click the "Show More" option nothing happens and the same thing happens sometimes when I'm trying to select a different size. I guess I'll stick to shopping in store. This was just so much easier on busy days.

Seems easier to order online. Why have the app. I can maneuver just as easy via emails received. As of JUNE 2025, The App still takes forever to process your selection. I had items in my cart. I missed the Father's Day sale. I would tap on an item and the "DXL" would only be displayed. I reset the app, reset my password, everything. I couldn't get into the app. I gave up. I've moved my rating to ONE STAR⭐. This is totally unacceptable!!!

Recieved a promo code in mail. Decided I would do my first online order. The promo code would not work in app, everytime I entered it and hit apply, the PayPal button would rotate instead. It never recognized the promotion. I'll just continue shopping in-store. Navigation throughout app was difficult, anytime you hit the back button, it would back you out of the app., and you would have restart.

Don't waste your time with this app. I tried 3 times to place an order, couldn't do it...lost my business. I love DXL, but this half-baked app is perhaps the WORST I have ever seen. Click on an item you like, it takes literally 20 seconds to load...select the size, another 10...want to put it in your cart? Good luck...and like I said, I tried to check out...failed 3 times... I'm done! UPDATE 9/23: downloaded the update, loads slightly faster, but most prices say "!error". Hot garbage...

Can't log in. I changed my password on the website a few days ago because I couldn't log into the app. Website is fine, tried logging into the app, says invalid name or password. Contacted support, they said it may take a few hours to sync. Tried multiple times over the last few days, nothing, even after reinstall. I've had an account for years. Garbage app.

With most shopping apps, when you change the color of your selection, you can see the change of the color of the item on the model. Not this app. Also definitely slow. When you scroll through 50 shirts and the choose one to look at, when you're done, you have to scroll through 50 shirts again rather than return to where you left off. Definitely needs some work on the functionality, speed, and navigation but it's a pretty captive audience, so we'll see what happens.......

This is a functional app, but doesn't offer the utility availible on the mobile site. You can shop on this app easily enough, however, I haven't found a way to add items to my wishlist, and you can't change your size settings in your profile, it also seems to have less options to filter through merchandise. I will be deleting this app, and I'll just keep using the mobile site.

Downloaded 30 mins and nothing worked. It lagged. Didn't even get to put anything in the cart. Wouldn't allow me to see more selections so I deleted it. It's bad enough we have to deal with other retailers not giving a damn about bigger guys but when it's the app catering to you. A huge disappointment! Pun intended.

The app needs a lot of work. I've ordered from it before and love the clothes but I wish it wasn't such a fight to navigate and use the app. Things don't load in a decent amount of time after clicking, sometimes it'll load the same selection of clothes twice when browsing, and I couldn't even checkout my order just now because everything was unresponsive.

Seems like a decent enough app and having the loyalty points available for when I purchase in store is great. Gets such a low rating from me because there is no way to disable notifications. If an app can't be bothered to allow me to disable notifications then it is removed from my phone. I shouldn't have to use 3rd party apps or phone features to block something an app should have built-in.

Good app overall but doesn't do a lot of things that the website does. Brands list is not complete on the app while shopping by brand. My biggest gripe with not only the app but the website too is there is no order history on the app and the order history on the website only shows 3 of my orders since last year and that's it.

App is faulty! You're encouraged to make an account, but when doing so, it is giving a message that the password doesn't match when, in fact, the passwords do match. I tried 3 different times with 3 different passwords, with each one showing so I can see they do match, but the app continues with "passwords don't match."

Always stalls, you lose your search. you can only view like 20 items at a time, so you have to constantly wait for new items to load. For the price increase they charge, a decent app should be the bare minimum.

Product is good. However, when a $15 discount is actually a $5 discount because even though I had enough before the discount for free shipping, it was lost when the discount was applied. Conned me into getting something else to get the free shipping and take it away as a pseudo discount. bait and switch? Doesn't seem right .

I'm a very large and tall man and it's difficult finding comfortable clothing that also look good so this is a very get good store I also go in person because the staff are friendly and understanding

It saves me the stress of worrying about packages being left outside or stolen. The process is smooth, convenient, and gives me peace of mind knowing my order is safe until I’m ready to grab it. Highly recommend!
