I feel it used to be such a good source of celebrity gossip but now with instagram, tiktok and snapchat you just get a way better variety elsewhere. And much quicker. Or you just go on the profiles of the celebrities themselves because they share so much more than they used to. Still a bit nostalgic for it, I remember watching eNews! On tv all the time when I got home from school

This app crashes quite a bit. Probably a couple times a week. I noticed it crashed and with an update awhile back it was better. However in the last few months the issue is back. I am updating the app today 10.29.25 and hope it works better.

I love the app but I wish I had a real profile with a profile picture.

I swear everytime I update my review to a positive one...you guys do some kind of update that messes up the app. I have not been able to see the gallery pictures for months. Please fix you app. With the updates since...why has this not been resolved?? Here we are in August and still the gallery issue. finally uninstalled and wont bother reinstalling.

This used to be a great app however now it is garbage!! The content itself is great, getting to that content is most of the time impossible. I can no longer access any photos or videos at all. 90% of the time the articles won't open and the app constantly closes without reason. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and tried all the different troubleshooting options. Such a bummer. I'm going to delete altogether and just stick to TMZ!! Such a bummer.

TRASH! Which is SUCH an absolute disappointment & shame because I love love love E!, E! News, Nightly Pop, what used to be Daily Pop and so on. But even just reading basic articles about pop culture/news the app was SUPER SLOW, kept freezing, would exit out of itself by itself. Also there was no place, that I found at least, to watch any of the shows like Daily & Nightly Pop. Please fix immediately so I can actually use the app that goes with my favorite network (station?) Mérci Beaucoup.

The editorial content in this app clearly has a terrible editor. Most of the content on this app is misspelled, has bad grammar or makes no sense. Who did they hire to edit this content? You would think a network such as E news has enough money to pay somebody to spell things correctly. Also, the photo albums never work correctly nor do the videos, polls and most of the links.

Everytime I try to open a link in an article. All I get is something that says oops this is not working right now. Getting really annoying. It's about time to just delete this app and be done with that you're useless a news app. Someone else mentioned in a review the page 6 is much better. Guess I'll delete this and give them a try.

This is the most problematic app I've ever had. It never works. When I open it, it just flashes the E logo and that's it. I can't even get to any of the main stories. This has been an ongoing problem ... I mean like for years. Even when it does work, It's either slow, glitchy or you get shut out of the app completely. Is this not a priority anymore?

Not thrilled I am not seeing pictures in galleries. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and still the same, and in reading other reviews I am not the only one this is happening to. Come on E! get your stuff together, do a better app!!!

Use to love this app, then the picture gallery and videos stopped working. Nothing loads, just a blank screen with a caption of what I'm assuming the picture is. Sent an email for resolution a week ago and have heard NOTHING back! So naturally it was time to uninstall and move on to a better app that actually works!

This app is horrible. I've had it for a long time but after an update last year it just went to hell. It's slow, glitches, and stops working all together more often than not. Plus the new format is not user friendly and just looks like a jumbled mess. At this point it's just taking up space on my phone. So disappointed.

I can no longer get any pictures. I've had this app for years and this problem started recently. I uninstalled and installed again...same problem. I am now reading that MANY people have same problem and wondering WHY it would take so long to fix, or are our ratings simply ignored, meaning we should delete app and move on to another app that works?!!!!!

i love E! News so much but the app is extremely buggy and it makes it hard to want to be on it. You have to exit and reopen the gallery links to get it to fully load, news stories sometimes won't load, adds will cut off a story and you'll have to close it and reopen it just to get it to load, and other things of that nature.

Not working, every time I click on photos they rarely work on the Note 9. I just get a black photo that I cab read the caption on. I try to scroll and run into black photos as well. Constant issues trying to click on articles in the app.

I couldn't get pictures to download from the app so I deleted it and tried to reinstall. now it will not install at all. for last couple months pictures won't show. is there an issue with the note 9 and this app? maybe they aren't compatible? very frustrating because I used to really enjoy the app and used it daily. now I can't even put it back on my phone. update: 3/21/19- app was updated and still does not show pictures as it used to. black screen and not able to swipe at all. PLEASE FIX

E! News has always been my go to app for entertainment news but there's been a problem for about a month now. I can read any article but none of the photos open so it's very irritating to have to go to the web and gain access to the photos from there. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't work. Please fix

I agree with all the other negative reviews. This used to be one of my favorite apps, but the app keeps crashing or freezing ALL THE TIME NOW. And it doesn't seem important to you guys that your fans would have to go to the competition to get the entertainment news. They keep telling you in every review, and you don't seem to care. And your paying this person money for this horrible work? Can I get hired in his/her place? I have zero experience but at least I would try harder that that employee!

i have not been able to view the pictures in the gallery for months. All I get is a black screen. It is annoying when an article links to a set of photos and you can't see a single one of them. E! News app is officially #deleted.

This app constantly crashes now. The articles have constant grammar errors & there's barely any new news.
