earnify

Was perfectly pleased with the BPme Rewards app. Show up to fuel recently and it kicks me to this Earnify thing. Nice. Go to use it and it doesn't even have a credit card attached to it so I have to sit there and go through that process. After that, it was fine, but the last two times I stopped to fuel at my normal spot the app sits there and then before it gives me the pump number option it errors out about something technical on their end. Had to use a card manually. Update: keeps happening.

When you first open the app it's just a page with a bunch of logos at the bottom. it's not obvious that you're supposed to click on the individual of logos to make the app go any further than that first page. load time and reaction time to clicks is painfully slow. to the point it's almost like you didn't click on anything with no reaction. the locations tab just gives you literally the hours and address of the gas stations. Other apps provide you with current prices.

Doesn't work! I downloaded it after requiring an account on Earnify through Amazon to get the discount on gas... it then requires you to sign in but continues to show the "green circle" as it thinks and that's that.... I've tried this multiple times.... it doesn't go past taking my phone number at log in... apparently others are able to get a little further but still no luck on using it for what's is meant for.

It's basically fine. I wish it had additional features, like adding receipts manually in case you forget to have the app ready at register; likewise, if you could look at any past transactions/item details that you made with the app, that would also be cool (especially if you bought a car wash, she accidentally threw away a receipt - ask me why I think this, heh); lastly, any metrics relating to your spending or use of the app would be greatly welcomed.

Excellent!! I have not used another app for fueling, but this thing is efficient and accurate. It quickly knows what station I'm at, and it's worked at every BP I've gone to, unlike the other loyalty card options I tried. It skips you past all the time consuming details of using a credit card, and even has rewards and tracks your receipts!! 10/10!

Terrible app! It's a great idea, however it doesn't work. I've emailed and called customer service several times. They tell me to uninstall the app, reinstall the app, use my physical card at the station, click my heels three times, etc. NOTHING WORKS!!! Oh, and by the way, I can't get a reply from 'customer support.'

It never wants to load without restarting the app or forcing a stop. The payment doesn't recognize at the pump and/or it fails when opening when you're at the pump. Pretty much worthless app and they surely don't seem to care about doing anything about fixing yet either. I find myself going to other brand gas stations because this app after having it a year still does not work correctly. I really Wanted It to work since they are linked with my prime Visa credit card.

awful. awful customer service. the app crashes. wont let you add new cards to payments. ridiculous. edit. yes. it has now been days and the app still will not allow me to add a new card for payment. fuel up Fridays are almost over and I have missed TWO different fill ups because I cannot add the card. fail on your end.

I have had far too many episodes of the app not functioning when I need it to. I do hope less crashes are in its future 12/8/25 still the most unreliable app I have. When it works, it's great. That's only about 10% of the time. Otherwise spinning wheel of no progress or nothing when you tap icon of fuel. I have installed and reinstalled multiple times when it didn't work trying to resolve the issue.

app doesn't work, cant pay at all. I remove my cards and try to add new ones and non stop error cant add cards. I uninstall the app, deleted the data and cache, signed In and out. it didnt work, then I called customer service, they said I had a glitch in my app so nothing I could do could on my end, they said they would contact tech support and after 48hrs it will work. it didnt work, also adding the phone number on the touchscreen didnt give me a discount. waste of time, fuel rewards is better

Non-functional when you want to use it!!! Any time there is a deal and more than 2 people in the world want to use the app it freezes and crashes constantly. I've tried to use it over a dozen times now and every time it won't work. Totally a waste of time and I've just moved to other gas stations purely for their functional apps and usable sales. Do not recommend!

The app stiffed me for $13, and customer service was no help! October 3rd deal: link an Amazon Prime account and save $1/gal on one fill-up. So I filled up my car, but not noticing the Prime requirement I didn't get the discount. Frustrated, I linked Prime and filled up a second car. Still no discount! Somehow I had 2 Earnify accounts: one with my email and an unused one with my phone. And since I had linked Prime with my phone account there was nothing customer service could do. I want my $13!

I found out about this app today via an Amazon gas promotional, and I've only used it once. When I got to the pump, the app would not recognize it on multiple tries. So that was confusing and perplexing, however I had attached my pymt method in the app, prior to my visit today, and swiping the attached card allowed me to get the discount. So that was a PLUS!!! So let's see how this goes moving forward. Overall, I was pleased with my savings due to my gas was $1.69 per gallon instead of $2.69!!🤗

Can't wait until it starts working. Had a Thornton's reward account. Was able to download the app & register just fine. Now my member number will not work at the pump or at the cash register. Even tried to scan the barcode in the app. Nothing. Really hope the 35¢ discount doesn't expire before they fix this issue.

app doesn't work. I try to look for gas stations around the area where I can use the app and there's nothing available and tell me to be close to one of the gas station and the app still didn't show me the gas station where I was. what's the point of this app if it can't work properly. I downloaded because of the discount with my Amazon prime. what a waste of time. update: after I got a reply from the developer, I called customer service. waited almost 10 minutes on the phone and no answer 👎

have had this for about a year, signed up because I got $1 a gallon off in the beginning. going out of town in a few days, wanted to add a Venmo debit card to get gas today. as soon as I added that, earnify sucked $50 out of my account for a hold. this never happened before with credit cards or my bank account... now I'll have to wait for auth release and I'm out 50 bucks. definitely not worth it to save a few cents here and there, deleting!!! learned the hard way

App ran beautifully on iPhone, but then I switched to the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and it runs TERRIBLY slow. It takes a solid 2-3 minutes to load after opening, and 30 seconds to load after I press any button. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache and did other suggestions that customer service said and nothing worked. They say to use a physical card until it's fixed, but that's not a solution or possible. Please fix the app.

Ever since BP/Amoco switched to the "earnify" app it does not work consistently! Since fraud is at an all time high, I do not swipe my card at any gas station. At least with the "earnify" app, you have the convenience of paying for gas through the app which gives customers some sort of added security. But if it doesn't always work, what's the point of having it on your phone?! I never have an issue with paying for gas from the app of other gas stations.

Look, the app is what it is. They track your spending and let you think you're getting something out of the deal, too. However, the app is incredibly, annoyingly & seemingly unnecessarily slow. I've learned to open the app on the way to the store and most times, after a couple of "This App Has Stopped Responding: Wait or Close?" the app might be up when I get there. It's just easier to use your phone number if you're doing the loyalty at all. Two different phones, both high end.

What good is this app when it doesn't work. Can't even use the regular discount let alone the Prime Membership Friday bonus. What a joke! Went to 2 different stations in 2 different towns with the same results. When the app finally gets to unlocking a pump, it does the wheel of fortune spinning icon and never unlocks the pump. After 3 to 5 minutes I gave up and drove to the next station only to play the game again. Spin, spin, Spin that icon. Guess it's back to the Shell Oil app.
