Don't bother wasting your time waiting on these deliveries, they're extremely unreliable. I've had my delivery stolen by the driver, slow customer service, and very often will they cancel your order; but they don't cancel until moments after the delivery was supposed to happen so you just waste time waiting. Been using them for several years now for some bulk purchases but they haven't been getting better with their problems, just worse for me.

Awful service, I would give 0 stars if I could. They increased the minimum delivery to $100. Good luck getting a delivery. They will cancel your order without any notification, leaving you wondering where your order is. When you call to inquire, the only help they offer is to watch your email for a message from customer service that also never arrives. Don't bother with this app. There are plenty of other, more reliable ones out there, and a dispensery is never far away these days.

Delivery times are a mystery, they will give a decent ETA but then update and it can take from 2 to 4 hours wait time, prices seem to jump by $20-30, and what you get is a surprise, because most of the time they dont have whats on the menu. Customer service? Good luck finding them. It's like trying your luck. They raised 326 million for the company, but it appears they consume too much of their own product...lol

Different kinds of weed. Different delivery responces. Changing minimum cart price. Different discounts. Be prepared for your order to take a while if you're ordering during a busy time such as the last few hours they deliver. Friendly people mostly. Anyway, it's a weed delivery app and that takes time. The app has always been a little screwy so I welcome using the website. You can get some good deals here like the 50 dollar half ounces by old pal when they're available. It's like any other.

Support ignores tickets. No way to tip drivers so they have to go under the table. App is unreliable, I keep getting bad requests when I order. One time I ordered, it showed the correct delivery address to me, but it sent the driver somewhere completely wrong, wasting my time and the driver's. Support gave me lip service about caching issues, but I develop Android apps and know that it is dead easy to send an address if you're already able to *display it to the user*.

They push you to the site to buy, which is fine, but the site sucks on mobile. It takes 3-5 seconds minimum for any taps to take effect. It makes it very frustrating to order, as you never know if it took your tap or not. This has been the case for years, and they still haven't fixed. Eaze is honestly just super lucky they have no competition, I'd have switched ages ago.

I don't even know where to begin with how HORRIBLE this app is. It literally doesn't even come close to working. There's no search function, no way to select a certain brand or product, no category selection, nothing.. The only option is to scroll down through the pre-selected listings but guess what, the entire app crashes every time you try to scroll the page so NOPE that doesn't work either! Oh and when I enter my location for delivery 95% of the products are unavailable. WASTE OF TIME!!

The app is basic enough, essentially just a browser that points to one website. Since Google won't let Eaze sell cannabis through their app, I don't see much reason to keep using this. That's not Eaze's fault though. As for the service itself, I haven't used it yet despite signing up over a month ago. The deals seems good but I rarely have the cash to act on them within the short time they're available.

My first experience was cool but now I'm unsatisfied. I'm trying to order a product and after clicking "add to cart" it takes me to the website and it's blank. I've refreshed, restarted phone, turned my phone on and off, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But nothing. Super annoying.. If they don't fix their website issues, I won't be using Eaze again.

Don't order from Eaze. Terrible service, long waits for delivery, expensive pricing. Waits of over 2 hours, no communication, no notification of delays. They can't even contact the drivers because it's through a different service (onfleet). Honestly, I used to like Eaze but they have gone downhill so fast. The price used to be worth the convenience, but now it's totally inconvenient

they used to be good. now their wait time is absurd, chat service team is rude, and it's clear that they're not at all worried about losing customers. they made a mistake processing my order and the only solution they could offer was to reorder it after already waiting 3 hours, and start over from the beginning. I'm deleting and moving on. it was good while it lasted!

Glitchy and useless. Once you enter an address for delivery, this is the permanent delivery address and the app will not allow you to change it next time if you want delivery elsewhere. Nowhere in the settings or anywhere within the app allows this. I tried to send a message for help through "Get help" on the app and nothing happened when I clicked submit, so another thing that doesn't work at all. You have to use their website to order to a new location.. Why even have an app then? Deleting.

Haven't had any issues yet. I like that they do daily sales which can open up to trying new products. I'd prefer if it had the effects in the app instead of having to add to cart which will redirect you to their website or go straight to their website to see the effects of products. Also ordering too, in order to place any orders you're redirected to their website.

App is good, business model non-existent. Try to order multiple items so you can experience the headache of a typical transaction with this app. You need to experience the pain and frustration with Eaze to understand people's compaints are. Yeah, you might be able to have a few smoothe orders, but often, the inventory isnt there, not every driver is on time or "competent".You're likely to find more & better product + get it sooner if you just drive to the shop. Last driver took 6hrs.

Dont download!!!! I really liked it at first, never really had an issue with it until yesterday. I spent over $200 and I only got half of my order. I tried reporting it and because the driver and the store it came from said that they sent everything, they pretty much said that it's my problem. If it was an item worth so little I wouldn't have said anything but that over $100 of just down the drain for nothing... so if you download this app just know this Might happen to you. They won't care.

This review is not so much about the app but more about the service of eaze. They are never on time( you will get a text at the end of the first delivery time that says your order delivery time has been bumped up to about another hour). Their ACH method of payment was offline today but instead of contacting me to to change my payment method I waited 2 hours for delivery that will never come. Is it really that hard not to contact your customer and tell them that they will not be arriving...

There's no way to change the delivery address in the app without signing out, logging back in, and hoping that your phone's GPS location picks the correct address by chance. When you try to reach customer support for help the live chat doesn't work and the help request never actually allows you to submit it. I've used Eaze years ago and recently moved back into their service area, bummer that the app is basically unusable now.

Eaze appears to be easy to use. However the app is as slow as the website. I've placed my order and it disappears. I've placed my order and it changes the address to an old one. Today, I placed an order and it wouldn't go through for whatever reason so I reached out to customer support and basically got a "sorry" and the rep disconnected.

some days are probably more packed than others, like holidays. but for the most part I always been pretty happy with the quality and price of the products. if your ordering cartridges always be sure to check the product in front of the deliver just in case it's the one in however many that either has less. they are always willing to check with me and give me a quality product, making me feel like I'm getting what I paid for, not empty space. they also have great discounts

I've honestly had a terrible time with eaze. Products are overpriced and you'll be lucky to even get a order on time. One of my worst experiences was placing a order at 4 pm. Went over the delivery time twice and finally got word from the driver at 10 pm just to tell me that my order got canceled. I was I can rate it 0 stars instead of 1
