Eco Cat

After the 15 minute signups process of them requesting all your personal information, I still was unable to identify even a single cat on my car because the app is trash. If the serial number search doesn't work (which it won't) and you have to browse, you'll run out of "free credits" in three pages and you won't be able to browse for 24hrs without paying a subscription fee. And every time you browse, it starts at page 1 which uses a credit. This app is a joke.

It's a decent app to get a general idea of a price, unfortunately most of their prices are pretty low, sometimes 150.00 or more lower on a single converter. I understand they're a business and need to make money, but prices shouldn't be that far off no matter what region you're in. Good app setup, but their pricing should be a lot more accurate and not so low.

Very good app with great customer service/support. Only drawback is the time difference when consulting online support for pricing. Most times in the field the customer is waiting for me to give a price on the spot and if I cannot be found in your database there is a huge risk of either paying too much and losing money or not paying the customer a fair price for their cats. Due to the delay in getting a good pricing from "the team" in Malaysia.

At the first glance, it was pretty hard to find out how the application works, how is the credit system and how much the catalogue costs, but after I find out, it turns out that it's a very useful application. Catalogue is well categorised, and it uses your credit even if you navigate in them, but not sure exactly how. Also, couldn't find out if the search is case-insensitive or not, or if it uses wildcards automatically. So, the user experience is not straightforward, but 5 stars for the data.

Prices are roughly what I can expect from my buyer. The cart feature is also a nice way to keep track of what you got until you are ready to sell, at least for people with smaller volumes. Makes it easy to track market pricing. Only real complaint so far is it's easy to accidentally use two searches for one code if you are not careful.

they are an innovative up to date and professional buyer for cores and very responsive when handling cores..

Best app layout, easy to use. I've had a few of these catalyst applications and this one by far has the most friendly costumer service employees that are professional and there's more then 1 so you always get a quick reply and they have been nothing but fair to me. I highly recommend this app if your looking into the catalyst business or if you like the latest news or if your just a person who doesn't want to get ripped off and get the real value of what precious metal is worth that day!

It's a great app compared to most but this app should be more versatile on a national scale. Many individuals get ripped off because they don't know what a convertor is actually worth. Also for future reference. It would be so much better for people to know a estimate or range for the convertors on a vehicle before they cut them off. ( Is it worth it) For instance I want to search a ford focus. It could tell me a price range from $100 -$300. Nevertheless this is a great app.

-The "Refund if not satisfied" stated when purchasing a subscription is a lie. I payed service was not good and was told i could not now cancel. - the "Collection" option when selling your cats doesent actually mean collection it means post them to Malysia -Cat prices are not accurate for example will tell you you have €500 worth of cats then when sent away will only recieve half of this. -Absolutely no help to cancel my subscription was just sent broken links or to the homepage

This app is a waste of time and money. I wasnt able to find half of the convertors I searched. The way they charge you credits for just a search is outrageous when they don't have the convertors listed that you are searching for. I use a different site and I am able to search the codes and look at the pictures to verify it is the same convertor and then I get charged a credit to see the price. Don't recommend this app at all

A great app for seeing the value of your catalytic converter. I used it to look up mine and I found it by the serial #, but additionally, their customer service emailed me back a bit later with the link to see their pricing for this part (since I had emailed them initially before finding it myself). I was glad that when Support emailed me back that they addressed my issue. I'm very satisfied with this app and the website.... really with this company overall! Keep up the good work Eco Cat(:
