I can get everything in one convenient facelift shop, the price are still reasonable and acceptable.. With many branch to be open soon.

Why don't you guys upgrade the system by put a barcode to make us(customers) scanned the barcode of our purchase in a receipt. It is because, the cashier itself doesnt even asked to us about the apps due to many customers in one time. If you can generate the barcode in receipt, its easy to us to do it by ourself. And make it as barcode that only once can be use, so that, there's no issue about scan many times and got points due to unreasonable action.

Disappointed Long-Time Customer Emailed 3 times about issue collecting member points when paying with eWallet — no response at all. Member number gets blocked, cashier has to reset, then I need to upload receipt manually to get points. App still can’t show point history. “Contact Us” is useless, no reply. Why do I have to file a report every time I shop? Not worth the trouble. Been a regular customer, but not anymore. Disappointed.

Well lost my coin on the app. Even though the app for collecting points. Not event 31 Dec'23 yet, but I lost several points already on early week of Dec'23.Hitting email complain ask for fix and such. But no real solution given. 2 email sent, 1 reply with bot like reply. End up loosing my precious points because of their bad system.Bad system management & service.

PLEASEE do something with the apps. I'd like to support eco shop by becoming a member. HOWEVER, it wasn't easy to register as it kept buffering when receiving OTP, when fill in the email, n many more. I ve to do it multiple times before I GAVE UP and UNINSTALL THE APPS eventually. and PLEASE be make sure to enlighten your employees regarding your members' benefit and dont simply say' download apps, boleh baca la rewards ape dapat tuk member'. kan dah jdi review kedai plk😂

Want to change phone number and delete account need to fill in google form and need to wait respond from your end. but your CS ARE USELESS ! Email so many time, complaint so many time, didnt even once they give respond. Buy so many things but didnt get points due to the item is under promotion. Useless and not worth it.

Do not harass your customers to install this app while they are doing their shopping.. it's annoying! Plus insiting to install this bloody app while in the shop is another major hassle because mistake tends to happen..I cannot even change my profile information.

The register email issue ok after I switch to view other app then came back. If point fail to be credit w/in 24hrs, need to email receipt, is inconvenient as now COVID some will direct throw away or reject it to save paper.

can't even register since there no OTP send. I've tried multiple of time but still there's no OTP send to my number. I even reinstalled the apps but the problems is actually from your apps which is too annoying

The coins is crazy, it's negative value, mean owe the coin which until -300± ..and i the person buy something needed only...dk how long will +ve back : ( and unable to use the voucher since -ve value of coins.

Very slow. Registration took a very long process even it's only request for OTP. No message at all even after few hours. Better improve that first!

i think this could be a great strategy since everybody being crazy shopaholic at eco. but please put in FAQ the reason and benefit why we should collect the points. also please update the rewards/voucher asap since the point have limited duration.

No OTP receive even after many tries, don't waste your time registering on this outdated app. Cashier always ask "got membership?" but how can I got membership when register also cannot? what a loop, Aug 2025 but the problem many years already, where is the dev teams? goyang egg and make dunno? shame on you

So many choices and decisions about what you want....the stuff also very helpful and friendly service to our clients,the best place to buy something what you want... because this is the best price for all..

Stupid half baked app unable to send TAC to even register. Please don't launch it if APP still have bug issues, and tell your stores its not ready to even accept registrations.

Can you please fix the otp problem please they said i can redeem my points by logging in to my account but I've forgotten my password when i request for the otp none please please fix that problem

Why i can't see any reward to show in the apps?how can i redeem my reward if the reward not show anything?so what's useful to collect the point?

Never could register because although tried numerous times, never received OTP and there is no other means yo register also... Only through phone number🤦

Digital & Technology needs to be looked onto. Many purchasers complaining for a long time however today 3 Oct 22 same issue.
