I did notice a bit of 'jiggling' in the figures on monthly averages etc. And my monthly estimated bills for three years ago were FIVE TIMES my actual consumption the following year... And when they started using actual sums, it was added to the extra high 'estimated' figure of 3 years previously, that was 1000€ above actual consumption... But just try proving it! 'Cos none of the figures stay still long enough! There are built in algorithms that go: 'If you can get away with it try this...'
App is not showing daily power consumption since last week.
Recognizing that Paris is a global city and offering an English language user interface would go a long way towards usability.
App not showing readings again since 17th April. I have complained so many times about this problem over the last 2 years and still it does not work properly and the problem is just ignored. EDF should find another App developer now!! This App doesn't work and is no substitute for analysing your actual consumption when it is constantly at least 10 days behind. It is nothing to do with Linky it is your App! Your response has been exactly the same for the last two years! FIXIT or give up!
It has potential, but for the moment is problematic in use, eg very frequent disconnects, error in communication, long delays between pressing a button and seeing the result, updates not at real time one has to wait one day plus several hours for an update, many useless animations that take time in the end to tell you error in connection
Unusable for the past weeks. I get the error "Authentication is not available, try again later" every time I press the button to start the login process. I don't even get the chance to write my credentials. Otherwise, the application was quite useful until this happened.
Unfortunately, it stops working on a regular basis for me. I was able to follow my consumption through the app last year, but for some reason, it has stopped working. I have re- installed the app several times. It works for a short while and then stops again. Is it to do with updates? It's quite irritating.....
It worked brilliantly till last week, but I haven't had any real time reading for one week now, so it doesn't deserve 4 stars I gave it in January. Pity as otherwise it's a very easy to use app, and when it works, it really does help me to control my electricity consumption daily and have already reduced my usage.
I tried to use the app to obtain copies of my past bills, which apparently you can't do on the web site. After I logged in, etc., I went to Documents to find the bills. It, and all the other services on that page, were not available. Promises kept are memorable. Promises unfulfilled leave a bitter taste .
A good set of tools, well presented, BUT unbelievably slow to load data (often fails completely), why do I have to log in every time, no "real-time" display and the weather that is overlaid against my consumption seems to come from a different country
Always 2 days behind with information. Recently it has missed out days. Since 14 February it has only given 14, 17 and 20. Today is 23 February 2022. Very disappointing. Easy to use but still two or three days behind as of 26 October last update is 23 October. In these days when we are trying to be economic with our heating - pompe a chaleur it would be good to have a daily report. Otherwise we are happy with the app.
Terrible terrible app. Takes too long to load, often doesn't show the info that you want and often crashes. Doesn't automatically update, just tells you that there's a problem. The app is so bad that I'm currently looking for a new energy supplier.
It has been impossible to connect to my account ever since I downloaded this application several months ago. I was hoping to have it fixed with the latest update or by reinstalling it but no. Always stuck at "Un petite instant" or "Service indisponible"
Better then ever, daily computed cost and consumption figures are almost real numbers of the invoices! It would be nice to have separate figures of total daily HC and HP.... Average temperature does not help, no relation with my external thermometer? A fairly good and useful appli for my 3 contracts.
It is an excellent app which is genuinely useful. The only reason that I have knocked off one star is because the only way to find the app on the store if outside France is via the EDF FR client link on their website. EDF can be proud of the app. They do not need to hide it!
sometimes takes too long to give final data breakdown.also if you have 2 houses difficulty to switch to the other contract from option e quilibre.... mieux en vitesse et plus facile pour les deux msison. MERCI
Inaccessible for long periods recently, corrupted pdf downloads earlier today but works now, impossible to change phone number for jour rouge notifications due to "technical" issues. Useful data for YTD total consumption ... sadly not much reduced so must try harder ;-)
Good app that allows us to monitor usage and compare monthly or year on year. Good for document storage too rather than paper bills and documents. I think real time information would make it 5 stars
This app didn't make sense before, I reopen it after sometimes and it makes a lot more sense. The update was great. I can now view my daily consumption of electricity more clearly and how much I consume per month. Nothing but 5 stars
I'd like to see what the current reading is. Also have not been able to log in (service indisponible) for months. Password reset never gets an email. Very poor.
