As others have already stated there are stability issues with this App. Keeps closing not long after entering the PIN, which is annoying. It's great when it actually stays on, but the constant crashes ruin the user experience. Will you be providing an Update to fix this ongoing issue?

Password pin doesn't work. Every time I want to get in to the app it asks me to enter a NEW pin, confirm it and then takes me to the log in page where I have to sign in with email and my desktop password. The app is clunky and not very responsive. It could be so much better.

keeps crashing, preventing me to actually use most of the functionality. when this is my kids school's primary way of communicating, it's very frustrating. FIX THIS, IT'S CLEARLY VERY COMMON!

App looks like it was written by a 5 year old. Notifications don't work properly. Having a manual refresh data button in a modern app is ridiculous. Please hire a competent development company and try again.

I updated the app to the October updated version, the bottom toolbar is missing, which is very disappointing. Now I can't look at previous anouncements!!!

A very useful app but has a lot of bugs. The current issue I'm having is I open it and then after a few moments it says not work close app or wait.

i don't know what has happened but every time I open the app, it opens and closes straight away, sometimes it will get to the home screen but then it closes

There's too much lag and this isn't even that well opsimised, this needs to take up less space and load faster, even bloons td 6 which takes 600mb loads faster

More than often I can't get into the page and it doesn't load my student role properly. Even when the admin updates my student role or adds students to it the names won't show up. Please fix this

Ok app, but it doesn't seem to give you an option to email your child's class teacher.
