Ehub is great when it's working properly. Unfortunately, when you have less than a perfect signal, it does not function the way it should. I'm unable to post pictures when completing certain tasks, and clocking in and out is a challenge. The clocking in and out can be remedied by just trying again or moving to a different area of the room, but uploading pictures with a lesser signal is impossible. For my job, uploading pictures is necessary. It gets very frustrating.

I'm using it everyday, it's slow and many times it's not working properly, for example, when I check in for my shift, it says "out of range " while I'm in front of my job table. This happens two or three times a week. Also now it has stopped notifications, even I've enabled all notifications and location permissions, but I get no notifications and thus I can't see any available shifts notifications on time.

This app truly sucks. It constantly has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work. When clocking in and out it will say you're out of range when you're at your location and actually inside the building in the same exact spot you were in when you last clocked in and out. It's too stressful dealing with this. There has to be something out there much easier to deal with. And this wouldn't submit without giving it at least one star so there you have it.

The service was down for a couple weeks a little bit ago, and ever since the fix was rolled out there has been a ton of connectivity, GPS, and server issues. They make it difficult to not only log into the app with your registered account, but also its hard to use the time clock feature because the app struggles to recognize if you are at your location.

Overall this is a convenient way to keep time but there are some occasional bugs. 3 times in the past 6 weeks, I have successfully clocked in to start a shift and when I was ready to "end shift" my earlier entry was completely gone. Then my time must be manually entered by a supervisor. This also prevents me from using the daily pay app because it appears that I have an incomplete shift. It has caused me some problems. But the majority of the time, ehub is decent.

Very unrealiable. Often, it says I'm not scheduled. This forces me to call the main office defeating the purpose. The only good thing is I can access my paychecks. Regristering in the beginning wasca nightmare. It would not connect to the server. I had to go on a laptop in order to create my credentials in order to sign in only to find the next set of obstacles. If this was designed to save $, it was a poor expediture of a resource that could have been better spent on a functioning product.

For a long time now when going into the app It's making me load everything by scrolling down on the screen. That is a problem in the coding people. Please fix it. Since I'm on the subject of the coding...when you press on the "new" wages section without "loading" it first it kicks you out of the app. Guess where that problem is located??? (Psst it's in the coding)

App rarely works properly. Cannot log in until after shift starts, can't clock out after shift ends. Rejects correct password frequently. Constantly getting error messages, "invalid employee number", "gps not enabled", "unable to find site", "not scheduled for shift", all while I've made certain that the number is correct, gps is on, that I am at my site as I've been scheduled. Support tickets do not seem to reach the support team and these problems have only gotten worse the longer I use app.

Terrible app. You have to accept the terms every time you login and to view your paystubs and hours worked is almost impossible to view as if there's glitches. The scheduling is only allowed to be 30 days out which doesn't allow you to schedule ahead of time to save time. The clocking in procedure is long and doesn't work half the time. I recommend the Deputy app if you are looking for a good work app to use for your business and employees.

Its a pretty good app except the clock in and clock out mechanism in the app doesnt work. It would be a whole lot easier to clock in through the app if it worked. I also dont understand the sick days active. I have been with allied universal security for almost a year now. I have never called in. But all it shows is 0=40. It is not very discriptive. If you could fix these issues i would give Ehub a 5 star rating. But until its fixed i can only give it 3 stars.

Everytime I log in I have to hit reload on every screen just to get it to show me anything. Paychecks you really can't see almost anything resembling a paystub. So if you work at multiple sites because your flex it gets really confusing when trying to find what pay where. I have sometimes at least a week before any post shows up. Or if I get a notification of a post I often click on it and there is nothing there. It is annoying to constantly hit agree everytime you log in. Please fix these bugs

For some strange reason the ehub app that I've been using for many years now will not accept the web address for my company's ehub account and every time I enter it in there and I know it's absolutely correct it says it doesn't acknowledge or it doesn't find the website but I can open up the website on the web and it works just fine. Yes I've cleared the cache I even deleted the app and reinstalled it to no avail.

I honestly hate that my company uses this app, it constantly logs me out or wants me to reset my password, what the app doesn't tell you is that to reset it you have to go into your internet browser to do so, and if someone in your company doesn't check all their settings it won't let you reset it so you'll have to call tech support. Sit on hold anywhere from 10 to 50 minutes to get someone, thankfully the tech team has always been awesome with helping me. Still would not recommend using this

One day it lets me sign in and clock in and out, next day it'll not let sign in telling me I'm trying to use an invalid website that I have not changed. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. Clearing cache and data do nothing as well.

This app used to be easy to use but now it truly sucks. Now you need a username, a password, a pin that you have to make and now a verification code that they send your email. It's bit excessive. It uesed be simple if you wanted to check your schedule or pay, you'd just enter your pin and that was above it but now it's a real pain.

Honestly, can't do much of anything with it. Being able to view past schedules would be nice, if they were updated regularly, and not a month out of date. Currently getting nothing tracked, no log-in, no check points, and no paycheck update. Paper was more reliable.

not the best, The app is fine for what my company uses it for. however, at certain points it's really buggy and doesn't want to work. I'll be submitting something or trying to create a report and it will spaz out and either not create the report or create 10 of them. it's a moderate inconvenience which without would make this app much better.

Don't work most of the time, need this app to punch in and out for work etc .. never remembers my password, have to constantly reset my password.. freezes .. slow when I am actually on it, doesn't always allow my punches to go through.. then I gotta do a tele team from my boss .. hands down the WORST app .. if my employer expects us to use this app ... They better get it fixed !

Never had a problem with this app, but then when I logged in into ehub for my work, it doesn't show up, the schedules are gone, and when I clock in, it shows me that I'm out of range or it pops a screen forcing you to put in a work number... Very bad app, hope it gets fixed

The app sucks It won't let you find shift offer to you If you accidently swipe to the left or right to close the notification by accident it just disappears another note while trying to see the shift offer to see where it was I click on it went to the app n said it couldn't find a website n made me put in my password instead of the 4 digit password While in the app trying to send a message to the feedback team it kick me out n made me put in the 4 digit password it also wouldn't let me submit it
