Eight: Business Card Manager

As an individual working in Japan where business card exchange is part of daily business life, cards can pile up really fast. Eight has helped me store all the card info with one tap and also saved me the hassle of sorting through business cards every time I need to find someone's details. 10/10 would recommend to anyone working in Japan.

I upgraded to premium subscription for trial. However I am unable to edit my subscription nor cancel it. I tried logging in with same email and password via zendesk but it keeps saying incorrect email/password. Please help.

Forever spam with no option to unsubscribe - you need to log in to to stop their frequent spam emails, but when I reset my account I found my account is deactivated because of being unused for so long, now there is no way to stop their spam emails. Absolutely unacceptable.

Three issues 1. Does not provide for multiple cards of self 2. does not allow multiple email ids or contacts for self 3. does not allow exchange of a contact from your repository to a third person as QR code

スマホ機種変更したらOSが英語のせいか、英語版Eightしか出て来なく、これまで使っていたFacebook SSOも使えないため、アカウントにログインできない状況です。 アプリからも日本版に切り替える場所がないうえ、ヘルプサイトすら英語版しか出てきません。 相当こまります

簡単でとても便利に利用させていただいていますが、余計な機能が多くなり使いにくくなった。

概ね満足ですが、通知消えない仕様がiOSともども続いていて、非常に満足度を下げています。早急な改善を望みます。
