Electricians' Handbook

I've been doing this for many years and it's been many years since I've been in the ABC School, so instead of burning my brain out digging up memories. It's way easier just to pull my phone out for a quick reference. Love the app. Very helpful and to the point. Wish this was the thing when I was taking my masters. I refer this app to all my apprentices, and even my journeyman to have on hand for a quick reference. Wish I could give it 10 Stars it deserves it.

It gives you the basic information in layman's terms. If you can follow instructions and comprehend basic symbols it explains everything and the chapters are easy to follow and everything is in specific category for easy reference. There is explanation of several basic theories for electricity. Color codes, how to charts, there's a lot included in this app. Exceeds my expectations. Worth the download and awesome learning tool.

this is the app for electricians no matter their experience level or amount of years in the field. if you have a question to ask any electrician, skip that, and easily find your answer in the Electricians' Handbook app. the category interface is easily understandable and any information one is looking for to stay up to code one will find it. that's without the circus act it normally takes to get a question answered involving electricity and it's uses.

This app is great. As me being an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic and a Heavy-duty Mechanic. This app gives you knowledge and a reference guide all in one. When you want to start a project the information is there for you to be able to calculate. When you forget something cause you have not thought of it in a while the information is the to read and study again. I am sure glad someone came up with this app. The only thing is to make it available offline. No network underground to use it.

I have been doing this stuff for close to 40 years and sometimes we vets forget some basics and need to be reminded of some 101 things. This offer's very basic knowledge but it can be helpful. I have carried this app on my phone for a while and even though I hardly ever have used it I have offered it to a few new kids on the block which has open some helpful conversation between them and myself along with some other journeymen. I recommend the app to anyone who is interested in the subject.

They really need to work on the app inorder to improve the knowledge they are sending out on this app, wrong grammar, translation to other languages doesn't work on all topics. Some definitions don't really make sense or just half material given. Don't focus on making different apps, focus on picking one app and making it better,not to forget about ads. Thank you

Great app, but please add Nepalilanguage This app is really helpful and informative. I appreciate the effort to include multiple languages — that’s a great step. However, I noticed that Nepali language is not available. Nepal is also a country with its own language,and many nepali users would benefit from having content in Nepali adding Nepali (and other widely spoken regional languages) would make the app easier and more accessible to many people palese. please consider including Nepali languag

Just had a quick look at the exam questions the answers aren't clear one answer was for transmission voltage answer available was 400k (it's 400kv) difference is important. Some answers were not spelled correctly I knew what they were but missing first letter (e.g. "ow" instead of "How". Another had a duplication of the answer for the same question but if you picked one over the other it was wrong. May still be a good app. I got anonoyed and deleted it because of the glitch practice tests.

Overall I think it is a great app and very useful for anyone in the industry. There is a problem with your voltage Matrix. Canada is 600/347. As I have used it more I have gotten a better idea of the quantity of information that has been assembled and categorized. Looking back on my career of 40 years I can only say that if this had been available it would have made things a hell of a lot easier!

Excellent thanks. Covers just about everything, I don't know of a better app on the subject. Could use a better English translation is the only improvement I could offer, but that is just for perfection purpose. Also you could sell ad links to electrical suppliers in the tools section to help fund your improvements.

This app is incomplete and so short, no much detail, put in more info. And please research more to incorporate other countries, some of the information seem to only work in india or something, and not in other countries and so not really helpful on many instances. Label the transformer parts

This is NOT a handbook for electricians unless they weren't paying attention during their training. This app is mostly for non electricians who probably shouldn't be playing with electricity to begin with. Just look at the tools section and you will understand. Waste of time. Deleting!!! Too many ads. Way too many grammatical and spelling mistakes.

Ads are too intrusive for the free version. I never buy apps if they have intrusive ads in the free versions. I'm not going to sit and wait 30 seconds to access something I can find faster with a Google search.

It's a good app with good information, but the intrusive ads are a but much. There are other similar apps that have ads, but they aren't intrusive like these. Having wo sit there and wait for an ad to finish before I can do anything is ridiculous for an app like this

Excellent source for looking up electrical information 😀 However, there's no way to control the notifications in the free version. I get notifications and click on the referenced messages, but it just opens the app and doesn't take you to where the referenced topic is located.

too many ads makes this app completely useless. I have downloaded it to learn but the app is full of ads non stop. completely waste of time foe downloading it. very sad.

Of some use. However, some of the items are inaccessible as they appear behind the top banner or bottom ad. From what I've seen I wouldnt pay for the pro version. in fact I'm too frustrated by it. It's gone.

3 Appsl, definitely helping myself getting tangled up in a lot print outs.., manafesting all the possibilities ingenered.. taking so much the field keeps showing me I can learn and if I can use all of it binificalally with my work, with the world always needing this learned, right next to welding and agriculture. I can say I'll be able to use it for any of the future career choices I find available. Wish there were more types of apps with available info, on or off web.

This is good. I really love what I have been missing since I venture into practicing. Example in the area of switching, I have now seen that when it is on the branch that was black changes to red to give it, changing the branch to become means for it to bring light.

Wow!!! I real love this app, it's real improving wow!!👌 Please add something like a user can able to create a circuit will all material like wires,bulbs,switches including day/night switches, powere source so that he will try to make a connection him self untill the bulb glows, I don't know if you get what I am saying, Thank you,keep it uu And keep it up!!!❤👌
