The clothes are so cute! And I love how the app looks, all the categories, the models, and just the overall feel to it. Just one thing I would love for this app to have, is that when I look at the reviews I'm looking to see if the clothes that people received in my size fit then well and comfortable but I have to scroll forever to find one about large. It would be amazing if I could make it so I could only see large/ XL. But other than that everything else functions greatly and I love ordering!

Buyer beware! Their return policy is absolutely horrible. Clothes is from China so returns are unrealistic as it costs double to triple the cost of the products and even if you do pay for the return, they will only pay back partial of the product. I have the email proof of them indicating so for anyone to see! They only provide (at best) a gift card for their site obligating you to purchase their product, not a true return!

The app constantly adds and removes clothes from my cart and there's not even an option to delete it. Just now, before writing this review, I added like 6 shirts to my cart but the number randomly switched to two and one of them was a shirt I've never even seen before. Their clothes are cute and I wanna buy them but I literally can't because the clothes won't stay in the cart.

App does not flow well, lags badly when scrolling, the app adds things to your shopping cart without your permission (not sure if I could disable this feature). This brand is not plus size friendly. I've ordered 3 things from this and they nice but on the smaller side even tho I chose the largest size. The upside is that the customer service workers are very kind on the phone.

I was very hesitant at first about this app, I thought it was a complete scam. But from what I have seen and experienced, this app is amazing! I ordered some things and they were pretty much identical to the picture. I live in Canada so shipping took a while(I ordered 7 things). There's nothing wrong with this app, and it's not a scam! But It would be nice to get an email saying "your carrier is on their way!" I was very confused if my package was coming soon.

I really like this shop, the app is well done and I like the clothes, but I do have one suggestion that would bring this to a 5 stars, you should add a favorites list I know you can select the items in your cart you want to buy, but a favorites list makes it better to visualize and you can take items in and out of it, I haven't figured out how to remove items from my shopping cart and that's a bummer

I've been gifted clothes from here and let me tell you, wow...it only makes me wish I was rich as browse through the items...(i want to buy everything!)...other than great prices and quality clothing, my app seems to stop working when I spend hours browsing, but I understand that thatight be a problem on my end.

Amazing! Very nice clothing, material is worth the money! Very cute and fashionable, comfortable clothes! If your thinking of shopping on this app, do it :) definitely worth the time and money :) can't explain enough how much I enjoy shopping here. Customer service is also always on point, and great as far as communication.

I would love to say this is a great app but honestly, it sucks. The products are VERY hit and miss I've gotten so many wonderful clothing items from here and some AWFUL clothing items. When I leave a bad review and a refund request they are ignored there is no way to get my money back along with that the tracking is terrible. I got my shipment over a month ago and it still tells me it's on its way. This app is set up TERRIBLY. find a new place to shop this one isn't trustworthy.

My experience with this app and this store has been excellent. Really good selection of clothes and accessories for men and women. I have purchased from them many times and the orders always show up on time, timely and of good quality. Packages come with thank you notes, and even sometimes little cards explaining how to take care of the specific material you got! I always come back to this store to update my wardrobe.

Customer service is terrible, I've gotten a notification that only 1 package was sent but i didn't receive anything and they haven't responded, the wait is too long and not worth it. I had also gotten a pair of pants and they said that it was out of stock but on the website it did not say that they were when i had bought them. It has been almost 3 weeks and i have not received anything!

The app is so laggy so the website is much better. That's said I have been emailing this company for like a month now about a return for items that did not fit. And they never get back to me about ways it can be done. I spent over 450$ so if you ever use them buy one thing at a time because if it doesn't work out you'll never get your money back. Edit: they did email me but when I replied its been radio silence. Like I said guys, you'll never get your money back.

really annoying I like the website, but the app is terrible. I went to look at my cart and theres over 2000$ of items I didnt add? and every time remove them it just constantly adds another item I dont want in there. just use the website unless u want it to add a bunch of items for u.

I really wanted to love it i saw cute acubi clothes from TikTok that I literally loved ( the clothes are still supes cute) and downloaded it at first it was working fine but whenever I leave the app and come back it's keep taking and adding stuff to my cart I don't even have to leave I could be looking at an item then when I go back to my cart my items are either missing and there are random items I never put there, pls fix cause I love everything abt this app except this lil glitch

I joined Emmiol to buy jeans and soon spotted fake-looking reviews on Trustpilot. When I formally asked Emmiol to delete my account, they replied suggesting I click the "unsubscribe" link in their emails that didn't exist. After a second formal request, they directed me to a "Delete Account" option in their app, which was also missing. This lack of control over user accounts raises security concerns that I have raised with ICO in the UK. I wouldn't recommend the Emmiol website or app.

stole my money. I went to order a hoodie and after shipping and handling it came to 44.69$ my account got charged 60.51$ immediately. so I went to cancel my order. my account has remained un reimbursed. thats ridiculous. not impressed at all. I need all the money I can get right now and I've been overcharged for something I'm not even receiving. Don't not order from this website, it's a scam.

This app frustrates me, it keeps taking stuff out my cart and adding other stuff that I don't want in it. Then when I went to checkout it asked for my email which I provided them with and it said it was wrong. So 1 star for me pls work on this glitch/problem.

I am absolutely in love with the outstanding variety of styles to choose from on the app!!I'm so glad I heard about this app,I don't remember when but it's truly a miracle!!Thank you for being a really great shopping app,words can't describe how amazing the prices are as well,and just in general the app is easy to use,I would 100% recommend this app to everyone I know who shops online!!

Continues to add things to my cart which definitely makes me feel very put on edge about even trying to buy. Prices are high yes, but the clothes are cute. Havent bought from here yet seeing the very mixed reviews, and I most likely won't. I'd love to talk to someone about this, but I feel as it won't get me very far.

This is one of my favorite trendy clothing apps.... they always have supper cute clothes with a reasonable price, they have many different style aesthetics and many options to choose from I can always depend on them when I feel like buying cute clothes♡
