The app always has login issues, and when I call 1568, nobody answers to provide support.

Very disappointed with Metfone. They offer super deals and don't rip you off like Smart do all the time. But the service is just slow, I can't even play YouTube videos sometimes. I signed up for 5G $1 plan but I'm always having to tell them, if I don't it changes to some other terrible plan. I also topped up from ABA then still didn't have access to data. Sort it our Metfone the service is a mess !!

I would've gave 1 star but this app is great but the issue is when I try to login to my account it always said error and bring me back to the log in page again please fix this.

It should be better if this app has a function which automatically saved the previous account after this app updated, it's really annoying and difficult to login again after this app updated, and whenever I login I have to call the customer services to help and sometimes doesn't work at all.

I have used Emoney app for around two years. I like Exchange service from 1 dolar to 399 dolars when I topup to Metfone number phone but now why do you disable this function. You serve customers but they likes the service you disable it. Please tell me and others customers why you disable that service? Thanks.

I think you should have system that customer can contact your company like chat for information etc, because it too slow. When we top up money and it need so long time to get our money to my account. We need to sell phone top up or transfer. But your service really slow. Please update these point .

A very good and useful app. Many thanks to eMoney and Metfone. Now, I can buy food, book tuktuk, and shopping online, etc. and pay quickly by eMoney App!

After transactions for cash out, transferred balance to other account or to non eMoney system not send SMS PIN code and need to request reset PIN many times and some time need to waiting solution around 2h, So it's effect to customer for late to solve like this. Please recheck it for customer easy to using. Thanks!

Cannot cash in by bank account. Please fix it. It is not convenient to go to cash in by E-money agents. I like the exchange 1$-399$ feature.

I just top up money from ABA bank, first time the transfer fast, but second time the money didn't go to my E money account. I wait about 6h and nothing changes, poor service.

Poor app after transferring money to that account it automatically logout and I can't log in back. It always show connect to network failed 😏

The worst app , never work correctly , keeps giving errors / am forced to install it for a certain purpose after that i will delete it as its very bad app

It's always asking Password but I don’t know which number is Password, if a customer forget his Password, there is no option to bring back, it is very sad.
