The app is unstable and when you book a ticket 🎫 you are not sure if you will get the ticket 🎫 or not and you will have to wait a week for your money 💰 the support is useless it should be other way to assure you that you will watch the movie no matter what the money already gone and the purchase was complete. The prices is higher than buying it from the mall 🏬 the app need improvements and better way to guarantee everything to the costumes and make it easy for everyone.
I booked ticket and show gets cancelled without any notification. I found it myself through website. When I asked for refund, they says that their policy doesn't allow for any refunds. Pathetic! The show is cancelled by empire cinemas and why the customer should pay money for a movie which is cancelled by theatre. Resume the show or refund the ticket charge.

Simply, the app is not doing the only thing that it was made for😅 GETTING A TICKET!!!! when you reach to the end they asks you to put the security code to make sure that you are not Darth Vader or something. When you put the code , it tells you that your phone number was not verified 🫤 so I had to go to muvi instead
If you want to book movie tickets smoothly, go for VOX or some or some other cinema apps. This app gets crashed all the time. I was trying to book ticket 3 times and all those times.. between my booking.. app got crashed. Frustrating !!!!
I am experiencing difficulties updating my information within the ticketing application. This technical issue prevents access to available movie listings and functionality. Attempts to update my profile on the Empire website have also been unsuccessful, as the system fails to save the modifications. Consequently, I will be utilizing alternative platforms, such as Vox or Muvi, for my movie viewing needs. I kindly request that Empire address and resolve these technical issues ASAP!!!

Poor user experience. Asks for a lot of personal info, lost it all on last update, doesnt work with password managers. Prefer to just go to another theatre.

Very bad application! Tried so many times to pay and complete my booking, but I had to wait for ages prior to moving to the payment section, which never happened. Uninstalled.
The previous app was better you could choose the branch you wanted and get to know the actual show time for each movie Now there is no option of choosing the branch. And the show time displayed on the app is not for all branches
Did not receive any kind of mail or message of confirmation of booked tickets although the account was debited. Is this the way you treat the customers. Will prefer vox or any other cinemas after this. Terrible experience.
App is only working on WIFI, uninstalled and reinstalled, but that has not solved the issue. It was working fine until last week.
Very bad experience deducted your money but ticket not booked CS replied your refund will be in 3 days or 21 days What a bad answer... You take my money before book and if any error then you will refund my money after 21 days. Really very bad experience 😢😢
The worst ever application i've ever faced no response from cuatomer service I booked the ticket from this app and when the amount gets deducted it did not show on my app and still didn't get my ticket reservation/confirmation
The worst application. This company will not return your money for any reason. Be careful... I purchased one ticket on different city by mistake, and they refused to give me back the money.
Tickets were purchased, account was debited but no tickets issued via email or message. Need to check in the cinema later if they will allow us or not. Customer care not responding. What to do?
One of the worst experience App many times application it's getting crashed, payment declined if you ask cinemas there telling it's get reverse if you ask bank it's debited only, but 3rd person stealing ur money
Not working properly, would not let me enter my phone number when booking, cannot book movie properly, waste of time, this company lacks budget and not willing to invest more to make booking for moviegoers easy via app, unlike Muvi and AMC, do they actually want movie-goers to book tickets in-person in their movie house locations and not online?
Worst app ever. I have made the payment via app but no booking received.. have been calling customer service from 3days no one answering. have sent written complaint no answer... People at Cenima don't know the solution also.. worst experience
