I don't recommend this program. I bought a lifetime license and now it says I don't have access I can't restore a purchase even by updating the app

Very sorry developers. It's a fraud app. I have purchased it. But I could not get access more than 10 percent of the total content. Still app is not working offline. Adds are also there. After purchase the app has started aggressive adds which cover my mobile phone screen even the same is locked. It's very regretful that after purchasing it I am not given access to the whole content. Aggressive adds are even more teasing, offensive and troublesome. Please return my money. Cheater

The app is good, but this recent update is not configured as the first version the first one had everything organised as shelves, such as the family of untensils,(bath , kitchen, living room, bed room etc was arranged in sets,if open it's section showed all the equipments with the pictures,but this recent update is not showing, what happened Mr developer

Hi, very good app, I like it. BUT I also found some problems. Sometimes translation problems can occur. The biggest problem is that, I bought a full time service a few months ago, it worked very well. However, I had to buy a new phone and where full service doesn’t work. That’s why I wrote the email but didn’t get a response. Update: They asked me, please write an email to us. I wrote to them 6 times for provided email address, nothing happened again....

Hello guys, this app is just great, I bought the license and is running really well, but I am having some issues while I'm using it sometimes it stops, and I need to re-start again, and as a suggestion it would be great if you can incorporate a way where you can continue with the last word you were studying from the slices (example: I am in the slice 250, if I want to continue I have to re-start again) But just amazing all the other things, thank you

It seems the vocabulary app is very effective. Similarly there has a scope to make it more user friendly. Like as follows: 1. All favourite words could be organised seperatly with pronaunctions. 2. Self exam of favourite works with realistic games. 3. Shall be less similar words which make confused to reader. Hope, the authority will look into the above issues urgently. Thank You

The app does turn on, it makes me go through description and pick my native language, and when I do it starts over. I paid for premium version and it's frustrating to deal with such incompetence. It's been a week now and it is still hasn't been fixed. I was about to get down to learn more words but it's just physically impossible. Back when the app worked, I didn't like that whenever I close the app and get back to the list of words I had been working on, I genuinely had to flip through it again

I have paid you by in app purchase, but the annoying ads are still there, most items are still locked - over 90 percent, I think. Declaring that it (the app) is "totally free" is entirely misleading, and in my eye constitutes a lie. It is "free" FOR ONLY A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE APP CONTENT. WITHOUT STATING THIS CRITICAL INFORMATION AND DECLARING IT'S FREE IS THEREFORE A LIE. This, unfortunately, jeopardizes the renowned name "Oxford"! What a pity! Quite some Chinese translation is wrong too!

New comment: I deleted this app because some words lack in British pronunciation and many IPA transcripts are wrong. This app is very handy to learn English with pictures and pronunciations. I would like to request you just to fix two things are the auto play of the pronunciations and wrong IPA transcripts or to include an option to add our own audio pronunciations and to correct wrong IPA transcripts on our own. Btw, I really appreciate your effort and cheers for the app.

There's a mismatch of the phonetic transcriptions and audio pronunciations of some words. For instance, the word "loquat" in the fruits section has a mismatch. You placed its American transcription as British and British as American. As a result, the audio pronunciation does not match the phonetic transcriptions. There are many other instances such as this. Take a look at it and fix it.

wish i vould leave 0-star. worst app ever seen. tons of bugs. I can't browse through all the words, even I upgraded to the lifetime premium membership. for those of you think this is a "free" app, keep in mind to expect full screen ads every single moves you make. the free version is a joke, period.

I hope you can add repetition to the slides so we can repeat words as much as we can. Also, in same games you need to make words unique not repeated and romove any words on the pics can help to pick the correct answer. Sometimes we find translation not accurate but cannot change it at least on the version of my mobile. Finally, the background of topics if it's black would be better to make us see them clearly. Also they need to be displayed in index to make it easy to reach any topic q.

The BAD thing about the app is the stupid amount of adverts popping up at any random time. True, it is a free app, but the amount of advertising is ridiculous. Truly a shame. The app is fairly good, the US voice is not really good however. Still, overall a good app... Except for the adverts!

I was using this app for more than a year but after the recent update It changed the Categories with pictures to a completely different app. Its good you included conversations and stories but I feel you could build a separate app for that. This was not the app I payed a lifetime subscription. please return back the previous one or Just make a separate app we can subscribe to.

The extensive word database, easy-to-navigate interface, and the detailed explanations make it a top-notch. 1. **Hindi Translation**: Adding Hindi translations to the given examples of words would be incredibly helpful. It would cater to a larger audience 2 add google support for examples translation. 3 add phrasal verb. Thank you for this app.

I want to tell that, I pay for 1 time Payment for a lifetime with only $7 ( if don't pay, you won't be able to unlock the "BOOK" and some features). And there are section of vocab that has 21000+ words. I know I don't need this much. Then I found vocabulary of 5000 word for TOEFL. And it's amazing. And 1 more thing ; ALL desribe with a Picture + the English explanation + you also can activate your local language, then you will also get the translation of the meaning in 1 Page.

I purchased the license on September 4, but the app keeps nagging me with various ads and requests to buy the license. However when I click the purchased button it gives me the message that I already own the license. Please help. Moreover, the Books section that I want most is locked. If the problems described are not resolved, how can I get back the money I paid for the license?

I saw this app and literally thought it would be helpful in my accent and volcubarly training since it words by words but I can't even use it 😥. Everytime I open the app all I see is subscription plans. I really glad you replied and I have tried what you suggested but it still the same thing 😔.I really hope this van be fixed. Thank you

It is a wonderful app, but it would be much nicer if at least one example was given for each of the words. Children will love it even more if it is done by the team of this app. Guys, you can decrease the size of pictures a little bit for giving examples in sentences. Thanks for making this great app.

After updating again I knew that is not working well and it is not true that this app is completely free and offline. None of these are true. I downloaded it again to because my goal was to learn vocabularies but unfortunately by every new updates it is much worse than the previous version! It really doesn't worth to lose your internet mb! Don't download it! It is too worse!!!!!
