English Chinese Translator

By far the best translator app I downloaded. It is able to recognise both traditional and modern chinese chars. I am using this app to learn chinese. Two minor tweaks to the app will help :- 1) Whenever I pasted a few english sentences and got it translated, the audio portion does work sometimes. 2) After doing (1), I couldnt get back to the previous screen where I can scribble chinese char. Great job.

Honestly....i'm uninstalling this cuz i only needed it to translate one thing...but...it worked really well. I've never written anything in the chinese language before...so...when i was drawing the characters to get them translated...i really didn't draw it well. However...the app was able to pick up what i was trying to write and i got the translation👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The audio recordings are far far too fast to be able to distinguish the fine differences of Mā má mă mà ma for example, sounds are indistinguishable for an untrained western ear. Otherwise it seems fine although video ads are irritating.The adverts are videos not just adds they are persistent and very irritating for this reason I am uninstalling .

This app is great and very convienient it helps alot in many things like writing on the screen to choose the character. But google translate is better. It would be better if you can update this app by adding a camera system so that we can scan the writing and translate. This will make it much more convienient and many other people would want to use this app. Though google translate does have a weakness, it does not take in the writing on the screen very well. Overall this app is above average.

This is by far the best Chinese translator app I have yet discovered. If you want to translate your sentences or words without losing some of the fashion and style that is inricate in language then this is the app for you. Very delighted you guys created this incredible and commendable app!!!.

I work in Chinatown in San Francisco. And for the longest time without a remedy for the language barrier issue. Then I thought oops and here we are giving a 5-star to an application to which I am able to better communicate with the locals. Works perfect, thank you so much.

it is very easy and reliable usage for this application sometimes I was needed to communicate in my field so my problem is solved when I am using translater.

Its so annoying omg... everytime i translate it, ad will pop up to my screen and then i thought that i can hear what the correct pronunciation of it, but everytime i tap it the app closing itself... if i can rate it its 0 star its so bad.. i download it and i try it after i found out the problem of app i uninstall it... its so worst.. ( i dont know if they experience my problem in the app as mine).

Using this translation of the English and Chinese dictionary is my first time and so far for the first I'm enough to do so. It's so good. No, do sure 😊

Finally! A Chinese-to-English/English-to-Chinese app that not only works but is super helpful. I tried others that were horrible, especially that Plecco one. This aids you in learning Chinese with so much ease.

My Chinese teacher used this app so that she could converse with us in English! I downloaded it and I've been using it for about 3 years now. I used to love this app and I would've rated in 5 stars but now it always just says 'Error to connect to server!'. Please fix this:(

It's been two days since the app has not been working. And nothing I try to translate from English to traditional Chinese has been showing up except an alert that says "Error to connect server". Kindly look into the matter.

I am not capable of assessing accuracy but it more to my liking than five other applications. The Pinyin, clarity of voiced Mandarin,simplicity of use. Using to create English/Chinese signage. Will reduce confusion and increase understanding

Riddled with ads, but that's life nowadays. It's great for reviewing and learning new phrases every day on the way to work.

great app just sometimes hard to understand what the voice is saying. also have to keep restarting my phone to keep the voice activator working.

Absolutely useless. Would not recognize stroke input and crashed everytime I touched the translate button. Steer clear of this app.

Accurate and fast translation. You can copy and paste to check how your sentence translates before sending it, great feature to avoid mistakes!

Used to work, now it says "error, connect to server" do time I try to use it. There's no update and my internet is fine. Don't know what's going on. Uninstalling and looking for something else.

When writing pinyin it just chooses a random translation instead of showing the dozen or so words it could mean so that we can choose the correct word/symbol.

Can become better!😉 The things needed to improve may is the user can use this app to translate at anywhere & anytime, not when user needed to translate somethings as emergents then that cannot be used without network.. The others things was great!
