Works perfectly! Some people reporting that they're unable to connect to the server might have their server deployed behind a firewall or VPN, in which case you need to configure your settings properly.
Hi, please add the option in the agent interface, to sort(arrange) the tickets by the created time, Id, Priority or by other columns like in the PC web interface. Thanks!

not worked when use login with saml authentication (unable create any request, only browse request catalog is possible), but the application work correctly when use login with ldap authentication.
