The idea is good. But it is very, very, very slow app.... It lasts forever to open an item. In 9 cases of 10 there will be a mistake when adding more than 5 items to favourites. Add to all this long delivery, even longer return processing and money return - and you spend almost month to finish the whole process.

My latest experience with this company is horrible. They do not deliver in time and they refuse to cancel the order and reimburse the money. They place the blame on their delivery company, Sameday because they lost the package and until they don't find it they cannot reimburse me the money. In the eventuality that the package wont be found, they did not come with a solution. so basically I have no product, no money. And most probably I will not have them at all.

Very professional app. You find everything you wish.But the discount process must always being focused on the products we desire and demand and not on irrelevant ones. And at least on similar ones. I m very old client !!!!!! and i wish a long term cooperation !!!!

The review Is more for the store, not the app itself. I did buy a few running shoes but all their sales are pretty much the same price or has hard conditions. For now it's black Friday and guess how much discount you will find? 2%, 7%...15% extra when you spend 300. There are now some deals 70% off but guess what? Only a few sizes are available. Other stores often have better prices. Update: not anymore available option to deliver to a local store and pay after trying on, now 1 star

Horrible app! I'm absolutely unable to add anything to the cart! The app keeps saying "Error adding to the cart, no internet connection", while the internet is working just fine! So I'm unable to buy anything in the shopping app! Please fix this! Also, almost impossible to swipe through the pictures, the slightest movement that is not strictly to the side will close the window you're on.

The app has big issues. Out of 4 orders placed in the app only one was delivered to me, the other 3 got stuck in the system. They take your money, you wait for your order in vain only to learn it was never processed. Then you have to send a lot of emails to ask for your refund. A big waste of my time, I will never ever use this app again.

This app is a joke. I selected the country, logged in and imediately received a message that something went wrong. Tried several times, the same thing. Finally managed to log in, added some shoes in the shopping cart, went to check out and again the error message appeared. Tried to look in the app settings and received error mesaages about not finding the webpage. Seems there are serious problems with this app.

I downloaded the app because on the obuvki. bg is promised a discount when shopping. I did not receive any discount - neither for the application nor for the first order. The shoes arrive without a review option. Later I decided to return them as I hadn't hit the number. It took me a long time to search in the app how to request a return. I didn't find such an option, but through a link in their email I managed anyway. Now I have to wait 14 days for a refund. I would never order again from them.

Lots of nice shoes but terrible application. Sometimes it is not working. Sometimes it is just impossible to check your orders, returns, to register a return, to open your basket. And sometimes, when you are choosing the items, putting in the basket, something happens, that all is deleted! Similar with favorites. When I was complaining, they asked me to renew application! It is the newest version and there is no more of updates!!! Shoping is not a pleasure at all!

Nice deals but mediocre software. The Favourites is nothing but a pinterest board of Items You Have Ever Saved, missing size & stock information. Even if a price is listed with the item, it doesn't mean it's available. I have saved products that have been out of stock for several seasons and their price still keeps changing for no reason. So you're forced to play a tedious point-and-click game, tapping through saved items one by one to see if they are still available in your size.

The app or backend needs improvements - it is slow to load basket, slow to add to basket or remove from basket, slow to load previous orders or returns. The UX is far from perfect - long flows, unnecessary models confirming item was added to basket, one style here another there. It has bugs - add the promo code to the basket and have most of your items removed from basket! I wouldn't use it if not a good range of shoes to select and good discounts.

Quite user-friendly app. The navigation is clear and purchase process is transparent and instant which makes it easy to order a desired item.

Nothing works in that app. If I want to add something in the 🛒 error appears that session expired. I retry on that button but keeps appearing same message. I am logged in but cannot use it actually, only view stuffs. When I perform "advanced" options does not work. It s really useless. Welcome for testing your app. Give me an email I will send you the results. ;)

I downloaded the app through the Romanian version of the website (epantofi) in order to make my purchase from the app and get my 10% discount this way. After making an account and trying to buy them via app I saw that the app doesn't have an option for deliveries to Romania. I can only order something through the website. So I guess downloading the app is only a way to get more subscribers as you need to make and account to use it.

Love the app, but it would be amazing to have a categorization feature for the favorites. I have at least 80 items across different categories (shoes, bags, etc.), and it’s really inconvenient to have everything mixed together without the option to filter or sort. Another thing that drives me crazy is when I open an item in the middle of the list and then go back—the list starts from the beginning instead of keeping my place. Please consider improving this—it would make the app so much better!

It works fine for all the offered features.

I am usually a big screen fan when online shopping, but the had an incentive of an extra discount if the order was placed through the app. And the app wasn't working, huge disappointment. Tried several times and finally gave upp and sent the order through the webpage. I inform them and ask for the price difference and the anser was that the app is now working. Disappointed again by they meek answer.

excellent app, easy purchases of multiple choices and return is very simple and convenient because the courier picks it up and brings a printed label.

While being neat in general, some features are not available (like the possibility of changing the delivery address) that force you to go to the web.

Since the last update can't even log into my account which basically makes the app useless. My account works fine on the website. Wouldn't recommend. I tried clearing the app data, unistalling and installing again, changing my password via the website and i still get this error message: "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later." The worst app experience I ever had.
