Can't login. Changed my password, logged in from browser. Open the app, enter same exact password, "Hitelesítés sikertelen". Change password again, still no luck. I guess I'll have to wait for the yearly meter reading done by an employee on site

I cannot login. I am logged in on the website hence the password & user name is correct. It's the application that does not allow to login.

Absolutely useless application with full of errors in the descriptions and manual. For instance, the registration requires 10-digit long 'Felhasználó azonosító', but it is only 8-digit long, and the other ID, called 'Vevő azonosító' is the 10-digit long. But does not work with neither.

Almost managed to get to activating my new account before it broke... Or the site behind it broke. Well, something broke and it no worky. Disappointing.

The second day (maybe more than 2) it is impossible to log in either the application or the customer service website (503 service unavailable). Reporting on meter readings via SMS is also not working. Image recognition could be fine-tuned. Numbers are determined correctly rarely, often had to enter meter readings manually.

I am trying to find out how to swap from natural gas to electricity or how to add a new meter ID. Very challenging. It should be as simple as possible, which is not now.

Cannot register due to server error, same issue with the web site. E.on cannot be reachable via phone neither. I'm trying to update notification address since 3 weeks.

App starts up with an error "Hoppá, valami nem sikerült!" .... and nothing happens.

There is no menu inside the app to select for taking picture of the meter.

Good thing to warn about unpaid invoice unless it IS PAID automatically with collection. How lame it is then...

2022/01/27: ##UPDATE## After 6 years from E.ON response that they were working to provide English menu this is still not the case.. really disappointing!!! 😞
