The app doesn't remember anything, I have to give trust everytime I log into it, it doesn't remember what email to sync my schedule to, and it forgets these things in 2 minutes. I tried to use a long press shortcut to see my schedule and it tries to tell me the app is not installed, if I didn't have to go in every 2 weeks to see my schedule I would be happier having a paper copy of my schedule I have to take a picture of. At least that would be easier to save to my calendar using lens.
Every time I try to log in to my account it shows "Login error: Session expired." The only way that I could login is to change my password, but now even that doesn't work. This is an update to my earlier rating. I've deleted this app because it isn't worth the hassle of trying to log in. The updated version with the " bug fixes" didn't fix anything. My 1 star rating is only that because there isn't an option of a zero. Worst app ever!
Since the update, I'm constantly having issues logging in. Same information that logged me in yesterday, but the app insists that it's not correct. It's been the same for months, and is the same as what's on my paperwork. I just want to know my work schedule! This is ridiculous. If I didn't need this for work I would NEVER use it. Fix your system!
Says I have an update, but when I get redirected Google play is saying "open"Getting as if there's no update available. Can't see my schedule or make a request. Worked for less than a week and says this again. Now getting error saying my password is incorrect, but I log in with it at the store just fine. Tried reinstalling and still having the issue. Can't log in.
It's is pretty impressive just how buggy this app is. Logging in may or may not work. If it stops working, you might have to uninstall/reinstall. And that will require the QR code from your employer. There is no "trust this device" or similar option which means the MFA is required on each login. Also you'll get signed out after a short time of inactivity. So you will be logging in to this app often. And that primary function is riddled with bugs, making the app practically unusable.
This is my first ever review on the google play store and I felt COMPELLED to write one because of the uselessness of the app. Don't bother downloading the app unless you want to waste your time. Everytime I log in to view my schedule, it loads and then takes me right back to the login. This process repeats over and over and over again until the cows come home. I have tried uninstalling the app, finding the product key for the 204929 time, clearing the cache, etc. Coworkers also face this issue.
I have been trying to log in for 3 days and it doesn't allow me to. It takes forever to get to the log in screen just a black loading screen for the last 20 mins. And when I go to log in it says my credentials aren't matching up. I can log in to the my work side but not this side. ITS THE SAME LOG IN! and I log in to doc at my store which is once again THE SAME LOG IN. I know my info use it every day. But no can't use the app. This is getting insane. completely terrible from day 1!!!
The app has stopped working, it will not open. Using the app jumps directly back to my phones home screen. Why they insist on using this dumpster fire of an app for my work schedule is beyond me. There are far better and more useful apps. Edit: The app no longer crashes but now when I login I get an error message that reads "Transaction has rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only." There is clearly no winning with this app. Rating remains 1 star.
Ever since the last July update, I've been unable to sign in. At first I thought it was because I was on FMLA and maybe my work had just kicked me off, but I'm starting to believe that's not the case anymore. I go back on Monday, and I've been relying on this app to see my weekly schedule since I got on, but I still can't sign in. I always get an error message saying "Unable to fetch user data". I've tried changing my password, but it doesn't help either.
I am once again having issues. I can not open the app. I have changed my password multiple times to no avail. This all began about 2-3 weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too many times to count. I personally think it's an android issue. Everyone at work with I phones are having zero problems. I need this to work for me!!! We have opened a ti ket at work and problem still not solved. Everything was fine just a few weeks ago. Please get this fixed!!!!
My company started using this app a few months ago, and I never had any issues with it until the last update. I can't even log in, I open the app and it just sits on a white screen. This is the same issue I've seen a lot of other people complain about, and the supposed "troubleshooting" to use the settings cog and clear data doesn't work. It won't even let me click on it, it just says frozen. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling, and nothing works!
Unreliable. App will only load occasionally. Otherwise I just have a black or white (this is not consistent) blank screen. I keep it installed because I can occasionally get ot to load, which saves me me the trouble of calling or texting my coworkers when I need schedule information. I will note that the app seems to be slightly more likely to do something if I am connected to a cell network, but living in the mountains, that mostly only happens when I am at work and don't need the app anyway.
Requests I did not make (every weekend off/blacked out, plus PTO I did not request for days off) show on the calendar, but when opened by the week it looks fine. Nothing I have tried will make the calendar change, from reinstall to submitting different things for those days. This makes it impossible to trust that management is getting my accurate requests and availability. On the plus side, it does accurately track hours already worked, and I have no problems logging in.
I downloaded this app for Work at Walgreen's. At first I was really happy with it. My personal work schedule as well as our store schedule were available. I was able to schedule some time off easily. However, suddenly all I can get when it opens is a darn product scanner!!!! I do not see a way to turn it off. I uninstalled and reinstalled but when it opens it's back to the product scanner. So frustrating. Guess I will go back to taking a pic of sceduals posted in store and written manual req.
Very flawed. (Update) After a recent update now I can't even use the app. 1. It logs you out every time you use it, which is only slightly inconvenient. 2. Now I get a message say "you can only use this app in the store" which has never been the case and defeats the purpose of the entire app. 3. The schedules get cropped so you can't even see the full thing and there is no option to resize or reorient it to fit the whole list.
app has abruptly quit working. deleting and reinstalling doesn't help, clearing data and reintering product key/credentials doesn't help either. employees should be able to count on this app. I will be speaking to Autozone corporate about switching to a better app if this issue can't be fixed and there are sure to be other companies that will gladly take the opportunity.
The app is wonderful when it works. Anytime we change our password on the work computer, they won't work. Even if you uninstall and reinstall. Or even if you try to change the password on the app, it says your info is incorrect when it's not. I used the option to send the one-time code on my phone and put the phone number in it says it's wrong. Seriously, only a few of us are able to get the app at all, but not for long. It is extremely frustrating because the app is Amazing and easy to use.
Garbage. I'm forced to use it by my employer. Luckily, it seems to accidently work, most of the time, for the most critical use I have of it. I usually can check my schedule. The rest is non functional. Also glitches to the app store so that I can install some other random app from the same developer that has nothing to do with me or my employer. Or has been the same for a year. No progress.
Shittiest app ever. This unfinished product can get you fired. Don't release anything unless it's been tested to it fullest potential. The app doesn't work 2/3 of the time. Please fix asap. Login is an issue due to servers. It bugs out whenever I'm on the main page too. I'd always have to press the back arrow to view the things I need. I shouldn't have to do that
Unusable. Neglegent. Awful. The app has always been bad. It glitches out and I can't login for hours. But this has taken the cake. I CANNOT LOGIN AT ALL. Every time I log in, I get "Session Expired. Try Login Again." For the past FOUR DAYS, I have tried to login to the app. I have uninstalled and cleared data several times. I even tried to login to the web version over the Walgreens website. I got an error message too. I have sent 2 emails but have recived no response. This could get me fired.
