Dear EA, I want to be able to use this in a room that's not the room I want to decorate, too. I want to be able to browse all of your beautiful furniture, save my favorites, and even pick my favorite customizations. Then I want to be able to try out my favorites in my virtual room. I really just want to pick out my favorites right now, but the app really, really wants me to take a picture of my dark bedroom and won't move forward with the peocess because it can't ID walls. And every time I click on the info dot, it takes me to the website, which is fine, except every single time it leads to popups trying to get me to do the same thing over and over!!! And the peices are in Canadian dollars for some strange reason, but whatever. Anyway, I want to be able to interact with this app in a deep way, but I feel stonewalled. Also, I would like to know all of the possible customozations that you really want me to go find time to sit in a Design Center to explore. I want to know what's possible for everything!!! Can I get any leg on any chair or are there limitations?? I'm dying to know but I want to make my choices on my own, like a true millenial. Sincerely, A Future Customer

I downloaded the app but I was never able to use it. The app repeatedly stopped functioning. I had to uninstall it 5 minutes after I installed it. I doubt I'll try it again. Other furniture stores have better apps. I'll check them out.

There's no filter option if you are searching for a particular type of item. Looking at each individual item and customizing it is a nice idea.

absolutely terrible. all I get is a loading sign. I have tried while connected to the Internet and just cellular data. awful.

Every time I tried to see the couch I'm interested in my space it just went to a blank screen and wouldn't let me do anything. Useless.

Samsung s10+. App doesn't work. Just shows a picture of chair. I see other reviews with the same issue. Oh well!

Takes too long to load; I just want see various pieces of furniture ideas...not see in my space. Wastes my time. Just give me an online current catalog.

Once you're in it there's no option to push tote back button to exit. You have to power down your phone.
