EVENTIM DE: Tickets for Events

I don't want to get your godforsaken app just to be admitted to a concert I paid almost 100€ for. Every atom inside my body is screaming against it. Reply: I will use my free speech to criticize your policy, and the fact that I'm *forced* to use an app that I don't *need*, is ample grounds for a 1-star rating.

The app has lots of UI problems, especially with its own notifications. You get the message about a presale, click it, see it for a brief second, then you're on the starting page. This also happens randomly for seemingly no reason. Makes the app very annoying to use. At least booked tickets work.

I haven't used all the features but it works well. That is why only four stars.

app has been failing to give my tickets, but has no issues changing for them! fix your stuff. Last 2 purchases have not worked out!

It's easy to buy tickets, however I prefer to download the tickets instead of storing them in eventim app.

I booked a couple of shows with eventim. Two of them got canceled "by promoter". The money back process doesn't happen automatically, I had to request it manually, even though Eventim has all the data. What is worse, I only get part of the money back. This is ridiculous. Eventim charges a fee for the event that I have never attended - easy money. I won't book anything with this provider ever. Stay away.

Even though the app and website is available in English, those on the customer service hotline do not (or will not) speak English. I've called multiple times to get assistance with a ticket issue and multiple times had German speakers hang up when I request English. This is absolutely appalling customer service as I have yet to solve the issue or get an appropriate response. I recommend all those looking for tickets to use another service so you do not get caught in the same situation.

I bought a ticketdirect and it got rescheduled after six months and I can't attend and I am eligible for a refund and they even sent me the link for refund via email but when I enter my barcode it tells me something is wrong and i should contact the customer service and when i call them it tells me that the call can't be completed, that is fraud and annoying.

App launch not possible due to security reasons. Please ensure, that your device's time settings are correct (automatic syncronisation) and that your device is not modified (jailbreak). Nur ist mein Handy nicht rooted, jailbreaked o.ä. Und Zeit stimmt auch. Schlecht programmiert...

PayPal never works. The redirect back to the app, after completing the PayPal redirect is broken. Maybe you guys have the wrong deeplink back to the app. Now I have pending full auths on my account. Can't use my hard earned money to the see the bands I want and while I wait for the auths to expire. Why have payment methods available if they're broken. Please fix it.

I used to only buy tickets from Eventim, but Just so you know, Eventim does not have any liability if there is lineup changes or any other problems by concerts , they refer you to the organizers, even if it's in their app that the information is wrong . That made me only use them as a search engine , and I buy the tickets from the organizers... Why do you need a third person between you and the organizers complicating things? .

The tickets are not refundable although a "Ticketversicherung" contract was closed and paid during the buying process. I think the text stating that the extra insurance and refund is only for "extreme" cases should be more clear during the buying process.

Is there any other way to enter a concert if the app is not working and you can't open the ticket on EVENTIM.Pass? I try to log in but the app is not working properly. I click on login/register menu but I don't have option to write my username and password. It's weird and unacceptable!!!

Your resale partner is terrible. It doesn't allow me to resell my tickets 24 hours before the show, even though it is a qr code ticket! Then you should at least allow us to have a pdf of it so we can sell it on ticketswap. Now I'm stuck with tickets I can't make it to, for a sold out show, and I can see on ticket swap many people want tickets. This is a waste!

Very disappointed with the whole Eventim experience. I won't be able to attend Ed Sheeran's concert and it's been a month that I've been trying to sell my ticket through the app (not possible to sell them through the fansale website) and the app is crashing right after I select "sell your tickets on fansale". The customer service of Eventim is also terrible the telephone line drops before you get to talk to a rep. The email service is very slow and they don't answer all your questions. Not cool

Refunding tickets for cancelled shows requires this app to be installed. After downloading the app and trying to request the refund shows an error to try again later(for days). Such a scam to not simply refund the ticket holder and having them request a refund manually. Also service fees are not refunded.
