EverWash - Unlimited Washes

I had a subscription. The only location in my town was closed permanently, and I was unable to use the service I paid for. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide a refund or even a partial credit for the unused portion of my subscription. This is unfair and unprofessional business conduct, and I do not recommend purchasing a subscription from them unless you’re ready to lose your money when a location shuts down.

When "there" server is down (quite often) your barcode scanning feature in the app will not work... which means you cannot get your carwashed. The support team gives you 3 days for free which doesn't help anyone. I run a car rental business and have this membership as a backup when the other carwashes are closed. If I relied on this membership id go out of business faster than you could blink. The "support team" should give you an option to pay for the car wash and than reimburse you.

This app is very frustrating. Multiple times I have gotten on the home screen and cannot navigate because the option buttons on the bottom are unaccessable. There is a stip covering 99% of the icons preventing me from selecting them. The only thing I can go back to is the locations of was stations. I have to exit the app multiple times hoping it will finally take me to the screen to scan the code and start the wash. This really needs fixed!

I've had a variety of issues including being told that "my location cannot be determined" "error, please try again" and most recently I was given the "happy washing!" screen which typically means the time starts loading. It never did and scanning again, I got the message "sorry, you're limited to 1 wash per day". That was the final straw. Canceled my membership. I'm tired of it sometimes working. Fix your app.

Nice when it works. My wash closes often now due to weather, which is kind of understandable, but you have to know that going in. Full price during winter means you're paying same price for less than half the washes. A huge issue is it won't let you use the app on multiple devices, so someone else can't wash the car without you being there. Also a pain if you change phones because you can't transfer the account between phones even with same phone number, which makes zero sense.

Nothing but problems with this company and app. Internal errors when scanning qr code which they always blame on the router at the car wash. Last week, I noticed I could no longer open the app. Customer support, if you want to call it that, said they would have the issue resolved that day. One week later and still not working. Time to look for better options.

HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING!!! After one use and one day the app stopped working, saying "internal system error" for 3 straight days!!! I finally gave up in frustration after wasting time and gas getting to the car wash!!! I should get a full refund and apology. They basically stole my money!!! 😡 And the starting price is $14.00 not $9.95 as advertised here in the Play Store

Decent app, limited car washing locations. The app itself is ok, nothing fancy but it works. The Everwash service is mediocre. The actual location I go to does a decent job cleaning tbe exterior,but definitely not as good as hand washing. My only issue appears to be you are limited to one location. If you wanted to go to another one you would constantly have to change as your main location. In addition, at least in the South Florida area, the locations are few and spread apart.

The car wash is good, but the customer service and their network system is terrible. When scanning the QR code, the app keeps saying internal error and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. The monthly subscription allows 1 wash per day, but sometimes the system would say you washed your car already and wouldn't let you use your 1 wash even if you haven't used it. And, of you decide to call customer service they are not nice at all, super rude, well at least the ones I talked to.

We recently purchased the ultimate monthly package. We tried it for 2 months. It seems there should be more time spent on interior detail door panels, door jams,dash and console vacuuming was up and down. I know the price of 55.00 dollars a month I don't expect to get a complete detail but I think for the most expensive package it should be better. I will continue to use the car wash in hope things get better.

At first when i got the app, it was working fine. Now, it does not work at all. The last 3 times in a row it failed to start the car wash. I always got the message happy washing after scanning the qr code, but then nothing happens. Don't know what is going on but support could not help me. I even updated the app to the latest version after the first failure, but the next 2 tries after that, still failed to start the wash.

Terrible if you travel. Extra fees for changing locations, even with a premium membership. Probably a decent service if you go to the same place every single time, but an absolute nightmare if you're on the road. They're trying to charge me almost $20 extra for the month just to change from a location in Pensacola to one in Lutz. Customer service was also pretty snappy and had an attitude when I called. Should have gone with another company.

Waste of money stay away. Signed up for a monthly membership since I get up early in the morning and drive past a wash daily. App doesn't open so I can't get a wash. It's 3 am so I can't call customer support to have them turn on the wash which is inconvenient. I can't open the app to cancel my membership either. Junk app maybe they will read all of these terrible reviews and do something but I'm going to go with they won't.

Custom services is a jock . They do not know how the app works. Canceled membership on the day before the billing cycle of 28 th. The app mentioned "Sorry to see you go. Your membership will still be valid for use until 7/28." So I used once on the last day on 7/28. Recognized I have been charged again. Contacted customer service, they do not want to refund. I took the screenshot to explain the app mentioned it is valid to use on the 28 th, the last day of membership. Still do not refund.

Ive found customer service to be good, especially regarding billing. You get a live person in the US who speaks normal, unaccented English and who troubleshoots the problem on the spot and actually follows through on what s/he says she s/he is going to do. Additionally, I find that the monthly pricing deal is good, but I assume that's dependent on the particular car wash you use.

Same as everyone else... App doesn't work and there is no workaround to access membership outside the app. 4 days in, still no solution... The level of incompetence here is mind boggling. They released software that immediately hard crashes the app, approved it for release without testing it, and now aren't even able to roll back to prior version or fix the new issue at 4 days (and counting). Insane.

It was good... however, now that I had to reset my phone and the password wasn't saved I can't get an email to reset my password. It tells me it sent, but I've still gotten no email. So now I can't even login in.... not thrilled. Edit as of 7/2/24. Everwash responded to my email very quickly and the issue has been resolved. Very pleased with the result and will re rate at 5 stars. Not many companies/developers are this fast to respond and resolve issues.

The app works good most of the time. Carwash I'm subscribed to doesn't give you everything that you pay for. Drying time starts before the wash is completely finished and runs out before the actual time is up (usually cuts off with 5-10 seconds left). Wish another wash in my town would sign up so I could switch. May wind up canceling it anyway.

Horrible app!! I bought one month and had no problem at all, then I canceled and uninstalled it. I wanted to use it again and cannot log in with old email, cannot create a new account with another email. Have been in email conversations with customer service and they have no clue what they are doing and couldn't help me. I will not use this app again and I recommend that you don't either....RUN!!!!

The app itself is good - minimalist and straight to the point. But this service, no more than 2 stars... What's the difference between this and getting a membership directly from a car wash that is likely better quality? And at a rate that seems more expensive. If one could go to any of the participating car washes (at least those with equal pricing), their service may be worth it.
