Constant updates that glitch game play. Without spending $1000's of dollars weekly, you won't go far in it. As soon as you level, they change and now want ever more ridiculous amounts of things to be able to even PVP. The puzzles DO NOT EXIST, constant pop ups for more money, and customer service is basically non-existent, and you will conveniently glitch and lose everything. All designed to try to get you to spend more money. Greed ruined strategy. PAY TO WIN ONLY.

The text entry box in the chat function usually doesn't relocate to above the on-screen keyboard, thereby making it impossible to see what you're typing because the keyboard is covering it. VERY frustrating. When switching between apps and then back to this game, it often takes this game a long time to re-sync. Get a notification on your phone from another app, check it, then return to Evony and then be forced to wait up to or more than a minute while this game reacquires their server. 👎

The game is excellent for both casual and competitive players, with plenty to learn and a global community. Unfortunately, customer service is extremely disappointing. When issues arise, their responses are generic and unhelpful, without clear answers or solutions. Reimbursements or meaningful resolutions are rare. The game is fun and engaging, but poor customer support detracts from the experience.

pay-to-play time drainer - The game is advertised as both a strategy game & a zombie killing game, neither of those things is the crux of what takes place. Buy packs, & level up. Customer service is non-existent when game gets glitchy or you have any type of problem. You MUST spend money to keep up with other players. The only time you will get any response from customer service is when you write a review. Trouble tickets mean nothing.

this game has a very tiny small portion of it that is like the adds. there are way too many adds in the game always trying to get toy to spend money. which you will have to spend an a incredible amount of money to catch up to people. so me. I'm keep38. to get to keep 44 ? it's thousands of dollars unless you farm and that'll take you years. unless you like spending money in game then I wouldn't even bother downloading this game. I've played this game for awhile. it's not like the ads.

Played this game for 5 years. Unless you have a fortune to spend, don't bother downloading. It is strictly a pay to win game. The ads that you see are for side events. The main part of the game just building things and waiting for them to finish. If for some reason you need to reach customer service, don't expect a response. Every year the game becomes more and more expensive. I finally got sick of all the pay walls, quit and deleted the game. Smartest move I have made in 5 years.

I used to enjoy this game, but they are greedy, dishonest, and lack of professionalism from customer service is what is making me quit the game (most of AI responses). Constant glitches, missing items, and toxic gambling culture. You don't spend money in games? Then this game isn't for you... expensive and frustrating game. If you think you're coming here to solve puzzles, you will be sorry. Do not download.

I've been playing this game for a month now and leveled up my keep to 23. I had all my research for my military maxed out. I figure I better link my account it my Google account so I can get the extra diamonds by doing so. This game erased everything. Everything gone. I spent around $20 on purchases for it. I'm flabbergasted. Devastated is more like it. this is horrible. What a waste :(

ads lie about what the game is. even though you can do what is in the ads you are forced to spend obscene amounts of time to progress. if you dont spend money or join an alliance then you can't complete quests. I just wanted a solo player game that is the only thing the ads show. Basically they lie to get you in. terrible way to get players if you have to start off lying

I have played this game for 6 years now. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on my account. here lately the game has become so greedy that you must be spending at least 1000 dollars a month to even continue growing. they will say that if you are patient you can earn the items slowly but there are items that you cannot and will not obtain without spending literally 5k within a single 11 day event. you have to spend a fortune to even play at all anymore.

It was fun once, but there's no longer really any strategy. It sucks worse when you have someone just take over the server completely in the worst way. Evony should refund at least some of the money you invest if you're forced to sit there and suffer. It's not like you can move your whole account to a different server. It's silly that there isn't an option like that, even if it's a premium option since they are only about money anymore.

The game looks nothing like what is shown is ads. Graphics are horrendous. Gameplay is boring (and that's a complement) and unfun. The ads for the game are very misleading. The ads make the game seem far more fun and engaging than it actually is. If you read this ad while you wait for the game to download, do yourself a favor and uninstall it before you make the mistake of playing it.

After nearly nine months of time and money, I deleted this game. It’s aggressively pay to win progress is locked behind constant spending, and alliances only help so much unless you keep paying. I tried selling my account and the value offered was extremely low, showing how little your investment is worth. The game demands nonstop attention, and the fact that account deletion takes 30 days is ridiculous. Not worth the time or money.

Just so everyone knows, don't trust the ads or the pix for the description of the game! There is no dodge and shoot or challenge to the end thing and the puzzles don't resemble anything like the one shown! It is a War game! It does have puzzles, but this is a PVP game!!! 😂🤣😂 Edit: Upgrading your keep does NOT unlock the dodge and shoot or challenge to the end! Stop lying to people, devs! It isn't funny nor cute! 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

Let’s see if I can leave something somewhat intelligible. Let’s see if I can leave a review without swearing. I’d being honest… but I might get in trouble with that. I downloaded this game a month or 2 ago after seeing an ad on YouTube. It ended up being different than I 1st thought that it was going to be. I 1st thought it was going to be more of a shooter/puzzle game, but it is 1 of those combat/build a civilization RPGs. Not 1 of my favorite genres usually because how they usually are impleme

For casual players it's good in the early stages. Once your new time is up be prepared to keep your shield up as much as possible unless you like being farmed. This includes clan members. They won't hesitate to boot you out and farm you for materials and quest completions. If you enjoy P2W games then this is for you. If not, save yourself a headache and find a different game. Also, the puzzles in the adds are limited and have to be unlocked. Don't believe their hype.

The commercials lie just like every other game. All I want is the puzzles. That's it. Nothing else. I don't want to build farms in my puzzle game. And the puzzles have extra mechanics that have nothing to do with what we see in the commercials. Stop lying in your commercials!!! The game is not "Exactly like this". It's barely even similar. Edit: Developer responded with nonsense. It's irrelevant that the commercial content is in there. There is also very unfun content that was not advertised.

The ad says it's a puzzle game, and don't be fooled by those fake ads that aren't actually puzzle games. LIE This is a conquest game. You build your city, attack other cities, join a clan, attack monsters, etc. There are puzzles, but there are like 5 puzzles that you just do over and over. For each level of your city, you can unlock 5 more puzzles that you can do over and over.

Liar Liar. They blatantly lie to your face. The ad says, "Don't you hate games where the ads are nothing like the game? Well this is exactly like the game." NOPE. It is a Pay 2 Survive city building game with very rare puzzles thrown in that have nothing to do with the game. If you have a lot of money to spend to keep others from destroying you, have fun. If not, or if you want a puzzle game, this is not for you. Download it and delete it so they pay more in ads or leave a Liar Liar review.

Not very much like the ads. Downloaded it specifically for a puzzle game.. yet another lack luster city building game not worth a single purchase. Don't play it. Don't believe the lies from the ads with that dude with weird deep voice. Edit after response from developer. All the ads show is a puzzle game. Every single still shot in the marketplace shows the puzzle aspect of the game. But its actually a very small part of the game. I didn't miss it. You lie for the downloads. It's pathetic.
