Evouchers

I used to find this app so easy but now the new update has messed everything up, I now can't log in, I've tried my phone number and the code is never sent through, I've tried my email but it says user not found, so I tried signing up again but it says I can't sign up because my email address is already registered but it won't let me log in with it, so annoying cause now I have to go through the website to log in and do it all from there, so unfortunately having to uninstall the app

I've just went to log in and it asked me for a pin I had to do a reset as I've never set up a pin lock for the app

What the heck is the deal with this update? All my vouchers have disappeared from active, and when I look at archived vouchers some are used and some are not, but they're all out of order and I can't figure out what I've used and what I haven't?! Change it back, this is awful!

I can't do anything on this app and I saw other reviews saying they saw some vouchers when I didn't the whole reason that I wanted this app is cuz of the vouchers and I don't have any if I could I would put 0

used to let me choose voucher and then click a button to select it, since this update the button isn't showing so I can select a store but I can't create the voucher. so frustrating.

Used this app before and it's been great. However this year it seems to not load for me at all. I click the link on my emails to redeem the voucher but it doesn't open the app. I have to go through the Web browser, which I don't mind. I log in on Web browser and then try to go on the app to pick a shop and it won't load. It shows the "E-Voucher loading screen". I uninstall the app then reinstall and have to faff about. I've tried clearing cache to but I still doesn't work. I hope it's fixed.

Nice app to store all the vouchers in one place. However can't see which ones have been used and which ones are unused. Also no option to delete the ones already used. It would have been nice if it would update the balance automatically instead of having to put in the long number and code only to find out it didn't work and so have to do it all over again.

It's easy to use the problem is that post office vouchers take ages to load it's really annoying when that happens especially when I need it plus the app itself aslo needs updating regularly to keep up with different types of vouchers you get, it's also annoying due to leicestershire County Council and e vouchers don't communicate with each other

Yeah, it does the job, but it doesn't update voucher values so you can't tell if you've spent them, and it doesn't cache the vouchers so if you don't have an Internet connection you can't get them, and the voucher screen doesn't rotate so you can't scan them easily... It's as if nobody who actually needs to use the app has been involved in its design.

I would of rated it 5 stars, but I wanted to check balances of supermarkets from my prezzie wallet before I deleted any, yet it's blocked me a few times, and I've had to wait until the next day to finish checking on a certain card(say Morrisons), even though most my cards were empty, some had different amounts left over, the lowest card shown £2.50, but as far as I'm aware of I've never checked real change of £2.50 and decided to throw it in the bin🤣, so same for me applies to my cards.

Complete waste of time. Set everything up yesterday and today, every time I try to log in it fails. Now stuck with a £10. Voucher that I can't use. UPDATE: Literally 45 minutes to login and download my voucher. 17 login numbers emailed to me to try and get in, all failed. As soon as I use this voucher I will be deleting the app.

It's good. You should know which ones you have used, work your way up as another lady suggested. It tells you the day you activated them and what shop. Very useful and doesn't take too long to produce the vouchers once you have picked your shop. Useful change would be showing how much you have left on them if you don't spend all the money. Other than that great little app 👍

Awful!!! Why schools use such a piece of unreliable rubbish beats me! I keep going in circles from the link, to the email "secure login" to see "oops, something went wrong" and on and on, and on! Logging into the app, maybe it did go through, nope. I am going to have to speak to the office to change this because it is ridiculous! I consider myself quite technologically minded so what about other people who are not so whizz on their devices?!?

The app is not letting users create an account. The register button at the bottom of the form does not appear to be working. This should be rectified urgently, I refer many people for cost of living support who are currently unable to access their vouchers to buy food.

Can't trust the info! I lost £30 because of incorrect information in the app. I messaged them, received zero response, but they have changed the info to correct it! Poor service. A goodwill refund would of been nice considering I needed that money to help feed my family, but to not even reply or apologise is totally out of line! Terrible service.

I get vouchers from my children's school . But since updating app,it takes a week for the voucher to get to the app!!!! Reloading, please wait, vouchers not available thas wat i get for a week before it gets to the app!!!whereas years previously it was there almost instantly!!! Processing processing processing! Appaling

This app used to work fine but lately it says when I try to redeem a voucher it asks me to provide a few details and then says I have already registered with the same email address so I keep going round doing what it says over and over again with no result as I still cannot access the voucher/ gift card. Can someone help?

Completely useless. the app tells you to not view untill you are ready to pay, then I filles 6 pages of press the boxes of bycicles, tractors, busses etc before I was holding everyone up and paid for it myself. utter joke. all the app does is redirects to website, pointless app.

It worked well for a short while but for the last 7 months school send voucher, you choose the store, but then when I click to view the voucher to actually open it and use it. Nothing it doesn't work, doesn't do anything at all. So I'm not getting any of this support from schools it's just sitting there
