I have ordered a couple of things and the process was simple with a great discount! The app and the company "Expertvoice" on the other hand is why it only gets 3 stars. I have submitted documents and applications 3 times for veteran status, and currently, it has been denied twice, and the staff can not find my application even though it was submitted via their app. My account was created with only one email, and they have approved other affiliations through the app, just not the veteran app.

The app is great with the discounts available and accessibility, but there should be a tab for you to track your progress within the different brands. Having to perform a specific search each time makes it hard to keep up with where you're at within certain brands. Also, it would be great to see what lessons you're "certified" in displayed on one page, like a showcase of what brands and lessons you passed in case you want to access them again and refresh your knowledge.

The discounts are great for veterans. But their customer service absolutely sucks. I ordered the wrong product by mistake (absolutely my own fault) but you only have an hour to cancel the order but you have to call customer service which is only open 4 days a week. I sent a message hoping to resolve the issue. I got a response well over a week later, and they said they have a back log in service requests so to catch up they're closing requests. So in order to catch up they're just not responding

App seems to be very difficult to use. I've allowed all permissions. I can not add a Saved Image to Experiences. As a Pet Supplies Plus employee, I wanted more information on the Redford Naturals brand. The app says my profile doesn't qualify me for access to the brand. I find this odd since the Redford Naturals brand is literally exclusive to Pet Supplies Plus. I tried the Contact Support option in the app multiple times. I keep getting a message that the app failed to create a request.

Room for improvement. There are activities you can't do on your phone. When support was contacted they recommended I used a desktop. Which I, like most people, don't have. There was also a brand who recommended you bookmarked a resource for selling, but the app doesn't let you open a browser to book mark. So that kind of sucked that I can't use that resource.

EV is great. However, both the app and the website could stand to come into the 21st century. Imagine if you went to Amazon and searched for "toilet paper" and your search results included literally EVERY product that contains EITHER the word "toilet" OR the word "paper" in some part of the products' metadata (product name, product description, anywhere). Now imagine that search operators don't work (or/and/quotes around specific "search terms"). Now imagine being unable to filter your thousands of results to get close to a manageable number of search results. That's what it's like using the EV app. They could really stand to bring a UX specialist in to run some usability tests and help improve the navigability of the app/site.

Love the platform and the offerings but the app is a bit clunky. For example, while scrolling through 700+ brands, if you click one retailer and then go back to the list, you automatically end up back at the top and it can take minutes to get back to where you were at. Definitely makes it hard to browse all the retailers that are available.

*App seems to be working again, updated to 5 stars* Great storefront with a ton of brands offering significant discounts. I've picked up a ton of gear for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, you name it. App is easy to use in most cases (though I wish the search by activity option wasn't all the way at the bottom). Now if only more brands would offer deals.

So far it's been a great app with all these companies, look forward to possibly more joining up. The app sometimes will not let me tap on companies sometimes, I go to select a company and just nothing pops up. not sure if it's a bug or maybe the company stopped giving discounts, I am still pretty new to this. But a pretty good app this far, could be better but could also be way worse. Pretty user friendly.

The service is great, creating an account&getting approved easy. A few issues I've noted: When searching products, I will filter my options. If I see a product I'm interested in, I click on it to learn more. First, I wish there was a way to add to a "list". Second, when I hit the back button it refreshes the category page and I have to reselect my filtered options and click back to the page I was on. 3rd, the app does sometimes freeze and need to be closed&reopened.

I am using the Expert voice app through a work program to learn more in depth about some of the products we carry. I have done some product training directly through the company that I am doing on ExpertVoice, and I have learned some tidbits about the company that I hadn't directly from them. I wouldn't say it's extremely in depth training, but it's useful. I have done several programs on it and most of them are 5 minutes, which isn't exhausting.

You'd think by now they'd fix the crashing. The app is literally the whole of the thing. Could you fix it or let one of us have the source code so we can fix it? Crash crash crash. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Can't open. Crashes every time I try. Am I the only one who has issues with this crashing? The app works just fine on my apple device so I'm not sure what the issue is. As for ExpertVoice itself, it's a wonderful program for knowledge and for discounts for brand experts.

I was stuck on the same video over 3 hours because I couldn't click exit. If I clicked back, clicked a link I was told to, or if it lagged it would restart and not count the lesson. I genuinely cannot get past the very first video lesson I'm attempting. This app is infuriating. Plus it doesn't count my store as existing so even logging in is a pain. Not worth the discounts it offers and it's too frustrating to retain any information. New phone runs everything else great so it's the app.

Becoming unusable: "hide out of stock" doesn't work. Going back after viewing a product, after refining a search sends you ALL THE WAY back - even in browser. Narrow searches include too many unrelated products (example: women's gore-tex jacket returns snow parkas and pants). Descriptions are so minimal as to be useless. Tech specs often missing. Can't zoom in on pics of items. Stuck in white mode, no settings to change to dark screen. Frustrating and near useless after years of being so good.

Great App for Learning & Free Merch! Waited until I got my first free item to be sure this was real, and it is! Such a great tool for connecting retail employees and brands they need to know for work. But the app seems a tad underdeveloped in certain aspects. The general CBD module won't allow you to finish the 3rd lesson, and keeps asking me to take the same survey over and over, and the ABC glossary doesn't even have any information in it. Still great, will gladly update to 5☆ after fixing!

expert voice has gone downhill, prices aren't great. pre covid it was decent, but now many businesses pulled out. customer service is a joke, you cant refund anything. You miss out on free shipping and wait times are terrible. I bought a couple scopes from Burris, some ropes and tents for climbing. all took forever to get to me. And you cant even cancel an order. :thumbs down:

app is not functioning correctly. it's not launching me to the websites to shop. it gets stuck in an infinite loop of trying load, crashing and going back to EV. I have to force close the app to make it stop. currently cannot use the app for purchasing, only learning.

Whenever you go back a page, it jumps you alllll the way to the top, never just back to where you were. The store listings have terrible filters.

The shopping cart still need some work, specifically the ability to check out for one brand at a time without losing your whole cart, but they've made a lot of progress and this is an excellent forum to connect brands and industry insighters.
