Explain Everything Whiteboard

Some apps are so good and big that are in another level compared to other apps. And "I believe" these apps must be 90% FREE. I loved everything from this app and I'd always even dreamed about such an app. However, having to pay for this app, is like having to pay for Google, YouTube or Google Sheets! I can't even add a second slide in the free plan! I beg to disagree with your commercial model. I believe 90% of the features must be free and only the other professional 10% must be paid for.

Basically it's a good concept, but both the finger button ( to pan and zoom) and the zoom tool itself are not working well! And only one slide is allowed for free... I think at least 2 to 3 slides could be allowed for free so the customer can see how transition works between slides and if he find this as an interesting reason or not to buy a plan.

The customer service: Excellent. I had bought this app years ago (EE Classic) and wanted to use it again. To my surprise, the app had improved quite a lot so I contacted CS if I could get my paid account back. They got my account back in no time, within the day. Amazing! The app: Excellent. I'm still getting used to all its features. It's certainly got a learning curve, but that's probably 'coz it's got more great features packed in! Worth it for when I explain/share Math problems solutions.

Great, but not consistent. Look, this app that I paid subscription for is amazing... When it works. There are a million bugs and when saving and opening projects it just takes way too long to load. Also, there is always 'something wrong on your end'. Running the app after 3hours might cause it to slow down and requires you to close the app and reopen. You may sometimes be kicked out of the project for no reason. But other than that, a lovely app when it is working at its best.

It's very good app. But some request to app owner 1. You can give more than 1 slide free because so many alternatives apps giving this feature free. So I think here also it should be free. 2. While drawing, project and whiteboard pop should not be show it is simply give one small button to acces that features so that we can get space to write.

I wrote them email about subscription and actually I didn't use the app - just not needed. Can't say is it good or bad. I don't see this subscription on my Google Play. They didn't reply at all, but charged me one year. Entering the app I also don't know how to cancel subscription for future and I was charged money and I don't need it now... I would like to get a refund. Thank you.

Just want to draw and cast from my phone to a local TV. As the version numbers increase it takes more and more time to get away from the tutorials that are persistent and stubborn. And now most of the screen is covered by buttons. There's no room to draw anything. I've gone in search of another app. What a waste.

wow! your application is amazing in terms of interface and usability. but two star is kept for an issue. while exporting a video it took too much time even though output is of small size. 850kb took 1.30 min. I want to be premium member of this application if got solution for this problem

I really like the idea of this app. Except it probably would not get approved in my district as we use Microsoft accounts for everything. This app is set to GoogleDrive and Dropbox. I would love it if it had a backup option to OneDrive. And a sign in with Microsoft option (not just Google). So we could manage group subscriptions and have our teachers use SSO. It would make this the perfect app for our district and teachers

Too complicated to use. The used text should include more options in term of format and size. I think you should add an option where you can record and write at the same time. The concept is good but the procedure is not that satisfying.

Honestly if you don't have a subscription for this app DON'T TRY IT. This app sucks to all hell and good luck trying to record anything and export it if you have a free plan. Why? • limited to only 3 projects, meaning if you have made 3 projects already and wanted to make another one you can't. It will say that you need to delete one of your other projects but it after that's done it still won't let you continue • ONLY 1 MINUTE OF VIDEO, yeah you can't export more unless you have a subscription

I am impressed by this app. May be this is the first app which I come to give a huge thanks to its creator. They have all the idea which needs for a techer when he/she wants to teach. It will be more appreciable if you add graph tools, this tools are missing. Though you have graph template, but this is not so much work-able. So I think you can adjust "Desmos" with this app, then it will be a great app in the history... Love from Bangladesh🇧🇩

Excellent concept and design. Implementation still needs a lot of work. On Samsung Tab S6, editing a slide recording with drawing and voice and other presentation elements ends up with data-loss. If I record for 15min and go back and delete the last two minutes, I lose random elements I drew in minutes 0-13. To the point where I have to save every few seconds and restore every time this happens. A task on any other recording system that should take me 15min, takes me an hour plus with EE Whiteboard.

This app is not as powerful as it claims. Many functions do not run well on laptops/desktops. It is mainly designed for ipad users. Don't use it unless you have an ipad ready beside you. Otherwise you are going to waste a lot of time.

I upgraded the plan for a monthly subscription. But, I still don't get the full features. For example, the moment I try to add more slides to my project, it shows to upgrade. But, when I click on upgrade, it doesn't do anything. Do I need to re-install ? Update: At times it did not update my purchase but now it seems to be working. One more request: Is it possible to hide the recording tools? Most of the times I don't need it but it is placed at the worst place. Triggers recording lot of times.

Best whiteboard app. But there is an issue.when I use the app in landscape mode, then open another app,and when I come back, it becomes portrait mode permanently. Even if I rotate the screen it remains portrait mode . The only workaround is to close and reopen the project. This is very irritating because I constantly has to open other apps.

This app is pure garbage. I'm sorry, but it is. Me and one other person were trying to draw on a blackboard together, but everytime we would try and join each other, it would say "project doesn't exist" or something like that. It would say that when it CLEARLY did exist. Didn't even get to draw together. Bad experience, never downloading again. I also recommend everyone else to not get it.

Good app. Major downside is picture quality. Some pictures get extremely pixelated when zoomed in, some even without being zoomed in. And the fact that I mostly edit images makes this very annoying. Please fix this

Update -- Customer Service reached out and said they are in works to create a setting to turn off this new feature. Will change to 5 stars once the update occurs. Loved this app and have used in the classroom for years. A new feature where it shows the scrolling "map" blocks content when teaching. I wish there was a setting to turn this off. It uses valuable real-estate and blocks kids from seeing all of the notes. :-(

The app is all fine the only feature adding more slide should be free. Because paying 6800 for just adding slides is not worth. Hope you will make change soon. Or add some thing like we need to less amount for that one particular feature.
