Eyecon Caller ID & Spam Block

Terrible app: it takes over your whole phone. When you get a call, it takes up almost your entire screen showing the caller info, and even when you try to move the information away, it comes right back up. And then when the call ends it shows you the call info again as if you didn't see it in the first place. There are constant annoying notifications as well, and the app wants to take over dialing, texting and everything else. We were looking for caller ID, not an annoying app to bother us!

I love it! I was a Truecaller fan for a long time but this app has won me over. It's only half the size, it's more intuitive, and the ads that come up are hugely less intrusive than other apps of this nature. The smaller size of the app makes it load more quickly. It runs a background service so that the Caller ID comes up quickly and accurately and I haven't noticed any impact on performance (and I'm using an old smartphone with low RAM and a bargain basement CPU). Thumbs up to the developers!

Most of the features are fine. However, I Had2 uninstall it bcuz of frustration. It keeps dropping calls. & I can't afford to lose appointments, bids etc. Which I have. A nice feature is after you pay a what I feel is a reasonable fee. When you use it to enter numbers that you want to save,when you press on the photo box, it scans the web for pictures and you get to choose which shot fit your own taste. & it has other features that were nice.

It kept saying that my phone number could not be verified. I received no response from support. I was able to call and receive calls, but sometimes the calls would get cut off. I wanted to buy 2 plans since it is cheaper than Truecaller, but Truecaller has worked better for me. Update: After Eyecon replied here, I contacted them via email. Received a response, but not a working solution. I then sent them 4 screenshots illustrating the problem, and have not received a response in over a week.

One of the worst app in this category. Aside that most contact pictures have nothing to do with the people they suppose to coincide with, it does not record conversations. Or if it does than it's well hidden enough that I can't locate the file where it is. I don't need another venue to keep my contact list or dial a call, but to record phone conversations.

Too much to do to set it up. I paid for premium and this isn't a premium quality app. It lets calls through when it shouldn't, during do not disturb times as wells as callers not in my phone list. I want to be able to block, mark as spam and delete all at one time, not have to go back to the call for each step. I have tried reverse lookup repeatedly and it doesn't work. Costly lesson learned. I will only use apps that have a full-service try before you buy option from now on.

Difficult to use some features. I thought this would provide Caller ID for all of the phone numbers, but it does not. it just says unknown caller. So it is not any better than verizon. I wanted to delete some unused contacts but could not do that without going back to the other phone app that came with my phone. The original Phone app keeps asking me if I'm wanting it to be default. And if it's not default, you can't use it at all. Which I need to do in order to edit or delete the contacts.And

The app is full of ads. A long ad runs on every click. An ad when opening the app, an ad when making a call, an ad when ending a call, even an ad comes after a missed call. Now how annoying it is that you make an important call and the entire screen is blocked by ads. The subscription charges are very high which is not appropriate and reasonable for any caller app. All in all, it is a waste of time. ads very bad I don't like eyecon app now because ads disturb me please cloze

Yet another app asking for way more permissions than needed for my usage. I'm not interested in giving access to my contact list and definitely not in having it uploaded to Eyecon's data centre/cloud instance! I simply want a lookup service for unknown numbers. Why all the bloatware and mandatory stupidity?? Edit: Your response doesn't answer the problem: It would be easy to allow each individual user to choose whether or not to use your "advanced services".

Wow! I'm happy that this very app is really doing what I desire from it, but not without one negative oversight. The developer(s) should work on the delayed pop-up incoming calls. Cases abound where it takes 20 to 30 seconds before an incoming call comes live on the screen . And this looks disappointing and embarrassing too.

helpful apps I maks my work easy. if developer make it more simple like when I missed call it reminder me about some time later I feel it is not true no need of reminder of missed calls or other functions.it will make it more easy to use. The work which majority of people including me taking from this app is to find person who is calling to me who is.acttually . basic use of this app is to find spam and unknown callers. But don't disturb other activities of user like frequently notifications .

Eyeon is a very good software. But I sometimes encounter a problem. Eyecon is my default dialer. It turns out that I am doing some work using the net, at this time when a call comes in, even if it is a saved number, its name does not show. And automatically the call comes to the default dialer of the phone. Eyeon does not work then. I want a solution for this.

I take the paid version to explore all EyeCon features. Disappointed. Maybe i haven't learnt to use it properly. 1. Caller id bizzarly wrong. 2. As default dialer, sms tracker, hogs whole screen, prevents use of other underlying apps. So I removed default. 3. screen stays, freezes other functions after call. post-call screen removed only by swiping up. 4. can't diable quotes 5. doesnt spot spam 9/10. Long term Truecaller user. wonder if I should revert. Giving ecbenefit of doubt, but not long.

Hi everyone don't use this app it's a useless app not calling recording not showing the dialler call history of particular numbers it's not showing an entire call history of particular numbers of unknown numbers ( I'm doing delivery Job it's needed to how many times are called a customer in a Day kindly help) automatically call recording option not available. thank you for your response call history not showing only the last calling time only. it's not solved I moving to some other apps

Eyecon is a very useful and smart app. It makes calling much easier by showing caller photos and details instantly. The interface is smooth, fast, and easy to use. I especially like how it identifies unknown callers and blocks spam calls. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a better calling experience.

once you pay for the subscription, there is no way to cancel, I tried to even write to them but in vain. Nice way to make money for these startups. very disappointing.

so far so good 👍🏽 would be over the top without all the ads. please reduce the ads size when they pop up at the top of the screen. In the future some the permissions needed is a bit excessive & puts you at risk having that kind of access to your data.

Very bad app. This is a third-class application. It always shows ads and automatically activates paid services without clear permission. Daily subscription charges are deducted unfairly. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend Eyecon to anyone👎👎👎

An excellent phone service, I just love it !! It's so easy to find out who called you without it going into a huge hassle, it's as easy as all the ads say !! Really works better than the Samsung phone app. 😃😃😃😃
