This app has a long way to go. It certainly wasn't ready for deployment to the production system. Can't login, can't reset password, if you press the back button in the app, it doesn't clear the password originally put in....bad security planning. Either prioritize a functioning, secure app or don't have one at all. What it currently is should be an embarrassment.
very buggy. some tabs like "my profile" just display a blank page, and other tabs such as ID card simply say "ID card not available". app is totally useless. update 1/17/26 - Don't be fooled by their automated bot responses pretending to care and offering to help via email. They don't respond to emails, and they completely ignore any requests for support or help.
the staff was amazing kind and friendly. they answered all my questions. They knew I was very uncomfortable about the eye drops making my vision just little off just to inform me they no longer do that type of procedure. Anyway I'm excited to say 10 out of 10 I'd definitely recommend.
Bugs and poor integration. Registration page defaults to a number entry pad for Member ID, but the data requires entering letters. Contact Us call says a chat agent is available, but the link is never received.
I have new insurance and it won't let me get rid of the old one and add the new one. Also the FAQ page doesn't work at all and neither does my profile page. Very aggravating.
great insurance, but the app is annoying. I have to enter my login information every time I open the app. and the login email every time as well. I should be able to save my login information or use my finger print. The app just feels outdated because of not having these features.
Always have to repeat login, as it gives an error about Null vaules. Even when using fingerprint scan.
My ID won't show up, I have updated the app and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no changes
Just a warning, if you get a new account with a new job, it will not let you change your account over and use your email address for a new account, as it is linked with your old job. So, you are locked out of being able to see your information. I have just given up trying g to use this useless app.
fingerprint login is worthless if it resets every time you use the app
useless. I can sign in on the website but it doesnt give me access to anything. app doesnt even recognize my login and errors every time I try. overall useless company. cant login and when I can I cant see any benefits.

This is one of the worst app experiences I've had. Verification is next to impossible, uploading prescriptions doesn't work, etc. The website isn't much better unfortunately.
most of the app features don't work. I can't go to my profile and I can't even search for sn in network optometrist. why have an app if it doesn't work?
Lots of bugs in this app. For one, when trying to enter a prescription no matter what I enter or how I try to enter it (take a picture or enter it myself) it says "please enter a valid image". There's no way to do that. Another one is when trying to view an EOB it shows the spinner like it's going to do something but never gets around to showing the EOB. There are more but those are the big ones I've found so far
App does not allow me to stay logged in, nor does it remember my information for an easier login. I am CONSTANTLY having to re-login to the app because it logs me out before I'm finished using it. It's infuriating! I actually hate it. The app itself is alright besides that, but the logging in issue REALLY peaves me off and puts me off the whole app.
Helps me get the best deals with my insurance. I just found out I can get a great deal on the meta glasses.
You can look up providers and your membership card. It can store a photo of your prescriptions, but it automatically rotates the pictures 90 degrees no matter how you take it. Please fix that. Has some stability issues. I haven't been able to load my benefits in a while which would really be helpful. Needs work and bug fixes.
App never remembers my login credentials (which doesn't allow my fingerprint to be read as a result) and doesn't remember my device (which means every time I log in, I get an email saying I've logged in with a new device). I also can't even download a copy of my card. This app needs a lot of work unfortunately.
