Eyezy – GPS Location Tracker

Do not fall for this scam. They advertise the app as doing all this great stuff for a reasonable price. Even when you go to the try it page it lists a price for a 1 month, 3 month, or 12 month subscription. No where do it say premium plan prices and then family plan prices. I bought the 1 year subscription because it was more cost efficient with the discount. After I installed the app and paid the app was not showing me half of what it advertised. They want almost $400 extra to do as advertised!

I would leave negative stars! Buyer beware! I prepaid for 1 year of "service " they charge another $60 for customer support. They don't tell you this once you get the subscription & should be included. Once you download the app, NONE of the advertised features are included and you have to pay for another subscription?? I tried emailing the support for either an explanation or a refund. The best part is the "support" email isn't accepting, messages! Do not waste you time or money!

First of all false advertisement when online this app comes up says locate with just # and when trying to track with only phone number. I Install, it asks for number then won't show you on map until you purchase for $4.99 a week. After purchasing, you can't locate with just number without sending a text link or downloading on phone if have access. Then, asks if you want to upgrade subscription. So did for $14.99, in app the upgrade didn't show up. But it does in the play store. 😞

Do not waste your money. This app is a total scam. Downloaded, paired both phones... the app worked ok a few minutes just the GPS, then when I wanted to see the messages, I had to pay a different price than what they were advertising ($4.99). I paid for a monthly subscription of $16.45 for nothing, couldn't see any messages or track the other phone. I sent several emails and never got answered. This app is a total Scam.

cant track just any phone signing up for the weekly price. I input the phone number to track and was sent to upgrade to pay an additional $14.99 what are you guys pulling. not only did I not find where the phone is located on GPS but asking to upgrade is a SCAM!!! I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.

terrible. not what's advertised. I can't even create an account but they didn't have a problem taking out the subscription fee out of my account. nowhere to contact support either.

A good app for live location. There is a little delay when you're moving but still accurate

Scam and Extremely Disappointing!!!! This app is an info scam. Run away!!!! Only works if you're on the same wifi as the person you want to track which makes it pointless. They refuse to issue a refund as this is apparently stated in their policy somewhere but not advertised. They do advertise a refund within 14 days. BIG JOKE! Once you download you have to pay for everything it says you're getting initially. Then they tell you they can help you get it set up if you pay for assistance.

this kind of app should be illegal as a victim of stalking I can't believe how remote gps is legal anyone who uses this is disturbed what's wrong with find my iPhone but to track someone without there consent isn't used to find your kids phone.

You can't open the app, but had no issues taking my money... unreal.

The worst app I've seen! They don't let you try the app first, you have to buy a subscription from the start and then when I saw that the app does NOT meet my needs they don't cancel my subscription and don't give me a refund! I searched for an app that can monitor my kid location with alerts on defined places. But when I tried to define places the range of one place was too big and I couldn't define more places that are near (like the school). Terrible Service!

It couldn't even track the phone to the correct state. Don't bother with this app.

no you cannot track by any phone number you actually download the app onto the other phone you can't just track any other phone I want my money back

run away, this is the worst app ever, support hasn't answered my email. everything you read below is true. the app is trash.

Scam, not worth the cost, poor customer service, app doesn't work. I had issues with the app and contacted customer service right away. I explained my issues and they tried to troubleshoot but just kept sending me in a loop. Didn't receive the refund within the 14 day window. Installed the app and only tracks my child's phone at our house. I have zero access to contacts and messages from my child's phone. It doesn't have the option to view messages from iMessage but only social media apps.

do not waste your money! this app and company are a scam. subscribed and installed and work fine for two days then it stopped working. tried multiple times to chat with someone to fix it and was given the runaround. tried to cancel and get a refund and they refused and tried to upgrade me. talked me into using the remote install for free as a consultation and it STILL doesn't work. was told I would be given a partial refund and never saw it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS!

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM! Paid for premium and did not get features listed in the premium plan that I purchased. Immediately prompted to purchase further features that were LISTED as included in the premium that I purchased. There were no other plans options, this plan was the full package and I did not receive access to anything close to the full plan. I immediately requested a refund. Through multiple communications, I've been denied. Absolutely terrible app and customer service.

Purchased this product because it said it was compatible from Android to iphone. It is not and installation is quite difficult. Apparently in searching for help I clicked on a service help button and was instantly charged an additional $90. In attempting to cancel and refund my money, I found out you can only email them, both phone numbers that give do not work, and they take several days to get back only to BS and refuse to cancel/refund for the services I never used.
